One fact tells when a person is working out too much or too often or too hard!

One fact tells if your body is being attacked with an illness or virus!
One fact tells you about just how much actual “effort” anything you do takes!
With “one simple fact known” on a constant basis, a person can know all of the above!
Imagine what this can mean to a coach? Imagine what this can mean to anyone or any athlete professional or amateur? Imagine what this could mean to a person who has been fighting an illness that returns at will so to speak? Imagine what this could mean to so many individuals?
But mostly ask yourself this, why, WHY, don’t more of us know this? Could it be just lack of attention? Could this be missing from so-called common knowledge because it is a “marker” that could be a “hassle to bother with?” Could this be a fact that is not fully realized? Could this be something that could be a real trouble to get athletes to “pay attention to” as well as everyone else? Could it be that if it were more known, it would reveal the “imposters of coaching and medicine,” because it will!
In my forty three plus years of working in the human performance and physical health field, this marker has become one of, if not the most reliable fact. The success in dealing with everything from sickness to athletic performance has relied strongly on this one fact. This fact is or should be the “HOLY GRAIL” of all sports performance, from strength to endurance, and from actual effort to perceived effort!
This fact, this “marker,” when taught in depth and in mass to the public, has the potential to change the “GAME” of coaching for the entire rest of time! This fact and marker is taught in some depth and width in my book, “The Great Fitness Fraud” available on AMAZON.COM.
