I have been in the health industry for over 43 years! During that time I have only seen the whole industry go BACKWARDS! THIS IS REALITY!
Let us look at medicine, no great new cures, only new forms of MANAGEMENT! Why, because it is about money. Very few really care to explore preventive measures at any depth!
Example, cancer is not a contagious disease, cancer is not able to be lightly passed on to another human. Yet cancer is becoming the number one killer. It is mainly “self-caused” by lack of care.
Food has become more polluted than ever, with chemicals, sweeteners, colors, preservatives and worse, not mention G.M.O.’s. Then there is the prep of foods and that is beyond sensible!
Our drinking water has to be purified and treated more than ever in history, and when water was always free, now it is an added expense for almost everyone, everywhere.
Health is about prevention, being preventive about allowing bad or detrimental things into our personal intake, use, and influence. In today’s world and in the vast majorities lives, it is not about prevention or CARE, it is about CHEAP, FAST, and EASY!
I have been in a career that has been about making a difference with people’s health on all levels. During that time I have seen people become lazier, less concerned, and actually more accepting of their immediate EMOTIONAL DESIRES, in that they don’t want to think, reason, or have to put an effort of any amount into even their most important decisions.
There is though that few concerned, caring, driven, and higher purposed group who are looking for that better life, of greater health, better performance, and having the ability to enjoy this ride through time spent in our physical vehicle called our body!
So here are just some of the questions that will help to make you or anyone more aware of WHO, WHAT, and WHERE REALLY CARES! These points will help to show how much actual detail, depth, and concern or CARE is involved!
Think of the following as a part of your considering a health care plan, fitness program, dietary plan, membership to a health club, etc., etc. ! Because if you don’t care, WHO WILL????
Scenario:
Wealth Health club:
Did they ask about your current health first….
Did they ask about your current level of condition….like activity, diet, background activity, length of time at current state, level of commitment and goals, did they GUARANTEE any real testing on a regular basis, did they give you any commitment on how much help, did they ask about hours of availability to involve in your new program, did they offer satisfied clients as referrals of how they performed???
Scenario:
Personal Strainer Trainer: 🙂
Did they ask history of physical activity, diet, health and medical history, habits, negative food addictions, work activity, work stress, sleep habits……
Did they state or offer testing, like body composition tests regularly to prove results, did they offer testing of heart rate levels of all three determinates, did they offer dietary help of specifics, did they offer a minimum set amount of time spent and set a results quota or guarantee that would be met to show they could deliver, because of factual requirements used?
Scenario:
“Shame on” (shaman) Doctor of any kind: 🙂
Does this person exactly EXPLAIN HOW TO PREVENT any condition you need helped? Does this person know how to change dietary habits to “lose only fat” while gaining only muscle tested for proof? Does this person know and guarantee how to “control blood sugar levels” by dietary means with proof? Does this person know how to “control blood pressure problems” by dietary means only? NOTE: if this person cannot do these things why would you listen to them at all??? Who would be the stupid one??
Scenario:
Insurance “assurance of his money” agent:
Does your agent taking your money guarantee you “will live longer” = “life insurance”…duhh. Your health insurance agents, please what do they do to “help your health” = whaaa? Insurance is a lie from the very first word, it does nothing to assure you healing, health or life! We are playing a WORD GAME!
SO, If you want to be healthy, live long, feel good, be pain free, start caring for yourself, because if you do not, if you expect other to care, you are either going to pay for it or start telling yourself a lot of lies!
SO, WHO CARES……….START TESTING and see!!!!

People go around telling everyone how they are into health! Most people are flat out deluded, laughable, funny, actually stupid!
People brag about their exercise programs and their “trainers!” Please, braggers, have you got actual measurable, tested, proven results?
Most people “want to believe they are in shape,” yet most, I do mean most, are in bad shape, unless round is a “good shape” and are they are again actually self deluded!
What does HEALTHY mean? To most it means that they “TRY” to eat well, when “most all” don’t even know what good or healthy eating is, factually speaking!
They are either “over fat,” or “bare minimal shape!” Most doing all the proclaiming are in need of reassurance that they are doing something, actually anything, “to mentally justify the money,” they are spending on their trainer or health programs and diets!
Why isn’t anyone actually testing through, photos, measurements, and body composition? Why not, it is simple, because the program directors, or trainers are incompetent in knowledge and especially proper applications of real fact delivering methods!
Why not make a resolution to get a factual, proven , tested, and do-able lifestyle program that will last! It does not take any longer to learn the facts, than it does a lie! The only difference may be that when you learn the lie, you will have wasted time on the lie!
Most all trainers have EGO’S, that way, way, surpass their abilities! Most are legends in their own minds! Want proof?
Does your trainer actually see dietary logs you write “every time” you see them?
Did your trainer actually layout specifics of what to eat, when to eat, how much to eat?
Did your trainer actually layout specific supplements to INSURE that you are covered minimally nutritionally?
Did your trainer ask you for your “resting heart rate every day” or any other specifics?
Com’on, who’s kidding who here? These are just a few of the facts that need to be checked and tested to make sure things work for real results and to make it truly about your health!
Do you or will you go get yourself on the scale every day?
Do you take some supplements that you know for sure are working, and take them on a regular basis?
Do you do your exercise on a regular basis and do you know “actually guarantee” your program is actually being “progressive” with measurable results?
Com’on we all can see they reality of 99.9% of what’s really going on, little to zero in almost all cases!
In today’s world there is a lot of great information to enable you to get fast, measurable, predictable, and repeatable results! It is that time again, for that old new year’s resolution! Why not make it a “restitution of you” and your physical vehicle ”the body you are in” by getting the facts and caring for yourself, the right way with accountability!
Why not get a fact based program, that is truly grounded in “what works,” with actual working knowledge and accountability? Your health is the point, do it right, yes it is just as easy to do it once and right, than to be disappointed and have to keep doing it over!
In reality, no one should have to “redo their health every year,” at the first of the year or any other time. This idea of a new years resolution of diet and exercise should not be! If a person was properly taught, of proper eating and exercise that is effective, there should be a lifestyle developed that would last!
Take the time to get the facts, and the applications, so your health is an applied working system of habits that are created from that “factual based inner value system” of knowing what is important and why it needs to be done!
You can do it once and do it right or you can keep doing it over with frustration and disappointment! Choose!
Make learning for life the priority, it does not take any longer to read truth than fiction! Make a new resolution, one of lifetime success! A resolution that lasts!
