Nourishment can come in many forms, qualities, quantities, and in varied frequencies!

All, literally “all” of the previous mentioned factors are too often, “not considered!”

Your body makes a new stomach lining every four days, a new layer of skin every twenty-eight days, and every cell in your body is replaced approximately every sixteen months! So imagine the awesome possibilities for fast, effective healing or rebuilding with correct, and adequate nutrition! The most important factor to consider is to have an adequate “base of nutrition on board,” continually!
