BREAKFAST Make one choice from each column Protein (complete type) + Grains, Seeds, Starches(breads) + Vegetables or vegs.+(veg. juice) eggs, fish, fowl, meat, powder oats, rice, beans, peas, potato’s low glycemic types, leafy, etc 2 – 2 ½ HRS. maximum NOTE: beans peas, rice, corn, etc are not vegetables- use LOW GLYCEMIC TYPES. ====================================================================
A.M. SNACK Make one choice from each column
Protein (complete type) + Vegetables or vegs.+(veg. juice) eggs, fish, fowl, meat, egg powder low glycemic types, leafy, etc 2 – 2 ½ HRS. maximum NOTE: beans peas, rice, corn, etc are not vegetables- use LOW GLYCEMIC TYPES. ====================================================================
LUNCH and DINNER (SAME) Make one choice from each column
Protein (complete type) + Vegetables or vegs.+(veg. juice) + Oils (cold pressed) eggs, fish, fowl, meat, egg powder low glycemic types, leafy, etc olive, safflower, sesame 2 – 2 ½ HRS. maximum NOTE: beans peas, rice, corn, etc are not vegetables- use LOW GLYCEMIC TYPES. ====================================================================
PM.SNACK Make one choice from each column
Fruit (fresh, frozen only) + Protein (if directed) pineapple, mango, kiwi, grapefruit, (pure egg powder only) raspberries, blackberries, etc. No dried fruits, no juices, no concentrates
2 – 2 ½ HRS. maximum ====================================================================
DINNER same as above at LUNCH
