At 14, teen female athlete, Ariana  excels in her level of sports performance and  training, from the use of a balance in nutrition or diet, exercise, and rest, which she trusts in for critical healthy consistent results!.
Ariana is at a national level of competition. In her 15 minute workout she moves over 18,000 lbs. Ariana uses a specially designed program ( plan ) of balanced nutrition and exercise for optimum results to help her to excel in her sports. Ariana is a  Rodeo Competitor. Ariana’s mother talks with Bert Seelman  of who designed the program.
