Why most programs are not getting better measured, tested, and proven results! What is missing with most all programs and how they are doing more actual damage, than good for overall health! This lack of positive measured results is a fact of the body getting more stress than it can adequately respond to! So health and or performance at the cell level is slowed or stopped! Every thing for positive or advancement in health or strength is being compromised! compromised.
Most programs, health clubs, and especially personal trainers practice “known fraud” and “know they don’t know” the needed facts or applications! However money is the important factor not the client nor the clients results, or health!
