Ego makes more or most decisions for most, due to the fact that most everyone does what the majority are doing yet even though their actual measured or realized results are next to nothing, most believe they have it down when it comes to “what they are doing!” However when it comes to science and actual correct application most are way far away!

(don’t lie) When was the last time YOU TRULY (actually) MEASURED RESULTS?

YES, WITHOUT ACTUAL FACTS, knowledge or a solid fact-based plan the majority of individuals are wasting their time!  (be open minded here)

In fact, “if you are not actually measuring, testing, or keeping tack with records and measuring actual progress how do you or anyone truly know!

They don’t, but their “EGO” says they are doing great! 

(BUT, EVERYONE SEE’S THE LIES, except them)

Most see results in the beginning, but the results slow down! It doesn’t take long and the exercise is actually overdone! Yes, over done! Your muscles continue to get somewhat stronger; your heart gets stronger; your bones get denser!

But “THE INTERNAL ORGANS”  do not grow, get stronger and are “unable to keep up” with the increased demands from the continued exercise! (this is why results slow down)

This is why when individuals who have been steady at going to workout, and they miss a day, they see increased strength!

Hello, they didn’t get more exercise the “missed” a day!

So, what happened is, their body got a day to “catch up!”….FACT!

OFTEN, when an individual misses several days, they see a “big or noticeable increase in strength or endurance with their so-called “normal” workout! FACT!

Why, again, their body got a chance to “restore, or repair” itself more!

NOTE: they didn’t “get more stress from a workout,” they got an EXTRA DAY OFF, or more recovery time! 

NOTE: If you “ARE NOT SEEING STEADY RESULTS”, it is because your body CANNOT ADEQUATELY RESPOND! 

FACT: IF YOUR BODY “CANNOT RESPOND ADEUATELY,” YOU ARE DOING MORE DAMAGE THAN GOOD!

FITNESS, LIES ….WORSE NOW, than “EVER” …..

I have been in the field of health, wellness, exercise, and nutrition for well over 43 years! During that time I must say the truth of the matter is, that man’s EGO knows no bounds and man’s lust for money definitely knows no limits, and to lie just to be thought right or get attention is allowable, and these are my serious observations in a very mild form! Also, I must say that fitness is DEFINITELY MUCH WORSE NOW, than 30 – 40, even 50 years ago!

I got into these fields because I had some serious health conditions, and I desired to have answers, that no one seemed to have! As I got farther into my years of questioning and research, I heard a new name come to the surface; it was “fitness!” Yes, it was being called “physical fitness” and I was absolutely shocked. Why was I shocked, it is simple, as I had researched what worked, and what did not work, and what worked was not as “popular” as what only sounded good! You see, TRUTH is not a priority for most, meaning if money can be had or made over a person’s well-being, YOU ARE TOAST!

Yes, it was very, very, important for whatever was being sold, that “the famous criteria for selling” of anything had to apply! This criteria, is needed to cause an “emotional buy in,” meaning it did not have to be “all” true, or it did not have to be fact, it just had to “sound good” and be what was immediately “perceived as the fix” or what appeared to be needed! So, it had to be CHEAP, FAST, and EASY! Then, whatever it was, would become “super star” idea etc., no matter what! Hey, if it sold, great!

Health had little to do with this “fitness,” it was about, does it sound right, does it look right, does it “get people excited?” If it could sell, and sell big, then that was all that mattered!

Health Clubs were not and are not really about health, they were about getting people in and selling a membership that hopefully the person would pay for, but never use! They should have been called “wealth clubs” for the owners! This membership money was the free money, for little or no responsibility to deliver any form of service! Then the gym, or so-called health club, could roll in the money with little to no outlay of any effort, while making scads of money on the poor customers for nothing being put in their court! It was and has been take, take, take!

Eventually, everyone starts to see it, they do not want to say so, so they still turn a blind eye to it as if hoping they will find some way, to get the results they have so desired!

Next, down the road of fitness came the “personal trainer,” who was supposed to get the client some results! I call them the “personal strainers, pocket drainers, no brainers, and entertainers!”  The programs these mostly misinformed, misguided, duped individuals pay for does not give any one of them, any worth-while teaching in how to guarantee their client any results! These certification companies are worse than robbers, cheats, and frauds, but hey the trainers don’t even know, until later on, much later on!

Gyms or so-called health clubs could care less if the client gets any result, the goal is to sell memberships, period, ANOTHER LIE! Who cares about the client? When it comes to programs that the trainers can use, there is no real physiological, fact based, plans what so ever! The instructors are not even in truly good shape, like ZUMBA should be called “BAH- ZOOMBA” when you look at the width of most instructor’s hips (butts)! Spinning is another one of the way over rated, supposed results producing classes, along with Cross Fit, and “I would be all too willing to prove it,” these are doing more wrong than good! Anyone wanting to put money on it, I’ll take all the bets?

Diets, and most diet plans are even worse, they most all are way damaging to overall health, like the HCG DIET, or the low fat diet, and all the meal companies that sell worthless foods and teach nothing of value to help the client long term! Then there are the Doctors who perform worthless modifications of lap band and gastric bypass to the body that leaves the person way worse than when they met, and worse off for life, MORE LIES! Get the money, the rest does not matter is their model, after all they are a “Doctor,” Yuk, Yuk, Yuk!  POINT: If a Doctor is supposed to know the body, and cure it, why can’t they help a person PREVENT the weight gain, and teach how to take it off without money making SURGICAL procedures? What are they really about?

So-called “personal trainers” are more deluded than the courses they take, and actually have the gall to sell their services “without actual proof by testing of any worth, as great trainers!” Again, it is MORE LIES, just get the money! But the bad part is, if you listen closely, is that everyone says, “oh I like this person or that trainer,” if a trainer was truly making you change and getting you out of your comfort zone, in reality they would not be “so liked!” Com’on here, really?

People should be much more careful to get the facts and learn proper questions to ask, and know the tests that should be done to actually verify results! This is about your long-term health people, what is your health worth to you, or “can you be so deluded that you have yourself believing that “YOU KNOW” what the facts are,” yea, sure, right! Remember most all decisions to hire a trainer and buy a gym membership are done on an EMOTIONAL BASIS! These decisions are done by feelings not facts, and research!

When you see people training or being trained and see no results, even after months, it says someone is being taken, and if they are continuing the same program it shows either a SERIOUS LACK of INTELLIGENCE, or “they like” wasting efforts and money!

NO results, after weeks or months of efforts, says that facts are not being used, or that over training is taking place! Due to peoples EGO’S most never break this syndrome!

Continued Sickness, Overweight, Obese, All Self-caused….

Accountability is the issue!

Why is it, most everyone seems to want others to somehow “understand,” you know, understand how ”they are not responsible” because they are sick or ill, or overweight, even obese?

It all comes from the same basic problem, “self will run riot!” It is a “me” thing, a selfish thing! Choose any of these, lazy, sloth, greedy, selfish, self-gratifying or any combination of these for the most part. It is all brought about by their own choices and actions! How so you ask, keep reading.

Fat does not stalk people, it does not hunt people down like a predator, neither does sickness! Sickness is lack of self-maintenance, a lack of positive preventive measures for the most part!

Overeating causes fat (excess weight gain), it is simply put, too many calories eaten or consumed, not a glandular problem, not about some drug that caused it, not any of the excuses so many people try to come up with! The individual had to place the calories in their mouth, they were not forced to eat excessively, and repeatedly!

If a person doesn’t “get that” fat is “excess energy” stored on the body, they have a real serious lack of common sense and or a lack of intelligence.

When an individual allows their blood sugar level to get too low for too long, their body goes into a starvation or survival mode! Then the metabolism starts to store as many calories as it can for future needs. One of the reasons this happens is that the body has priorities for food utilization. The priorities are #1 energy, #2 repair, and #3 storage! This means that repair foods may not or do not repair the body, so performance is lowered, fat is gained, and sickness can have place. Or it is through the lack of repairing that lean muscle and the body is not able to mount defenses for differing types of bacteria or virus and other system inadequacies which cause “dis-ease or un-rest” or non-restoration!

So “dis-ease” is un-rest at the cellular level.  Un-rest is “non-restoration” of tissues, processes, and or functions to be enabled or proper functioning for health to prosper!

So “pity” is not an option. Remember non-action is still an action! Or not being “pro-active” about your bodies maintenance is sloth, and or lazy! We create our own health, with the physical, the mental and the spiritual.

When an individual puts food in their mouth, there is no doubt that they know what they are doing! So is the individual building up or selection only pleasure! Each choice we make is either positive or negative! If it is a repeating bad choice, it is another case of ”self-will running riot!”

People “choose” their state of health by their repeated choices! Sickness, illness, and disease, disease does not set out to attack us, ambush us, remember this!

We as individuals either are pro-active to help ourselves or we are sloth and lazy causing lowered physical performance. So, when people want attention and they are sick, it is by their doing’s or undoing’s, and it is not genetic, luck or chance, sorry!

So where do you or we start?    
We start with the most important question, “what’s in it for you?”
So the health club is offering basically equipment and space for rent, get that!
The personal trainer at this health club is offering “the IDEA that you will get results,” and hopefully in a “shorter time” than you could get them by yourself! After all why would you hire any one to teach you if you already knew?
When you walk in or call in, stop and REALIZE that “emotion”, meaning that if you “like” the looks of the club, the looks of the equipment, or how “friendly or nice” the personal trainer seems, your FEELINGS should have ZERO to do with your decisions! You’re to be after facts, and results! (You want deliverables, results, truth, and facts)
You are there to QUESTION the club, and the trainer, for “WHAT WILL” be actually “receivable” by you and for you!
No pie in the sky, no “hopeful” results, no possibles, you want the actual deliverables.
The health club usually has the trainer giving the house (club) a CUT, a percentage, of what the trainer makes.
So remember the TRAINERS money, that you pay them, IS SUPPOSED TO, or has to “GET YOU what you want,” results – period.
When it comes to the health club, try to get a one or three month membership maximum!
Why? Because if they are truly going to “take care or service your needs” they should have no problem with a shorter “time to see” type of membership.
Also, this gives you the out should it become different, than what you were told. See if towels are included, the hours, the cleanliness, availability of equipment at the times you will be using the club.
When it comes to the trainer, forget CERTIFICATIONS!
Yes, forget them, as these trainers never actually train anyone or have to prove their results for “being certified.” The certification companies want the money from the unsuspecting person desiring to become a trainer.
The training never, ever, involves in depth explaining, or involves actual physical instruction. Most of all the trainers never actually use body composition testing, with “accurate tests” to prove what does and what does not work. They receive little to no dietary experience or supplementation; the trainer receives no knowledge, nor understanding of how to optimize results, through increasing the client’s recovery ability.
IMPORTANT – When it comes to dietary considerations make sure the person guiding you has an extensive background, “with experience in helping people” to attain their desired results. Testing with N.I.R. body composition or hydrostatic testing should be done every two weeks and show “only fat lost while lean is gained.”
If someone will not or is not willing to test to prove accuracy and actual credibility, then your health is at risk, and desired results are not going to happen!
Basically the poor person, trying to become a credible learned trainer, is lied to, given only general knowledge to be able to talk a great job!  A sad reality for the person who paid for certification in hopes to become more “qualified, and successful!”
The health and fitness scene has digressed or actually gone way backward instead of improving in deliverables!  (Remember, truth, facts, deliverables)
The “health idea” is only that, a word, an idea, a hope, with little if anything positive actually being received by the unsuspecting unknowing client!
So let’s have a checklist:
HEALTH CLUB
Clean
Hours
Equipment availability
Towels
Short trial memberships
Adequate beginning instruction
(Not just one or two sessions)
TRAINER
Has clients to refer (measured results)
Take tests, pictures, and measurements
Body composition with accurate types
Knows nutrition
Knows supplements
Does use “resting heart rate” to know recovery
Brief sessions three times a week
Cardio performed last

Exercise, diets, and programs for health improvements…real or not?
Explain to me please, the following absurdities!
Really, what people “thinking” that buy in to the thinking below? This thinking below isn’t thinking at all, and if this below is thinking, then someone please pray more or get better teachers or at least flush the gene pool! 😉
Why do people do multiple sets of the same exercises? (brain dead or embecile?)
Seeing you either “stimulate or push the muscle to a point of change” or you are not causing change? You push the muscle to a point of “stimulus for response or you do not!”
So if you can do this in one exercise, why keep repeating it, you’re insecure badly, or you are trying to get more results? Because “you either made it happen” or “you are so insecure?” Physiological fact!  ?? IDIOTS ??
Why do people train just legs or lower body one day, and upper body another day? (like a person can make the body work the way the WANT?)
Do they “just feed” their lower body, and “just rest or sleep” their lower body on one day, and do the same to their upper body another day? Actually, organs are working for ALL THE BODY, everyday! So where does the body recover just parts of the body on one day, and when does it not work as a whole unit! The body most often needs 48 hours or 2 days to respond to most stress, so what are they thinking? It is obvious they cannot!
Dieting or weight-loss is usually thought to be “just counting calories!” (the body has survival modes that must be worked within not dictated too, or more would be successful, duuuhh)
So why does everyone staying on a low number of calories always have weight-loss slow down and stop? Could it be that certain foods must be balanced along with blood sugar levels? Is that also why most ALL programs will not use an accurate body composition to prove that only fat is being lost, because they are actually losing lean muscle and the metabolism is actually slowing down?
Why don’t most programs use multiple testing in various ways to prove that, the program is knowing, and factual, actually creating real health? (why NOT, because they do not know, but their egos work too well and they want your finances $$) ?? IDIOT ??

Like, increasing lean muscle, losing only fat, lowering resting heart rates, balancing blood sugars, lowering triglycerides, actually improving blood chemistry, and truly improving health from within? Like taking less time than 30 – 40 minutes total 3 days per week total. After-all exercise should be brief and effective! Like eating more food, while losing more fat only, showing the metabolism is faster! Like exercising less, yet measuring more results! Like learning for a lifetime, giving a true lifestyle!

Excuse me, but what the f—k, what the hell, I mean these “butt heads, ignoramous’s, sudden EXPERTS,” never, ever, cared enough to try and prevent you from getting into a bad position! Yet now, all of a sudden they are “miraculously a sage” of what ever is key to your success! Know more about what you are doing, than anyone could possibly imagine!
I have to laugh, when I look at, listen to, hear about, these “embeciles, idiots, morons of magical knowledge” appear to care so much, and so “all of a sudden! REALLY, I mean REALLY?
When this happens, STOP, and realize, this idiot doesn’t really care about you, nope, not really! What they care about is their “position with you,” how they want your acceptance, “people pleasers, suck up’s, butt kissers!”
Don’t let yourself be taken in, not at all by these types as they care about what they “appear to be!”
These “types” are usually in worse condition, more sickly, more often, more overweight, and are usually in desperately in need of attention! The picture of what they are, says what they truly know and believe in!
If this year you desire to start out with changing, and actually desiring to improve your health, go for it, but, do it with taking time to find FACTS! Get factual, proven working knowledge! Look for results with multitudes of clients, measured, proven results, not just so-called claims!

Note: this is not prescriptive!
Many this time of year get a severe sore throat! Many wait a day to act about helping it, while others will act very little, yet usually not enough to rally and get the problem resolved quickly and thoroughly!
Should you be pro-active here is an idea!
This is a simple yet highly effective action that “if” used quickly and as written can make all the difference!
Clients have reported that this was very highly effective for relief of severe soreness, especially with strep throat!
 
NEEDED:
Glass, measuring cup, table spoon, Nature Works “Swedish Bitters,” “Bragg’s raw vinegar,” Nature Works “beta-carotene” 25,00 I.U. (not vitamin A)
 
Act as quickly as symptoms start, that’s the best way to “get the jump on any progression from taking place!
 
First take 1 tablespoon of raw vinegar in 2 tablespoons water, break this mix into 3 separate gargles one after the other. Each gargle use at least a full 10 seconds with vigor, then spit out! Note this will burn but continues 3 times. Note on the third gargle swallow the mixture.
 
Then do the same mixture of 1 tablespoon Swedish Bitters in two tablespoons water, and do the same three gargles as with the other mixture!
 
Take 25,000 I.U. of beta-carotene “three times per day” for three days.
 
Beware not to take in any dairy during your trying to get over your sore throat! Dairy products are seriously mucous forming and hinder results greatly!
 
Note: I have always advised everyone that your nutrients or supplements belong at the top of your grocery list, as these nutrients are not in foods any longer! So as an assurance for your health, keep up your minimums of supplements, it is a simple way for you to help keep your health at a decent level!
