GOING TO THE GYM…….

And “WASTING YOUR TIME”……MOST EVERYONE DOES….

Ego makes more or most decisions for most, due to the fact that most everyone does what the majority are doing yet even though their actual measured or realized results are next to nothing, most believe they have it down when it comes to “what they are doing!” However when it comes to science and actual correct application most are way far away!

(don’t lie) When was the last time YOU TRULY (actually) MEASURED RESULTS?

YES, WITHOUT ACTUAL FACTS, knowledge or a solid fact-based plan the majority of individuals are wasting their time!  (be open minded here)

In fact, “if you are not actually measuring, testing, or keeping tack with records and measuring actual progress how do you or anyone truly know!

They don’t, but their “EGO” says they are doing great! 

(BUT, EVERYONE SEE’S THE LIES, except them)

Most see results in the beginning, but the results slow down! It doesn’t take long and the exercise is actually overdone! Yes, over done! Your muscles continue to get somewhat stronger; your heart gets stronger; your bones get denser!

But “THE INTERNAL ORGANS”  do not grow, get stronger and are “unable to keep up” with the increased demands from the continued exercise! (this is why results slow down)

This is why when individuals who have been steady at going to workout, and they miss a day, they see increased strength!

Hello, they didn’t get more exercise the “missed” a day!

So, what happened is, their body got a day to “catch up!”….FACT!

OFTEN, when an individual misses several days, they see a “big or noticeable increase in strength or endurance with their so-called “normal” workout! FACT!

Why, again, their body got a chance to “restore, or repair” itself more!

NOTE: they didn’t “get more stress from a workout,” they got an EXTRA DAY OFF, or more recovery time! 

NOTE: If you “ARE NOT SEEING STEADY RESULTS”, it is because your body CANNOT ADEQUATELY RESPOND! 

FACT: IF YOUR BODY “CANNOT RESPOND ADEUATELY,” YOU ARE DOING MORE DAMAGE THAN GOOD!

There are several important ways to learn to HELP, RECOVERY! There are also several major ways to test and know WHEN YOU ARE READY for another workout!

What Specific Results To Expect,…

With,….Exercise, Sports performance, Rehabilitation, Fat Loss….What’s Minimum!

With all the trainers, coaches, instructors, and various programs, how is it that fitness programs have ZERO STANDARDIZATION?

There are those programs that get Zero results, those that get slow, slow, results, and those you have to “just hope there maybe results!”

Why is it that programs vary so much with results? Because 99.999% of people selling programs are about MONEY, and EGO!

Why, because it’s about EGO, and MONEY!

It is almost always that the client gets the least benefits!

Standardization would require lots of schooling, which means lots of time, which means paying out money, and putting out effort!

People want everything now, today, immediately!

See, trainers want a professional sounding title, they want to make money! People wanting physical changes, want the results now, so they want to say they hired a “professional!” Everyone wants quick, fast, easy, and yesterday!

Why, “EGO!”

Ego on the part of the person taking the program, “ego” of them saying to themselves, o.k. I “like this program!” I’m going to the gym, I’m dieting, I have a trainer!  SAD HUH!

In reality these non-results getting individuals, have to JUSTIFY IN THEIR OWN HEAD, their continuing to pay for something they do not get, not even in part!  (their EGO needs acceptance, no matter what the truth is)

They are so insecure, they cannot face that they did something, that stupid!

But, the PROBLEM is, that most all individuals do very, very, little, to zero investigating into real physiological facts!

Most individuals are in “way to big of a hurry,” to get fat off and muscle up, and they must have it, NOW!

So, due to the “overwaiting, about overweighing,” most all use a feeling of “emotion to start” a program and “emotion to select” a program! NOTE: Using emotion is not logical nor factual! 

Most all coaches, instructors, and trainers all have an almost ZERO FACTUAL BASIS, for what they “teach others for their fee,” thus literally taking their MONEY!  

No, for sure most all or everyone of their applications, are at best  fraud, theft, lies,myths just wrong, wrong ,wrong!

Realize:

When a person exercises, they are stressing tissues, trying to trigger a positive increase, to increase physical performance! (either losing fat, gaining muscle, strength, speed ,etc.)

That means “if they have not previously taken in or consumed the right nutrients” they are harming their health, FACT! Yet the person who they paid more than 98% of the time is “NOT FACT BASED” and in most cases cannot, will not and does not test to prove measurable positive results!”

So, “get the actual physiological facts,” the correct applications, “check references,” “before” you start any program!

REALIZE THIS, this even includes “physical therapists,” WHO ALSO DO NOT GET TAUGHT HOW TO EAT “PRIOR TO THEIR EXERCISE” TO HAVE THE BODY RESPOND BETTER!

Imagine the physical therapist works with people who have had very bad health set-backs, yet they do not know how to “HELP THE BODY RESPOND BETTER, SO THEY ARE ADDING STRESS!”

So, find the BEST, of instruction before you start! Take time to research, do your homework!

“The Unconsidered”……Or Over-training in fitness, exercise, and sports  

When “fitness, sports, athletics” became top of mind, there is almost always “an overlooked” yet serious consideration! This serious consideration has been, ”what does the body dictate!”

Not what we or the individual wants, or desires, but “an end goal of specific results that is worked or driven for!” This goal is often thinner, faster, stronger, more muscular, or even healthier! However, the “goal” must or should (hopefully) be reached in a positive fashion!

More,  is and has been an attitude with exercise, fitness, sports, and athletic training, along with, “whatever it takes!” Yet, if one stands back, removes the ego, slows down, and opens their mind, major serious, benefits  can and will happen!

First, and foremost “ego has reigned,” in the exercise arena for decades!  This meaning, that “more” is better, and is almost compulsory for improvement, as is the most common thought and practice! When in reality, “more” leads to overtraining!” Overtraining can be easily avoided, if, yes a big “IF,” most individuals could get their “ego” and the idea of “more is always better” out of their ways!  (putting ego aside is near impossible)

Research, and scientific fact has shown that recovery, “full recovery” form training is the only time “when” performance is increased, not during the recovery, but after “full recovery” has taken place!

Results for increased physical performance “requires that the body, after being “worked out” or  stimulated,…. recovers, heals, and or “repairs” adequately or completely, as fast as possible!   (making the body ready for the next performance)

What makes for these consistent, positive, and maximum responses, has been in “the secret of maximizing recovery!”  

How does one maximize recovery, for more or faster responses? Optimizing responses from the mechanisms is only possible by meeting the requirements of nutrition, exercise and rest or time! These processes require time to accumulate the materials, time to process the materials, and then time to actually make the changes to the tissues that have needs!

Optimizing the responses therefore takes knowledge and time for the response mechanisms of the body, before, during and after stimulus (training) which is “the key” to making, keeping, and continuing increases in performance!

The most misunderstood factor for increasing results in athletic performance or healing is the same factor, it is “time!” The problem is also the same, time, as everyone wants more results NOW!

NOTE: Healing is also, “an increase” in physical performance!”

            Increasing healing, requires responses form the same mechanisms!

Imagine, an athlete who would utilize this information about “time” being an important consideration on a continuous basis, their career would be not just improved, but lengthened!

So, the “Unconsidered” is about health, wellness, being sound at the deeper levels!

“Overtraining” is seeing, measuring, or realizing slower or no measurable positive increases in performance are due to the body being unable to respond adequately!

A SIMPLE EXAMPLE:

Ask any trainer or person who works out regularly without fail, if when they miss a workout and then return after missing a day or two, if they found that they were stronger….?

Most all will tell you they were! It’s a big YES!

So now ask yourself, did they get more rest, less stress, well of course! They GOT MORE RECOVERY! Not more exercise!

The factor of more recovery is always better than more stress of exercise!  HELLO… 

By allowing more “time” for all processes, the body could respond better!

So, if the body is not having positive responses, then health is also being depleted!

MAJOR PHYSIOLOGICAL FACT:

MULTIPLE SETS, in training are not in any way a requirement for triggering strength or growth! 

It is scientifically proven that, “a muscle must be pushed to a point of stress, beyond the momentarily level of capability,” to trigger a positive response for increase in strength and or growth!

Again, once a muscle is pushed to a point, “beyond the momentarily existing level of capability” it is then triggered to increase response for added strength or growth!

 

NOTE: After a muscle is pushed to “a point of triggering,

” NO ADDITIONAL STRESS IS REQUIRED! (this means no additional or no more sets needed)

Continuing additional sets at this point, will cause undo stress, and…..“lessened response!”

 

EXAMPLE: IF A MUSCLE CAN BE TRIGGERED FOR A “POSITIVE INCREASE IN STRENGTH OR GROWTH,”….. NO ADDITIONAL STRESS OR TRIGGERING IS REQUIRED!

 

SO, if more “sets” are “required or better” for more strength or growth are BETTER,

Why don’t the INSECURE INDIVIDUALS, TRAINERS, ETC.

JUST KEEP DOING MORE SETS ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT?     SO IS MORE TE ANSWER?

 

Like “splitting the body workouts” for upper body one day, and the lower body the next day, does the LOWER body just need FEEDING on the day they worked it?  Do they just SLEEP the lower body that day?

 

WONDER WHY THESE SO-CALLED “PERSONAL STRAINERS,”NEVER SEEM TO GET ANY “NOTICABLE RESULTS” ON A CONSISTANT BASIS?

 

I BELIEVE, THAT A “PERSONAL TRAINER,” IS REALLY A PERSONAL “STRAINER” AND A “POCKET DRAINER!”

I SAY THEY SHOULD FIRST BE TESTED TO SEE IF THEY ARE….”SMARTER THAN THE DUMBELLS!”

 

IT is self-evident to me, that most people who exercise like this, are in desperate need of “FISH,” because FISH, it’s a brain food!  And me being considerate, I’d like to buy them a huge shark, as they must be starving to death!

MERCENARIES, = a person primarily concerned with material reward at the expense of others! Yes, that is the correct word and name for those who do the following!

I am about to give you a scenario that everyone can or could end up in!
I am about done with MODERN MEDICINE, and its NON-CARING, “STANDARDS OF CARE!” This PERSON I KNOW HAS LYMPHOMA……. both types!

He has been “TREATED” for 2+ years at a notable hospital in Phoenix, the hospital has a name like a condiment! It would have been better (much better) for my friend to USE A CONDIMENT, because they are serving him up as a FINANCIAL DISH FOR THEIR FINANCES!

It has always made me wonder how medicine costs 3-5x more here than in other countries, and it takes so many visits over so many weeks to get the so-called help patients need!

Now understand my friend has been fighting this cancer for some time now, about 3 years!

This hospital has told him that they have an absolute cure for one type of his cancers, called “immuno” therapy!

They have him running scared, after telling him that the cancer has “all of a sudden” turned to stage 4! They told him they would like him to take the special “immuno” therapy, BUT UNFORTUNATELY, he must first go through 2 complete treatments of REGULAR CHEMO, or at least ONE CHEMO and one REGULAR RADIATION TREATMENT, BEFORE HE “QUALIFIES!”

Why and where have we gone that one must QUALIFY for life saving treatment?

You see he is on MEDICADE! So, he does NOT QUALIFY!….
I’m sorry but THAT IS SIMPLY…. EXTORTION no matter what anyone says as you can go to WEBSTERS dictionary and see for yourself!

EXTORTION according to Webster’s = the practice of obtaining something, especially money through force or threat.

Modern Medicine has a long history of using FEAR, INTIMIDATION, and the practice of having rules that always COST MORE TO THE PATIENT!

Imagine you have cancer and you need treatment, the majority of cancers are so outrageous in costs, that the patient ONLY HAS HIS LIFE SAVED TO BE ABLE TO CONTINUE…. TO PAY THE BILLS FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE!

That is NOT SAVING A LIFE, it is putting a life in “financial bondage” for the duration of their life!

PREVENTION is possible, do-able, and cancer can be handled naturally, however what most do not know, is that there is a SPIRITUAL COMPONENT, that MUST BE MET!

MODERN MEDICINE IS NOT AT ALL ABOUT “CARE FOR THE INDIVIDUAL!”

I can only say there is way too much inhumane treatment given out, way too much evil!
How can anyone say, that “a doctor cares” when they never ever take enough in depth history, and never study how to build the body up to resist breaking down through nutrition, etc.? To say such a statement, is FAR beyond stupid, ignorant, and that is self-evident FACT!

We all need to take care of your health, use prevention, especially with the “spirit” man or being, as that is where all disease starts! Look at the word disease, it is DIS/ease or “unrest,” or imbalance, at the cellular level!

As Hippocrates said, it is more important to know what sort of man has the disease, than to know what sort of disease the man has! This simple statement shows how, what and why the disease started!

Biblically this statement shows that IF, IF, yes IF a person believes in GOD, that GOD gave man all the answers, healing, and ways to be healthy no matter what, plus it shows that man is not the answer!

HOSEA 4: 6, My people destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of GOD, I will forget thy children.

All misfortune, sickness, illness is self-brought, self-earned if you will!

So, we have guidelines to avoid problems called prevention, however that takes an effort which

is entirely, way, way, too much for most individuals, as most are lazy!

Factors like food have time factors for accumulation, digestion, evacuation, absorption, utilization, and of course consideration!
Exercise has time applications also, like during your exercise session, the less time your session takes the greater the “intensity factor. Intensity is increased by simply taking less time, to do the same amount of work.
Like nutrition, food or nutrition has a factor of time in that it takes time, to accumulate enough of a nutrient, to get a certain response particular to that nutritional component.
