HEALTH and the Whole Man (the human being)

 

HEALTH as defined by Merriam Webster

1 a : the condition of being sound in body, mind, or spirit

        Especially: freedom from physical disease or pain

    b : the general condition of the body

 

2 a : a condition in which someone or something is thriving or

        doing well : WELL-BEING

   b : general condition or state

Man, “a simplified overview”….

Man is an electrical/chemical being (a simplified take)!

We are powered by electrical impulse to make muscles contract, causing animation or movement, and we are made of “chemicals” = substances, nutrients etc.!” 

Man, or the “human being,” “the whole man,” is made up of three parts!

There is the “Spirit, the Mind, and the Body”

The Spirit –  is the “animating force,” “the Life Force” which is “the electrical force or charge,” this must   be present…(note: atoms create electrical charge at the deepest level)

The Mind – The “reasoning,” fact gathering, emotional, logical, lying, justifying, a type of collector / recorder

The Body – The “physical structure,” is “the vehicle” that the Spirit “moves,” and “where the mind resides”  or what it rides around in…

Health is greatly misunderstood by many, due to the fact that most do not see, recognize, or consider “all three parts” or the make up of the whole being or man!

Hippocrates, statement:  note, there is a critically important point

It is more important to know “what sort of person” has a disease than to know “what sort of disease” a person has!

The important point is the word “sort” it is a “directive to key factors,” that can lead to “how, when and why” a disease could or did develop! Know that the word “disease” if broken down means, a state of unrest or imbalance, “dis/ease,” an un-rest, at the cellular level!

Because we are a being of complexity, or multiple levels or layers, we can have multiple levels, places, and beginnings for a state of disease or “unhealth to start!”

For “optimum health” all parts of “the whole man,” “Spirit, Mind, Body” must receive “adequate and timely requirements” for maintenance, growth, and repair, in order to maintain health, performance and length of Life!

Realizing that we are a “Spirit” being which is electrically animated or charged,” means “all negatives” in any parts of the “Spirit, Mind, or Body” can be a “draw or drain” on our animating force or electrical charge!  By compounding any negatives our “animating forces will be slowed or drawn down even more in abilities!

“Negatives” can be things like “exposures, environment, intake, output (work), ideas, thoughts, attitudes, and etc.!”

Life, is continued or found in our body by our having our “heart beating (animating) and pumping blood throughout!

Without the heart “animating, beating and pumping blood” to supply oxygen to all tissues we would die!

Without the heart beating (animating) our body would not produce the “electrical charge” (a type of static electricity) by the blood (pulsing) circulating the oxygen throughout our system!

So, the “life force” or “electrical charge,” being “the Spirit” if eliminated, would stop, leave, cease being present,” causing death!

NOTE: When there is a ceasing of brain waves, “life can still be present!” As long as “the heart is animated or beating,” this requires “electrical force or Spirit!”

When there is animation or movement, specifically meaning “that circulation of blood is happening,” this “requires” the Spirit, or electrical charge, so Life is still present! 

Ceasing of brain waves “does not determine life or death of the body or “the being!”

A body can continue to “live” without the brain waves, as long as “the heart still beats or animates” providing circulation of oxygen to the tissues and cells!

Interesting note: The heart has it’s own electrical system!

Life requires circulation (animation, movement) so that oxygen can reach cells, oxygen is necessary for cell growth, repair or rebuilding, maintenance, etc.!

The lack or absence of “Spirit” or the lack of “the electrical charge,“ (meaning no heart beats or circulation) would  determine, make, or cause “death!”

Survival, Performance, and Maintenance of the “Human Being”….

 

A “brief” description and or explanation:

The famous rule of three’s!

We can live 3 minutes without oxygen!

We can live 3 hours with shelter!

We can live 3 days without water!

We can live 3 weeks without food!

We are a “(3) three part” being, Spirit, Mind, and Body!

Spirit – The “animating force,” or “the electrical force or charge” which must be present…

Mind – The “reasoning,” fact gathering, emotional, logical, lying, justifying, a type of collector

Body – The “physical structure,” “the vehicle” that the Spirit “moves,” and “the mind resides” in…

“There are “(3) three constant factors” for physical life and function,” these make up our existence, and maintenance! The factors, needs, or requirements are “Nutrition, Exercise, and Rest,” or restoration!

“Nutrition,” is the materials and or nutrients that we are physically made up of!

“Exercise,” is the “action, movements, work, or stimulus” we receive daily! Which is movement or physical stress, and stress can be also nervous stress as emotional, labor, movement, recreation, and environmental!

Then there is “Rest” which can be referred to as sleep or “restoration” meaning “repair, or  rebuilding!” This type of rest could mean or be a “break” from usual physical activity, or “down time,”(lessened movement) and some see it as, “sleep!”

Even “rest or restoration” usually means lessened physical movement “outwardly!”

Yet, there is even movement at the cellular level when the body is “sleeping,” or in “restoration” mode! “Life or maintenance” requires “cellular activity” in processing nutrients for “energy, repair and future energy reserves or storage” (fat)!

“Restoration” also means “healing, rebuilding, and all the maintenance” of tissues for everything in the physical body!

“Nutrition,” the (3) priorities of intake

1 st – energy – fuel for warmth, movements, processes

2 nd – repair – growth, building or repairing

3 rd – storage –  or accumulating excess, storing fat as an “energy reserve”

Health, “the state of it,” is dependent on the level of function, that “all (3) three parts of the whole being” are operating at!

For the best performance, health, and “length of life,” function requires all (3) three parts receiving quality, adequate, and timely requirements!

FACT: Each individual has the ability to greatly influence their level of performance and length of life, all “through their knowledge (quality) and efforts of self-maintenance!”

What Specific Results To Expect,…

With,….Exercise, Sports performance, Rehabilitation, Fat Loss….What’s Minimum!

With all the trainers, coaches, instructors, and various programs, how is it that fitness programs have ZERO STANDARDIZATION?

There are those programs that get Zero results, those that get slow, slow, results, and those you have to “just hope there maybe results!”

Why is it that programs vary so much with results? Because 99.999% of people selling programs are about MONEY, and EGO!

Why, because it’s about EGO, and MONEY!

It is almost always that the client gets the least benefits!

Standardization would require lots of schooling, which means lots of time, which means paying out money, and putting out effort!

People want everything now, today, immediately!

See, trainers want a professional sounding title, they want to make money! People wanting physical changes, want the results now, so they want to say they hired a “professional!” Everyone wants quick, fast, easy, and yesterday!

Why, “EGO!”

Ego on the part of the person taking the program, “ego” of them saying to themselves, o.k. I “like this program!” I’m going to the gym, I’m dieting, I have a trainer!  SAD HUH!

In reality these non-results getting individuals, have to JUSTIFY IN THEIR OWN HEAD, their continuing to pay for something they do not get, not even in part!  (their EGO needs acceptance, no matter what the truth is)

They are so insecure, they cannot face that they did something, that stupid!

But, the PROBLEM is, that most all individuals do very, very, little, to zero investigating into real physiological facts!

Most individuals are in “way to big of a hurry,” to get fat off and muscle up, and they must have it, NOW!

So, due to the “overwaiting, about overweighing,” most all use a feeling of “emotion to start” a program and “emotion to select” a program! NOTE: Using emotion is not logical nor factual! 

Most all coaches, instructors, and trainers all have an almost ZERO FACTUAL BASIS, for what they “teach others for their fee,” thus literally taking their MONEY!  

No, for sure most all or everyone of their applications, are at best  fraud, theft, lies,myths just wrong, wrong ,wrong!

Realize:

When a person exercises, they are stressing tissues, trying to trigger a positive increase, to increase physical performance! (either losing fat, gaining muscle, strength, speed ,etc.)

That means “if they have not previously taken in or consumed the right nutrients” they are harming their health, FACT! Yet the person who they paid more than 98% of the time is “NOT FACT BASED” and in most cases cannot, will not and does not test to prove measurable positive results!”

So, “get the actual physiological facts,” the correct applications, “check references,” “before” you start any program!

REALIZE THIS, this even includes “physical therapists,” WHO ALSO DO NOT GET TAUGHT HOW TO EAT “PRIOR TO THEIR EXERCISE” TO HAVE THE BODY RESPOND BETTER!

Imagine the physical therapist works with people who have had very bad health set-backs, yet they do not know how to “HELP THE BODY RESPOND BETTER, SO THEY ARE ADDING STRESS!”

So, find the BEST, of instruction before you start! Take time to research, do your homework!

For over 50 years I have been working in the health and physical performance field, and tried to help everyone to get healthy, lose fat, lose excess weight, and gain muscle! 

I have now (recently) come to the “realization” (I had an “epiphany) that most, “yes most” individuals, meaning “the vast majority” of individuals “like being, and defend being fat!

I am not talking just slightly fat, but actually “large assed,” belly hanging over, “double chinned,” pants “looking painted on,” swollen fat cheeked, fat!

I actually interviewed men, who said “that what they had, “was not” a “beer-belly,” but that the large swollen pressured belly, was a “fuel tank” for a “love machine!” …….whaaa.. 

Oh, and they expressed this with a huge smile, being so very proud!

I interviewed women who wore shorts, with the legs of the shorts, looking like they were large  cloth liners for swimming pools!

I mean women now go around wearing yoga pants pulled up in their “cookie,” and then they have the nerve to act upset, “when people stare at their cookie!”

What’s worse, so many “moms that dress so provocatively,”… have their daughters with them, “dressing the same way!!!” I mean really???  No shame, no care for their daughters!

Yes, large women, I’m talking 3+ sizes larger than what they are stretching into, “are dressing this massive size into clothes that need or should require bionic thread to keep the clothes together!” Then they use eyelashes that look like paint brushes for a big wall, followed with eye shadow that had to be put on with a “trim roller,” for base boards, or borrowed from a “house trim painter!”

So, I was greatly mistaken in my “perception,” that most desired to be “lean,” trim, thin, almost skinny! ….Wow, was “I wrong!” So, I am sorry!

Then there are the other “attention getters, the sicko’s, the whiney, needy!”

You know, those individuals who “crave, and addictively so,” any, and “all the attention they can get!” So, you know, they always seem to have those “auto-immune” sickness’s!

You know the ones that have 20-30 highly varied symptoms, which can be “triggered by almost everything, and always!”……These types seem to “need endless care,” detailed with importance of everything, and yet, never ever seeing any marked improvement, because “their condition  supposedly cannot or may not be able to have that happen, or it is at the least a “definite uncertainty!!!”

So, in my coming to this realization of “Fat being a desired condition,” it is an actual “turn on” for many, many, men and women, I decided “why not!

I there and then decided, I would put forth my greatest determination to “FATTEN and SICKEN” as many who desire these conditions! They desire it, it’s their decision, their body! (like an abortion, right!)

After all, WHO AM I,? 

I should not be “prejudicial” toward the “other side of fitness and health!”

After all, I had written a book “to protect, help, and make aware of not being “taken!” My book to protect was (“The Great Fitness Fraud,” on amazon)

Then I should, in all fairness and concern, “HELP” those who are seeking Fat, Obese, Sickly, and being unfit!

After all, “who would know better how to get Overweight, Fat, Grossly Obese ,and sickly??”

So, “my newly found career,” is to “help those poor thin, skinny, fit, and healthy,” to become an “intense health wreck,” one who is an eye-sore, and to become “a morbidly oversized sickly, ill, fatso!”

FACT – If Doctors cannot KNOW, or GUARANTEE, and PROVE how you got a condition, then they cannot know or guarantee your treatment, (it’s logic, they just don’t know enough) FACT!

Years back, it was about Fitness! But, “Fitness” way back and is still mainly about “exercise,” yet it was missing what has always been needed, “health!” What always should have been the priority, “health!”

What most individuals do not realize is that, “exercise” is a “stimulus or stressor,” a triggering to cause a change, that is a “hopeful positive change or response!” Usually exercise is utilized to “cause” an increase in physical performance! The Great Debate – “DO DOCTORS TRULY CARE…?”

This “Old Lie,” will be settled here!

 

Reality is in the, What the Person “Does”…….

Reality is in, What the Person “Knows”…..

Reality in this issue, is in the totality and naked revealing of just “ONE” FACTOR, ….”INTENT!”

 

Everything a man does is “determined” by his “intent,” which is at the deepest levels, “either Selfish, or Selfless!”  It is “one or the other!”

Man is it appears, mostly about “me, not thee!”  Selfishness is a “total negative!”

True caring at the deepest levels are about “one word that changed all of history” through one man’s life! That word is, “giving,” if anything or anyone is giving, that is “caring, or about true care!”

 

Know that  “intent” is what all GOD believer’s deed’s will be judged from!  (1 Corin. 3 kjv.)

 

Never, let it be said, “that Bert Seelman hates all Doctors!”

This is not true; I only hate those who have a “lying and deceptive Spirit!”

Note: Bert is intensely opposed in every way to those who are not of the right intent, “yet profess to be of the healing arts” at any level.

 

When an individual “goes into medicine,” there are two major driving forces that appear! One, of the drives is as a “profession” for financial gain! The second drive is to “make a difference” to help people, souls, individuals, to heal, to stop pain and suffering! This second drive is said, “to be caring!” These two drives “seem” to become “clouded, mixed, often scrambled” of sorts!

Note: Careful continued observance, will with a little time, will clearly divide the insincere! 

 

However, “everyone” has what is “right and wrong written in their Spirit, heart, or on their soul!”

Watch your so-called “health practitioner,” watch them closely, you will quickly know where their “intent” is! Either it is “truly caring” or it is a profession for finances!

Don’t try to blend these, it is either money, or health, either “giving” or receiving ($)!

 

We are a three part being, meaning a Spirit, a mind, and body!

Hippocrates said, “it is more important “to know what sort of man” has a disease!” This knowing “what sort of man,” will show “where” the cause of the sickness or disease got started!

Even as or more important, we should fully know “what sort of man” we are trusting our health and our lives to!

 

True, real, sincere, healers, medicine men, and physicians are about relieving discomfort, pain, in all ways, and it is not limited to just the “physical body,” but the whole three part being! The true, truly caring, truly loving practitioner will know about and care about the whole being, in every way!

 

FACT: A “truly caring person” would learn preventive measures, to actually prevent individuals from having “any suffering or discomfort,” at all, ever! 

 

So, please spare people from the overstated “moronic bullshit” line, “my Doctor is caring,” just prove it, oh, and in multiples of proofs, please! What are you paying for? Ask yourself these questions…..

How does one know when they are ready to work out again without making it more stress to the body?

How does one know that their program is actually progressive?

How much water a day do I really require for health?

Are supplements necessary?  Why?

What is the “most important nutrient to supplement?”   Why?

What sequence of exercises is best for results overall?  Why?

How many exercises do I need to do each workout?   Why?

What is the importance of food combining?  Why

How many times a day do I eat for the best results and health?

How do I avoid hunger without gaining fat?

What happens when I don’t eat on time?

Is using the scale everyday necessary?

What is the priority of food utilization and what does it matter to me?

How do I take my supplements to get the most out of them?

What types of body composition are the most accurate?  Why?

What types of proteins are best?  Why?

Don’t get taken….
