“Is our physical life of any importance?” If our physical life is important what are we saying by our actions?

Fitness, Health, around the Holidays….NO, not really….

Well it’s that time of year when most “justify their weight gains or admit the gain,” with a lot of laughing, because even they know “just how ridiculous and stupid it all is (this gaining of unwanted weight)!”

Yes, holidays seem to be a licensing of fat gain, which also means casting their health to the side!

Most, do not even take minimal preventive measures for their health most of the time anyway!

FACT: Holiday seasons always see more people with health problems due to this feeding frenzy, and justification!

Our diet, during the holidays becomes a thing of extra, extra, and more of extra. This extra comes in portions, types of fats, sugars, and of course alcohol, let alone less activity except for movement toward the feeding tables!

There is every possibility to “move through the holidays” with total satiation, contentment, and enjoyment, IF…IF… some thought, reasoning, logic and planning were to be used!

There is a word that most know, fewer use, and most never ever even consider – “Moderation!” Used, this word moderation, could be a literal life saver!

Fact is, that in just one day and in many instances just “one meal,” more damage can be done, than all the benefits gained, from “one week” of proper dieting!

Now think of this, this justification starts at Halloween, then repeats in larger form at Thanksgiving (which is a true eating fest), then continues at Christmas, and repeats again on New Year’s! No wonder most weight gain is at these times or in this season!

Now after this gaining, few ever lose the whole amount of the weight gained! First most do not truly “know factually how to lose just fat or weight” accurately! Then there is the factor of health, especially for the long term!

Ever notice how almost everyone states, how they eat healthy, and “how they know!”

WRONG, WRONG, and WRONG, it’s mostly all lies, and for justification!

Where is their PROOF! If what these individuals say is so true, why are they always sick, have the flu, colds, and have a multitude of other health issues?

Arrogance is “contempt prior to investigation.” Most have not looked at any real depth into their own health and what actually causes or creates bad and good affects!

Most are caught in their own justifying LIES immediately, just by the vision of their physical condition on the exterior! “Insanity” is doing the same thing over and over while expecting a different result! Most are not understanding, most are not even closely factual based, “most actually are desiring, hoping for, or expecting “acceptance of others” for their own sabotage of their health!” The sad, very sad part is, almost all others will never ever say anything to the opposite, to truly help them! Acceptance, is more important than truth!

Over the years that I have worked in health and physical performance, I have seen this justification of sabotage through these lies, and the ridiculous claims of “oh I know” and “I don’t normally do this,” etc., etc., etc.!

Then there is the individual who brings these points to light because they do truly care, but are very quickly slammed with slanderous, ill intended remarks, when all the intent of good and help is left not seen or understood! Grasping the fact that there are those who desire to see better health, longevity for others, is too often put in the “they are judging me” category! Or the verbiage is taken as they are being a know it all, or “a better than thou,” when “HELP” and “care” were the only and whole intent!

It is interesting to me to see, that when the arrogant individuals who saw those who cared enough to say things constructive, helpful, etc. are in NEED THEMSELVES, that THOSE nay-sayer’s CHANGE THEIR SONG! Now that they have become sick, ill, or are hurting, that the individuals who “were caring, saying the constructive” are now readily sought, and are actually able to be heard! SAD, ISN’T IT! Some may call it karma, I call it Divine!

Preventive rather than the repair or restoration is definitely easier, more comfortable, less painful! It takes little and returns much more to actually listen, then consider, rather than to berate, belittle, etc.!

Health, it determines not just the quality of life, but also determines the length!

SEEN ……….The FAT, OVER WEIGHT, and the OBESE

Deluded, deceivers, abusers, and users…mostly, it is about LIES!

Oh, I love my wife, or I love my child, .…in reality, it is LIES!

I am talking about the fat, over weight, obese persons who tout this HUGE LIE, about how they “LOVE” OTHERS!

Anyone who doesn’t take care of their own health enough, to live long enough, to be around enough, to interact, care for, and participate with, the “so called person they say, they LOVE, IS A LIAR AT THE LEAST, and quite certainly, an abuser (even if only themselves)!

You see FAT, OVER WEIGHT, and OBESE is about “excessive intake,” which is SELFISHNESS! To allow someone who we may say is a “friend”, to become unhealthy, fat, over weight, or obese

Is to “lie” to them, by our silence!

What an idiotic, laughable statement, to say you love something and not “be there” for them! To not take care of one’s personal health, to live a full life, is their decision. But, to say you love someone and not live long enough, to be around and alive as long as possible, is selfishness, and that is not a healthy love!

What is bad, is if there is a child that this obese liar (yes liar) is taking care of, or even worse yet, if the child is one they are supposed to be actually raising, like a son or daughter! What kinds of values, habits, and or justifications is the child going to be exposed to?

Sure, we all have seen this, where the obese person has taught and provided the same bad habits to the child, and they too are already, severely obese! That is child abuse, in it’s purest form! None of these actions, are love! Not a Godly love, for sure! God dislikes a glutton, as much as a fornicator!

Then this obese, over weight, or fat individual wants us, expects us, to believe they actually “love the other individuals” involved? Please, that would be partaking in the wronged individuals abuse! It would be consent by silence!

Part of the problem here is, that most “just want to get along with others.”

BUT NO, that is being self-serving, in wanting an abusers acceptance! That’s as sick! These types NEED TO BE CALLED OUT, to call them out, is to help make them AWARE! To allow, is to condone, a gross wrong doing!

Fat, over weight, obese is all about a self-will, running riot! It is a SELFISH thing, that can be easily treated, yet most will out-right LIE about it, and say, it’s this or that, all to AVOID RESPONSIBILITY!

HEALTH, is each person’s responsibility, each and every one is the captain of their own course!

Remember, a person must consume 3500 excess calories to make each pound of excess body fat! Fat cannot, does not pursue, hunt down, sneak up on, or randomly attack any single person! Each individual put 3500 extra calories FOR EACH EXTRA POUND, in the mouth and swallowed those calories, to get where they are!

There is help, we see people lose a PANT OR DRESS size every 2 weeks, while eating more than they can believe! So, it is about true care, true responsibility, caring on the right level! ANYONE can be healthy, however, the problem is IT WILL TAKE SOME EFFORTS!

Having worked with overweight, fat and obese individuals for over 45 years, there are some “definite habits” and or excuses that are “common to most of these individuals, and most programs!”
 
Now understand, that this article “is not to slam, belittle, or degrade” anyone, as it is intended to “make aware” of some of these similar points for those who will receive and benefit from them. This is for their advancement in “ridding themselves of the problems!” The rest is in your face reality!
 
Note: the fact is, with fat there was no stalking, attacking, jumping on, of the fat, and it did not just materialize, it came about, for the factual reason of eating or consuming too many calories! Nothing else is possible!
 
Each pound of body fat equals the consumption of 3,500 calories too many! Thirty-five hundred calories translate to over, yes over 40 extra-large eggs, too many! Now when one goes to burn off these 3500 calories they must burn 3900 units of energy because there is a 400 calories extra requirement to get the weight off! So yes 3500 too many calories eaten, requires 3900 calories to be spent, to get that pound of fat off!
 
Now that we have established that fat does not just happen or materialize, that excuses are just that, EXCUSES, and that there must be accountability, let us look at just some of the most common excuses used!
 
Now realize that those who sincerely desire to truly “get the weight off, and keep it off,” must come to grips with just a few of the following “justifying fictitious reasons” why they have not lost faster or more!
 
Absurdities, excuses, justifications, but mostly and actually they are self-deluded LIES!
 

  • I did the best I could!

SORRY – Wrong, doing what is required is the only thing that works, not what you did or wanted to do!
 

  • I thought I made the best choice!

SORRY – Wrong, you have guidelines that are specific, your thinking got you overweight, so you’re thinking is way, way off, fact!
 

  • I ate way off schedule, because of my job being very busy!

WRONG – Your job will be there, there are alarms to use, and your priorities are way off, without your health, you won’t be around, your job is another excuse!
 
Weight Lossdoes not matter, is not a priority, and is not important” IF, “ANYTHING,” GETS IN THE WAY!
 
Somehow overweight, fat or obese individuals found the time, priority, and effort to eat or consume those 3500 extra calories, for each and every pound! And now, they want everyone to believe they cannot find the effort, time, or planning to get the weight off!
 
If success “IN LOSING” is not constant, and on-going, it is only for one reason, SELFISHNESS!
 
Excuses are not acceptable, justifiable, reasonable or just plain reality! Those who truly want the weight off, will get it off!
 
The individuals who truly want to lose, must allow for and secure a person, who will call them on every slight inconsistency, and without mercy, make them accountable!
 
There usually must needs be a financial, time, or some type of penalty if progress is not consistent! If there is no type of penalty, with accountability, usually progress will be minimal and only temporary!
 
Individuals who have allowed themselves to get out of control for prolonged periods of time, are the usually masters of selfishness, and manipulation, this is a fact!
 
Due to these problems and excuses, I have found that most “start out” desiring the loss, the discipline, the accountability, however most always there comes a point where financial costs must be used as a serious motivator! Being committed to people’s success is a real difficult, and problematic work! The price is often much, much, more than most realize, and we are not talking finances only here! How-ever the individuals who were serious, are always worth the cost!
 
So, if you know someone who truly, truly, wants the weight off at the rate of a size every 2 – 3 weeks, no hunger, no cravings, and to learn for life, send them IF, YES IF, they are serious! Otherwise, if a person is not serious, let them continue in their delusional state where they are happy and overfed!
 
Most program managements like the fee’s they receive and yet give little in results or learning!

This article “is not written for” the shaming of anyone, it is written “to bring awareness that anyone who has become overweight, fat and or obese that there is a factual long-term natural answer available!”
Also note: the author of this article has been overweight and fat, so there is an “understanding” of the causes and effects that accompany these conditions!
 
Understand that the facts are clear, that overweight, fat, and obese is totally “unhealthful,” and is mistreatment to the physical body and it’s functions!
 
Overweight, fat or obese is and always will be a case of “excess!” If someone wishes to look up the definition of these words they will find that it varies in meaning from excess or too much to grossly so!
 
The truth and FACT is that overweight, fat, and obese is a CHOICE… and always will be from excess and choices!
 
Fat did not and does not jump on a person…it does not sneak up on a person…nor does fat, just happen!
 
Fat cannot be blamed out or away on anything except “excess consumption of calories,” this is scientific fact!
 
Fat  “cannot” just HAPPEN or mysteriously MATERIALIZE!
 
Fat is excess energy stored on the body, FACT!
 
Each pound of “fat is 3500 extra or excess calories” stored on the body, or as a close example, a pound of fat is more than 36 extra large eggs being stored!
 
Fat takes a deliberate movement from hand to mouth! The EXTRA 3500 calories must be consumed to gain “each excess pound!”
 
A person MUST “BURN 3900 CALORIES to lose each pound of fat!
 
There is a so-called 400 extra calories (like “interest on a loan”) to be burned for each pound of fat gained!
 
The good news is that, there is help. YES, help is ALWAYS AVAILABLE!
 
I have and do, work with overweight, fat, and obese people all the time!
People can and do lose fat at the rate of a size, every 2 – 3 weeks easily! Fat can be lost without hunger, without cravings, while improving blood chemistry, and actually eating more than is always comfortable (seemingly too much food), this is all fact!
 
To become and stay overweight is a self-defeating, unhealthful thing, period!

Weight loss can be done once, done right, and learned for life, IF an individual truly wants success!

Depth in terms of weight loss is the missing information about what causes stoppage of loss and why loss runs into the problems of cravings and boredom!

It takes “time” to learn, time to do what needs to be done, and it takes having some real accountability within, and without, to be long term successful! But it is totally possible!
