Exercise, diets, and programs for health improvements…real or not?
Explain to me please, the following absurdities!
Really, what people “thinking” that buy in to the thinking below? This thinking below isn’t thinking at all, and if this below is thinking, then someone please pray more or get better teachers or at least flush the gene pool! 😉
Why do people do multiple sets of the same exercises? (brain dead or embecile?)
Seeing you either “stimulate or push the muscle to a point of change” or you are not causing change? You push the muscle to a point of “stimulus for response or you do not!”
So if you can do this in one exercise, why keep repeating it, you’re insecure badly, or you are trying to get more results? Because “you either made it happen” or “you are so insecure?” Physiological fact!  ?? IDIOTS ??
Why do people train just legs or lower body one day, and upper body another day? (like a person can make the body work the way the WANT?)
Do they “just feed” their lower body, and “just rest or sleep” their lower body on one day, and do the same to their upper body another day? Actually, organs are working for ALL THE BODY, everyday! So where does the body recover just parts of the body on one day, and when does it not work as a whole unit! The body most often needs 48 hours or 2 days to respond to most stress, so what are they thinking? It is obvious they cannot!
Dieting or weight-loss is usually thought to be “just counting calories!” (the body has survival modes that must be worked within not dictated too, or more would be successful, duuuhh)
So why does everyone staying on a low number of calories always have weight-loss slow down and stop? Could it be that certain foods must be balanced along with blood sugar levels? Is that also why most ALL programs will not use an accurate body composition to prove that only fat is being lost, because they are actually losing lean muscle and the metabolism is actually slowing down?
Why don’t most programs use multiple testing in various ways to prove that, the program is knowing, and factual, actually creating real health? (why NOT, because they do not know, but their egos work too well and they want your finances $$) ?? IDIOT ??

Like, increasing lean muscle, losing only fat, lowering resting heart rates, balancing blood sugars, lowering triglycerides, actually improving blood chemistry, and truly improving health from within? Like taking less time than 30 – 40 minutes total 3 days per week total. After-all exercise should be brief and effective! Like eating more food, while losing more fat only, showing the metabolism is faster! Like exercising less, yet measuring more results! Like learning for a lifetime, giving a true lifestyle!

Excuse me, but what the f—k, what the hell, I mean these “butt heads, ignoramous’s, sudden EXPERTS,” never, ever, cared enough to try and prevent you from getting into a bad position! Yet now, all of a sudden they are “miraculously a sage” of what ever is key to your success! Know more about what you are doing, than anyone could possibly imagine!
I have to laugh, when I look at, listen to, hear about, these “embeciles, idiots, morons of magical knowledge” appear to care so much, and so “all of a sudden! REALLY, I mean REALLY?
When this happens, STOP, and realize, this idiot doesn’t really care about you, nope, not really! What they care about is their “position with you,” how they want your acceptance, “people pleasers, suck up’s, butt kissers!”
Don’t let yourself be taken in, not at all by these types as they care about what they “appear to be!”
These “types” are usually in worse condition, more sickly, more often, more overweight, and are usually in desperately in need of attention! The picture of what they are, says what they truly know and believe in!

Many this time of year get a severe sore throat! Many wait a day to act about helping it, while others will act very little, yet usually not enough to rally and get the problem resolved quickly and thoroughly!
Should you be pro-active here is an idea!
This is a simple yet highly effective action that “if” used quickly and as written can make all the difference!
Clients have reported that this was very highly effective for relief of severe soreness, especially with strep throat!
 
NEEDED:
Glass, measuring cup, table spoon, Nature Works “Swedish Bitters,” “Bragg’s raw vinegar,” Nature Works “beta-carotene” 25,00 I.U. (not vitamin A)
 
Act as quickly as symptoms start, that’s the best way to “get the jump on any progression from taking place!
 
First take 1 tablespoon of raw vinegar in 2 tablespoons water, break this mix into 3 separate gargles one after the other. Each gargle use at least a full 10 seconds with vigor, then spit out! Note this will burn but continues 3 times. Note on the third gargle swallow the mixture.
 
Then do the same mixture of 1 tablespoon Swedish Bitters in two tablespoons water, and do the same three gargles as with the other mixture!
 
Take 25,000 I.U. of beta-carotene “three times per day” for three days.
 
Beware not to take in any dairy during your trying to get over your sore throat! Dairy products are seriously mucous forming and hinder results greatly!
 
Note: I have always advised everyone that your nutrients or supplements belong at the top of your grocery list, as these nutrients are not in foods any longer! Be patient, and actually consider the following, and when given true consideration you will then be able to realize that fitness and health has become literal insanity, ego, and or emotional!
It is about your money, not your health, nor your actual measured results! They will talk a great result; they will stroke your emotions and ego! However, you will not get the real expectations that you will be led to believe. DARE TO COMPARE, DARE TO TEST INDEPENDENTLY, without the trainers and coaches knowing!

  1. Doing multiple sets, if this was truly needed why not do set after set after set, actually doing as many as you possibly can, surely you will get “more results” – NOT! EGO, maybe, insecurity perhaps! Note: An exercise done to cause or receive a result, requires the exercise to be performed to a point “exceeding the momentary existing state of ability!” The exercise must reach the point of “stimulus for response,” once this is reached additional exercise is of no benefit, and is only counter productive!
  1. Doing split routines (upper body one day, lower body the next) is the best way to get better, more productive workouts! Sure, you have one recovery system (set of organs) for the upper body and one recovery system for the lower body (another set of organs). SURE, two sets of recovery organs, NOT, the body when pushed needs time and materials (nutrients to be accumulated, then time for processing) to make adequate responses happen! There is some kind of imagining the body doing way more than is reality here! Also here again is the “more is better even” for the stress and strain of more exercise, in less time and “making believe” that this is some how better! Ego, again or more insecurity perhaps! The body requires minimum of 48 hours in between stress’s to adequately respond if responses are optimized! Remember, recovery is more important than exercise!
  1. Testing physiological factors to know and prove actual correct responses are taking place! This is almost NEVER REGULARLY DONE! Like accurate body composition tests say every 2 – 3 weeks to prove lean is actually being gained and ONLY FAT LOST! WHY NOT, why because these so called professionals ARE NOT TRUE PROFESSIONALS! Yes they may have a certificate of completion, of some CERTIFICATION PROGRAM, how ever “they do not test because they KNOW THEY DO NOT KNOW, how to predict or repeat or sustain actual measured POSITIVE results!” Do the trainers or coaches actually use all three heart rates, like RESTING, DESCENDING, OR WORKING heart rates to prove each phase of training is effective in the POSITIVE, NO!
  1. Question, measure for yourself, independently test, why not, it’s your money, your body, and your health that is at stake! IF YOU WILL NOT TEST, then you just want to justify that you are doing something, rather than nothing! Remember you are spending the time; why not get something for it? IF a trainer or coach cannot predict, measure and repeat, they are guessing, and not in the experienced levels of knowing for certain! Factual components are missing!

Exercise, from the word Exert, as in Exertion
Exercise is not recreation for enjoyment, or pleasure, Exercise is for causing a change!
Exercise = is the Triggering, the Stimulus, a stressor to bring about a response!
 Exercise, is pushing muscle or muscles to a point beyond the momentary state of ability, a “stimulus or triggering!
Exercise, does not, nor cannot, “make” increased strength or muscle by itself!
Exercise can ONLY increase health, strength, performance or make muscle WHEN there has already been adequate nutrition and adequate rest or time BEFORE the exercise is performed!
Exercise can only trigger or stimulate a Positive Response, WHEN, Reserves from Nutrition and Rest or Time have been adequate, ample, enough, Before or PRIOR to exercise! The ability to respond by making lean or strength increases, AGAIN must be ready, BEFORE the triggering!
Nutrition or nutrients are the “materials or “stuff” that make up the new or increased tissues, nutrients are the building blocks, so to speak!
Rest or Time is Required for accumulation, absorption or processing, and stored ahead to be ready to respond, when the triggering, or stimulus happens!
It is like shaving your legs or face and cutting yourself. Should you have eaten the food to help clot the bleeding after you cut your face, or the days before, so the clotting factors are all ready to work?….      Of course before!
So understand that this is how the priorities sequence

People have learned very little over the years about health, how to have it, how to maintain it, and who understands it. They are determined they will not even put out, the least of an effort, to learn any little bit of these!
Health, you do not “feel good” without it, you do not “look good” without it, and you do not “live long without it!
People will lie to your face and tell you, I know how to eat healthy, and when you look at their body it screams “something is way wrong, help me, save me!”
Those same individuals will tell you with a straight face, “I know what by body is saying, I listen to my body! ”Well then“ why is it so obvious, they most desperately need an “interpreter!”
You try to talk to them about some new fact, or truth to help them with their struggle, and they have the total arrogance to say, “I know,” excuse me but “Bulls–t!” (sorry it just plain needs to be that word)
Then these same idiots go to a Doctor, to get a cure, when this so called, “health care professional” can not guarantee you how to prevent anything, so how in hell’s half acre can this “fraud”(legally correct), this individual deserve a fee? WHO’S STUPID HERE?
Do you ever see these same types ever, actually do something to improve their health, other than say or possibly, go to the gym? They actually even think that adding exercise, which is an increased draw off the body, is going to make them better! Bad thinking is permeating every area of what little was left, of a whole society of well-intended good thinking people!
Today it has to be cheap, fast, easy, and, “it even has to be done for them or it won’t get done at all!” An effort, no way, no how, not at all! Then these same sad sacks of ill ilk, and sloth, complain about race, benefits, work, and actually think their insurance policy was paid by someone else! Hear them say, “ oh, I have insurance!”
I have a hard time understanding, that these do not “get it,” that they have so little value for themselves, and are so shallow of understanding!
We are a brand “new being” totally down to every cell being replaced every 16-18 months! With that possibility you would hope these idiots would want to feel better, look better and actually be better, but hardly! But, but, but, it would take an effort!
It is not easy to care for these slothful, expectant, sleepers! But let us try to wake them by what ever suits your style, just possibly a few will wake up, and “just maybe,” it will be someone close to us, to share more of life with!
These are so lucky I believe in the “Here After,” because if I did not, I’d let them know what I’m here after!……….

What is going on? Is this true medicine? Who is lying? What has happened? This is all from the old and new Hippocratic oaths! The man who changed the oaths at Tufts University in the 1960’s became the head of the F. D. A. shortly after this. Something smells here. There are some serious malpractice issues going on according to their own oaths.
For your own sake check out the old oath and the modern versions, you will see the truth!
Food for thought: If your doctor can not guarantee how to prevent it, then why do people go to them for a cure, WHO’S STUPID HERE?  I MEAN REALLY?  It is obvious the doctor if he doesn’t know prevention, that he cannot know enough to help!
Healing of anything is available, it is to be aquired with some research, and looking, do not be fooled!
