What Specific Results To Expect,…

With,….Exercise, Sports performance, Rehabilitation, Fat Loss….What’s Minimum!

With all the trainers, coaches, instructors, and various programs, how is it that fitness programs have ZERO STANDARDIZATION?

There are those programs that get Zero results, those that get slow, slow, results, and those you have to “just hope there maybe results!”

Why is it that programs vary so much with results? Because 99.999% of people selling programs are about MONEY, and EGO!

Why, because it’s about EGO, and MONEY!

It is almost always that the client gets the least benefits!

Standardization would require lots of schooling, which means lots of time, which means paying out money, and putting out effort!

People want everything now, today, immediately!

See, trainers want a professional sounding title, they want to make money! People wanting physical changes, want the results now, so they want to say they hired a “professional!” Everyone wants quick, fast, easy, and yesterday!

Why, “EGO!”

Ego on the part of the person taking the program, “ego” of them saying to themselves, o.k. I “like this program!” I’m going to the gym, I’m dieting, I have a trainer! SAD HUH!

In reality these non-results getting individuals, have to JUSTIFY IN THEIR OWN HEAD, their continuing to pay for something they do not get, not even in part! (their EGO needs acceptance, no matter what the truth is)

They are so insecure, they cannot face that they did something, that stupid!

But, the PROBLEM is, that most all individuals do very, very, little, to zero investigating into real physiological facts!

Most individuals are in “way to big of a hurry,” to get fat off and muscle up, and they must have it, NOW!

So, due to the “overwaiting, about overweighing,” most all use a feeling of “emotion to start” a program and “emotion to select” a program! NOTE: Using emotion is not logical nor factual!

Most all coaches, instructors, and trainers all have an almost ZERO FACTUAL BASIS, for what they “teach others for their fee,” thus literally taking their MONEY!

No, for sure most all or everyone of their applications, are at best fraud, theft, lies,myths just wrong, wrong ,wrong!

Realize:

When a person exercises, they are stressing tissues, trying to trigger a positive increase, to increase physical performance! (either losing fat, gaining muscle, strength, speed ,etc.)

That means “if they have not previously taken in or consumed the right nutrients” they are harming their health, FACT! Yet the person who they paid more than 98% of the time is “NOT FACT BASED” and in most cases cannot, will not and does not test to prove measurable positive results!”

So, “get the actual physiological facts,” the correct applications, “check references,” “before” you start any program!

REALIZE THIS, this even includes “physical therapists,” WHO ALSO DO NOT GET TAUGHT HOW TO EAT “PRIOR TO THEIR EXERCISE” TO HAVE THE BODY RESPOND BETTER!

Imagine the physical therapist works with people who have had very bad health set-backs, yet they do not know how to “HELP THE BODY RESPOND BETTER, SO THEY ARE ADDING STRESS!”

Now you feel bad, “deservedly so I might add!” So, the Doctor hears your “poor me story!” He then decides, how bad he wants to scare you! (remember this determines his future income)

When the Doctor decides on “what he wants to tell you,” then he comes up “with a plan of treatments!”

Once he gets the return information from testing of “how bad or good it is,” he may send you for “more testing,” which of course is under the guises of “we must really and accurately know!”

Then the cycle goes into treatment mode again, and then you must “re-test” to see how this went, all for accuracy you know! (if you believe all this, you need a great psychiatrist)

But, do not worry, he will re-treat, then re-test, then re-diagnose, after all he really cares? (NOT, except for the payments)

UNDERSTAND –

I do “know” several Doctors of “true character, values and morals!” NOTE: I SAID FEW….3 actually

EACH one of them is “EXTREMELY DISPIRITED” about the condition of the Medical Society!

They AGREE totally with this!

Yet, they struggle to be “GODLY, truly CARING,” and doing the best their SOCIETY CAN ALLOW!

CHRISTMAS….What Most Don’t Know

MOST, Yes, most have little to no idea just “how much” it is truly is about! People being sad at this time of year….???

Stupid, yes way beyond stupid!

Our “legal will, the new and old testaments” inform us, all we have been given from GOD, and HIS SON!

Christmas is about Christ, and “Him being GOD’S GIFT TO US!”…..
People do not “see” that GOD giving us JESUS, was for each and everyone of us to be

able to be with GOD, ALL OF US TOGETHER!

JESUS, is what was given for “Redemption, FORGIVENESS, for Healing, Provision, Help for every problem!”
Spiritually, intellectually, and physically, all are supplied!
If there is a “will, there is a way!”…..Jesus is the “WAY!”

JESUS is “THE ANSWER” to all of our cares, and needs!

The “WORD,” the Bible, often referred to as a “testament” (new and old testaments) a “testament” is a “LEGAL document,”… a “WILL,”… left to us, after JESUS died on the cross!

Yes, the “WORD” is GODS’ instructions for us to have a “whole and cared for” life while we are on the earth!

Know that the BIBLE, is a “WILL,” yes an actual “LEGAL” document, it is the believers, “Inheritance!”

The Bible is also an instruction book (a maintenance manual) from the “manufacturer” or the “CREATOR!” (…who better to advise, and direct us…)

What most never get told in todays churches is,… that the bible tells us “what we have coming to us,” or how much we have coming, and most importantly, HOW TO LEGALLY CLAIM all that is left to us!

The gifts left to us, “MUST BE ASKED FOR AND CLAIMED” according to “HOW the bible says!”
Everything we have given to us, is written in the bible! (our inheritance)

We are responsible to know, read, learn what is ours, and then “learn how to claim it!”

HOSEA 4:6, tells us that “our lack of GODS knowledge” (the “WORD”) is the “cause of and why” we have problems!

So, yes, tis the season, to have JOY!
If anyone lacks joy, let them learn about all what is truly given to us from GOD, and let them learn “HOW to claim everything!”

GOD would not give us so, so much, and not give us the way to have or claim it!

So, it is OUR responsibility, to read, and learn, or if we do not, “it is our lack of effort” to learn, understand, and claim that makes for our lack and sadness!

People need to “get out of their materialism” and think what this “time of year” is truly about!

One item, one thing, replaces all wealth, land, stocks, businesses, status, power, position, and literally anything else, it is “favor with GOD, and HIS SON, JESUS!”

My prayer is, that your desires, minds, and hearts be fixed on learning GOD’S Word!

You Know….”the LEGENDS” at least in their own minds!!!

How is it possible, for “So Many” to be so, so educated, and so quickly?

These people are so educated (they think), how is it, they have even blown past my knowledge and I have been studying and working in the field for almost 50 years?

People come to me and ask my advice, all because I have had clients with amazing results, yet they “ask,” and then, “they tell me” what the answer should be???

Whaaa the fu—!!!

I mean… Duuhhh ….What the Fu——!!!

Then they say, “NO”… “Google says,”….! OF COURSE….. of course, ….”GOOGLE!”

YES, OF COURSE……”GOOGLE”…

Holy Sh—-! (deluded they are) “some actually believe the know everything now”

Then the reality sets in when they follow up with, “Google Says”….

Today, anyone with a mission can be a self-made “expert,” at least to these idiots all by hiring an SEO expert, and then pouring money after their research and of course absolutely “their name then comes up on the first page of a GOOGLE search, making them an expert (according to their thinking)!

Now, your you are seen by most as an “expert” at least by those who “don’t use any logical questioning” but hey, they just saw your info due to being a first spot on GOOGLĖ!

WHAT THE FU ——!!!

My rule is, skip the first 2 -3 pages, then, maybe then, start asking more questions !!!

REALIZE MOST PEOPLE (98+%} DO NOT ACTUALLY LISTEN TO HEAR, but to “respond”……. neither do people think much, if at all!

And I deal with their “health”….there no room for error….not a quick answer always…

So, HELL, skip the learning, skip getting experience, just buy SEO and get to the top of the list!!!!

It’s faster, cheaper, and your name gets out there “right away!”

CANCER TREATMENT – INSANITY EASILY PROVEN HERE…..

Cancer Treatment….. INSANITY, PROVEN HERE……

An out of balance body gets cancer, because the body could not adequately respond!

Now, yes at this moment the cancer is more powerful than the good cells and processes.

The Doctors says surgery, yet the body could not respond to the cancer.

So now the body, which could not respond to the cancer, has to now respond to the ADDED STRESS OF SURGERY, PLUS CANCER!

Now the cancer gets worse, or comes back, (possibly too much stress) and the Doctor says now let’s add chemo or poison TOO!

Now the body, that could not respond adequately to cancer, has added surgery, and then added chemo, NOW That weakened body more, the body HAS TO TRY AND RESPOND TO THAT ALSO,…! (does this sound logical to you)

Not, most oncologist do not allow vitamins during chemo -….. why, they actually tell you because the vitamins could counter the CHEMO……! So, vitamins create health, FACT!

But the so-called “cancer” expert, says NO VITAMINS!…. NOW YOU ARE GOING TO TRUST THIS….?

So, the body that could not respond to anything, was also not allowed to use vitamins, and minerals that make the body grow and live!
Why no vitamins, and minerals, because they are proven to LESSEN the effects of poisonous chemo!

So, how or what can be so bad about vitamins and minerals when Doctors say they are more powerful than chemo and chemo is poison! (what kind of logic is this)?

SO MAYBE VITAMINS AND MINERALS COULD AND WOULD HAVE PREVENTED CANCER! (This is proven)

Then when chemo fails to poison the cancer, the Doctor says Radiation, we will burn it out!

But still no vitamins and minerals!

The radiation signs in the hospital say “STAY OUT!”
So how much more stress on the original body that could not respond to the original cancer is needed! More + more + more….

So, too much stress then cancer… The add the stress of surgery… When that fails…
then add chemo poison,… When that fails add Radiation… ….

Then when that fails, YOU CAN KEEP SUFFERING AND PAYING…
But don’t take vitamins and minerals because it LESSENS THEIR INCOME!!

Is It Weight Loss, Fat Loss, Money Loss….or A Total Loss?

Is it weight loss, fat loss or MONEY LOSS…..or a total loss?

Weight loss, the biggest money game in health and fitness, and it is not about health either!

Weight loss is usually about that overwhelming desire to be thinner, slimmer, trimmer, leaner and or “looking fit” NOW! Beware for the services seeking to help, money is too often the motivator!

As I wrote about it in my book, “The Great Fitness Fraud,” weight loss is usually “finally triggered” by one of three things slapping us into reality giving us true vision and that old reality check. I came to notice excess weight or fat is not quickly put on, nor happens overnight, not literally anyway! Extreme excess weight or fat is accumulated by several factors compounding additional weight gain!

The reality of excessive gain is it came about through NOT having a baby, nor the in-laws coming for a visit, nor was it the holidays, nor was it anything except “a person’s desires to have what they want, when they want it, and of course HOW they want it. It is about mental or physical sensations, and obsessions. Again, so called services for weight loss are about their money!

The three main motivators which trigger the individual to get going or make a move to lose the weight or fat are first, going to the closet to go somewhere special to wear, realizing there are “no clothes that work,” or meaning the person realizes they are up yet another size! Of course the reality of what they have been doing or not doing, has just now come home to their reality.

The next motivator is going to a party or social event where some person took a picture of them and they show the individual the picture. All of us are guilty of not always seeing something about ourselves. But the idea of not being able to see ourselves the way others see us, is best captured on a video or in a photo. When this person sees the reality in the picture, that inner shock of “the true image” is or can be a profound jolt.

The third way individuals seem to be greatly effected is the one that can be the most shocking. It is when they are at the Doctor’s office and the Doctor says, “this is about living or dying.” This is usually the strongest motivator and is even often not heard at the level needed, sad yet true.

Now let us consider the truth of what is desired here, which is usually emotionally decided. It is, “Oh my Gawd,” I have to do something right now! That drive from fear, disgust, frustration, shame, guilt or whatever, comes almost every time out of an EMOTIONAL RESPONSE. The decision is almost always emotionally driven, rather than one from a good, sound, logical, practical, planned, and referenced place.
