And “WASTING YOUR TIME”……MOST EVERYONE DOES….

Ego makes more or most decisions for most, due to the fact that most everyone does what the majority are doing yet even though their actual measured or realized results are next to nothing, most believe they have it down when it comes to “what they are doing!” However when it comes to science and actual correct application most are way far away!

(don’t lie) When was the last time YOU TRULY (actually) MEASURED RESULTS?

YES, WITHOUT ACTUAL FACTS, knowledge or a solid fact-based plan the majority of individuals are wasting their time!  (be open minded here)

In fact, “if you are not actually measuring, testing, or keeping tack with records and measuring actual progress how do you or anyone truly know!

They don’t, but their “EGO” says they are doing great! 

(BUT, EVERYONE SEE’S THE LIES, except them)

Most see results in the beginning, but the results slow down! It doesn’t take long and the exercise is actually overdone! Yes, over done! Your muscles continue to get somewhat stronger; your heart gets stronger; your bones get denser!

But “THE INTERNAL ORGANS”  do not grow, get stronger and are “unable to keep up” with the increased demands from the continued exercise! (this is why results slow down)

This is why when individuals who have been steady at going to workout, and they miss a day, they see increased strength!

Hello, they didn’t get more exercise the “missed” a day!

So, what happened is, their body got a day to “catch up!”….FACT!

OFTEN, when an individual misses several days, they see a “big or noticeable increase in strength or endurance with their so-called “normal” workout! FACT!

Why, again, their body got a chance to “restore, or repair” itself more!

NOTE: they didn’t “get more stress from a workout,” they got an EXTRA DAY OFF, or more recovery time! 

NOTE: If you “ARE NOT SEEING STEADY RESULTS”, it is because your body CANNOT ADEQUATELY RESPOND! 

FACT: IF YOUR BODY “CANNOT RESPOND ADEUATELY,” YOU ARE DOING MORE DAMAGE THAN GOOD!

WHAT ARE YOU GETTING………IN REALITY?

It is especially important to know, that just because a particular program appears” to deliver fast, visible, external results, “does not mean” that it is correct or “healthful” on an internal basis.

Now, stop, re-read, and think!

“Everything” we take into our body or do with our body has a “positive or negative” result.

If you are involved in a program that cannot or does not use multiple tests to prove healthful results, it could be because they do not care about your health as much as their profits…..”what’s important to you”….HONESTLY?

If you are involved in an exercise, diet, or health program and are actively doing you’re prescribed part and you “are not measuring results,” it should be obvious that the program is imbalanced, and your body is unable to respond. It should be a simple deduction that it is causing more harm than good. It is simply unhealthful.

Total health can be maintained with nutrition, and time! Exercise if added, only decides the level of performance!

Note: Provided there is optimal balance, if not, exercise is only an added stressor.

NOTE: Because of the requirement for “time,” to accumulate and process materials (nutrition) to make reserves (which create the physical response), many people are in debt, in that “their body cannot adequately respond,” see and or actually measure a positive result.

To realize positive results, reserves must be adequately or fully ready” prior to the stressors, stimulus, or triggering from any source. If reserves are not adequately ready, then only debt, overdraw (unhealthful) or negative effects to the system can result.

Point in case is that if an individual is exercising and is not realizing (measuring) positive results, then the body is in an over draw or a stressed state” and is unable to adequately respond to the positive. It is imperative to realize that the internal workings create the external responses! No response means inadequate reserves.

Note: In order for exercise to be effective it must exceed the momentary state of ability or little or no stimulus or triggering for change will take place. In order for exercise to be efficient it must be as effective as possible, yet also take place in as brief of a time factor as possible. With these two factors are being met, exercise can then be as effective and efficient as possible!

There is no difference between someone who is at a level of a disease getting better, than an average athlete becoming better in performance. It is all human performance.

Everyone has the same basic physiological requirements; some just require more or less than others!

So, what are you getting? Is it due to improper or incomplete information, or that someone is selling you something ?

“The Unconsidered”…… in fitness, exercise, and sports  

When “fitness, sports, athletics” became top of mind, there is a usually an overlooked serious consideration! This serious consideration has been, ”what does the body dictate!”

More,  is and has been an attitude with exercise, fitness, sports, and athletic training, along with, “whatever it takes!” Yet, if one stands back, removes the ego, slows down, and opens their mind, major serious, benefits  can and will happen!

First, and foremost “ego has reigned,” in the exercise arena for decades!  This meaning, that “more” is better, and almost compulsory for improvement, as is common thought and practice! When in reality, “more” leads to overtraining!” Overtraining can be easily avoided, if, yes a big “IF,” most individuals could get their “ego” and the idea of “more is always better” out of their ways!  (putting ego aside is near impossible)

Research, and scientific fact has shown that recovery, “full recovery” form training is the only time “when” performance is increased, not during the recovery, but after “full recovery” has taken place!

Little children, drunks, and Yoga-pants….

I saw a sign the other day with the glaring truth and it said:
Only three things “tell the truth – little children, drunk persons, and Yoga-Pants!”

Let’s look at that from reality, from the viewers side!

Wearing clothes that “Flatter” is one thing, wearing pants that “Advertise” or “Scream” suggestions is another!
For instance, for women theres a t-shirt, a tank top, a halter top, and a bikini top and then there are “pasties!”
In men’s there is pants, there is cargo pants, sweat pants, blue jeans, slacks, shorts, swim trunks, briefs, and speedo’s!

If anyone wears clothes that “Advertise” and “gets” attention that “they say” is out of line, TOO BAD….they asked and deserve what they got, they “Earned it!”

Men do not usually walk around in “long john’s” that are “form fitting,” nor do they normally walk around in speedo’s!
Women say….yes “say” they like yoga pants! But, lets see “HOW” they “use or wear” these “yoga” pants!
They are either “YO -ga” pants or worn as YOO-GUUUUHH PANTS? “TAKE THIS HOWEVER!”

If anyone wears yoga pants that “expose serious sickening excess,” and someone “says something” TOO BAD, “They Asked and Deserve IT!” They are being an eye sore and are STILL getting attention, yes they were knowingly seeking! GET REAL!

Having Serious Excess Fat (overweight, large, obese) is NOT Pretty, Not Cute, Not Justifiable!

There was a time in fashion there were “Goucho Pants, and Hip Huggers!
People now because of their self indulged abusive excess, now wear ….
Groucho pants and Hippo Huggers!

Big, large, fat, and obese is not, nor ever will be “beautiful, acceptable,or justified,” even God says it’s one of seven deadly sins! So wake up, get your health in line, and your deranged and non-justifiable excess! Have some self pride, please!

Stop telling the lies about “why” your FAT. You know that insanely stupid stuff! It cannot be made to be, O.K.!

Remember this FACT, for each and every pound of excess body fat, it took or required “3500 excess calories” or the equivalent of 36 extra large eggs to be eaten (consumed)!

No thyroid problem, no having a baby, no drug caused it. Fat did not “just happen, it did not seek you out,” it was food going hand to mouth, FACT!

Over weight, large, fat, obese is a direct happening from choices, or “self will running riot, period!

We don’t have to be “out of control!”

GOING to the GYM …. But Going No Where…or “Being Typical…!”

YES, you know them, and all too well!

You, are you one of them? If so, can you admit it?

You know them, those individuals who are always talking about going to the “health club or gym,” you know, the club that really has got nothing to do with health!

You know, those money pits that possibly you and most attend! The place where it gives you nothing of real facts, let alone no real factual proven or proper instruction, but it wants and takes your money every month!

You know, the place people spend their hard-earned money for a “rental” of some space, exercise equipment, and a shower!

Or are you like those who are going to an exercise program, that’s definitely not showing any real results!

Or possibly you are going to that so-call trainer, that is exactly that, ”a trainer” who’s got “you trained,” to bring them a check/money while you haven’t changed at all in months!

Many of these “so-called” and “self-proclaimed trainers” will actually compete in physique contests doing some good, yet their clients never seem to change or show any visible improvements! So this proves the point that it’s important FOR RESULTS TO HAPPEN WITH THEM, and not their clients!

People should beware, of not just what these so-called trainers say they are, and “what they say they can do!” Most importantly, any prospective clients should actually research, what does the trainer actually deliver, and is it delivered on a consistent basis with all type of clients!

Without adequate and proper investigation, many individuals are DUPED! So, simply put,  “what’s your time, money and efforts worth?” NOT TO MENTION YOUR HEALTH! 

Did you ever really look around at the willingly misguided, and ignorant, doing their so-called exercises? Did you see, or notice all the ridiculous throwing, dropping and half range of movements being done? Kinetic, ballistic movements that do “nothing for really building strength,” but do cause a tremendous amount of injuries? That type of exercise does somewhat demonstrate strength, yet it does not “build strength!”

But hey, you and those are “working out!”

Did you ever stop to notice, how they do all the “extra or multiple sets?”

Why?… INSECURE to the max, are you and AREN’T THEY?

YES, the fact is a muscle can be “stimulated to change” with one set, yes ONE SET, DONE OR PUSHED TO A POINT OF STIMULUS FOR RESPONSE! (of course that point isn’t comfortable)

But hey, they are insecure, unlearned, and “so EGO driven” in place of FACT DRIVEN, so you are way better off, not even trying to say anything to “help them!”

IF, you do try to help them, their severe insecurity, due to lack of knowledge, will get a response that they obviously see you as saying, “they are wrong,” rather than seeing, you are sincere in really trying to help!

Of course, let’s not forget because many are insecure, and EGO driven, they will go so far as to try to “train their upper body one day, and their lower body the next day!” Now this is how ridiculous it can get, when EGO drives INSECURITY, that these lost logic lacking, individuals haven’t even researched or considered ANY FACTS!

Why? Well obviously if they TRAIN or EXERCISE their “upper body one day, and their lower body the next day,” shouldn’t they also just “FEED their upper body one day, and FEED their lower body the next day?”

BUT WAIT, shouldn’t they also just SLEEP or RECOVER their upper body one day and just SLEEP or RECOVER their lower body the next day?” (by the way, JUST HOW DO THEY DO THAT…) It just gets more and more ridiculous, especially when you study some basic physiology and proper applications!

Remember all basic logic and simple observation is “out the window” due to insecurity and ego!

I don’t get, how these types of DELUDED, demented, non-logical, and obviously UNTEACHABLES, can make it through day to day life without major help? They never bother to actually do any INDEPENDENT research or fact gathering, and yet continue without ANYTHING to show in actual, measurable results for all their time, and efforts, let alone nothing bettered about their health!

Our body requires three distinct process’s for response! Number one, is accumulation of materials for response(nutrition)! Number two, is time for processing materials for response! Number three is time for applying the repair or recovery!

Exercise is a “STRESS,” a triggering, a pushing beyond the momentary ability to “cause a hopeful, positive response (added strength or muscle)!” YET these insecure, unlearned, uneducated want, YES WANT, to believe their going to “dictate” to the body what they want it to do!”

It’s sad, and yet funny that they persist day after day, month after month with little to absolutely NOTHING TO SHOW! But HEY, they are there! REALLY…I MEAN, “REALLY?”

Watch when someone tries to offer fact-based help, their response is, NO, “I KNOW!”

So this drives me to ask them, “SO, if you know, why are you making NO PROGRES, and You LOOK THE SAME, so why do you come here? THE POINT HERE IS, ARE THEY DELUDED, STUPID, INSECURE, or ARROGANT or “ALL OF THESE?”  I know most of you get this!

There are great informational sources out there, for everyone to work with!

Too many people make a spontaneous or fast emotional decision about weight loss, or getting fit, or changing their physical performance levels. There are actual scientific factors, that must be applied in specific sequences, to gain specific responses! If training or exercising someone was so easy we would see so much more repeated, consistent, measurable results with many more individuals, BUT WE DON’T!

I have been in the physical human performance field for over 45 years, and I even wrote the book on FITNESS FRAUD! Get it, it will make you aware of what’s needed! A better description is “personal strainers,” or pocket drainers, or no brainers, or maybe entertainers!

YES, FAKES…..AT THE VERY BEST…….HERE IS WHY…..

EVER WATCH THE SO-CALLED “PERSONAL TRAINERS”……..NO SERIOUSLY…..

THEY are like little kids following their clients acting like the client is their MOMMIES and DADDIES, with this look on their face, while waiting for a NOD OF ACCEPTANCE…..LIKE, am I doing ok, am I huh?

Almost all the while these fakes are looking around, talking, checking their all-important cell phones!

WHY…..because they do know, that what they are doing is based on NOTHING FACTUAL and is usually based on everything everyone else “seems to do”!

THINK about what never shows up consistently, it is CONSISTENT measurable results, and never on a steady proven basis!

How many so- called “Personal Strainers” do you see “actually testing their clients on a regular basis, getting measurements, taking photo’s etc.?”

These fakes, frauds, and self-deluded egotist, try to do things “to make it seem” that they actually know physiology, or exercise requirements from a scientific basis!

They do things like divide the body into exercising the upper body one day, then the lower body the next day!

This is beyond asinine, because you must according to that thinking have to JUST FEED the upper body that day and JUST FEED THE LOWER BODY THE NEXT DAY!…..I MEAN REALLY????

So does a person then JUST SLEEP THE UPPER BODY one day, and JUST SLEEP THE LOWER BODY THE NEXT DAY?  HOW DOES THAT WORK?  Physiology says that the body requires 48 hours between stimulus for adequate response!

FUNNY, because I see the body as ONE UNIT, that needs food and sleep every day, and the body recovers or heals as a whole unit!…..But then again, that kind of logic is rare today!

When realizes that “exercise” is a “stimulus to trigger a hopeful positive response” one can clearly see that exercise is a form of stress, and that nutrition and rest are what build or make the “response!” The nutrition supplies the materials and rest is “time to accumulate and process the nutrients!”

If a person carefully observes people in any gym setting, they will notice little if any real noticeable or measurable results takes place with the vast majority of members! WHY? Because almost no one ever learns the true facts and applications to be “able to hold anyone accountable!”

If a program is truly built or engineered on or with FACTS, then there can be Predictability, accountability, sustainability, and results can be an “ongoing thing.”

What most people do not realize is, that when a person is going to the gym on a regular basis AND NO RESULTS ARE TAKING PLACE it is usually due to the fact that the body does not have what is needed! To make any “positive noticeable or measurable improvements” there must be adequate response materials to make these changes! So little or no responses means deficit or more damage than good is taking place!

The only thing WORSE than the FRAUDS, is the people who continue to go to them and continue to pay, do not look deeper, but go because they feel justified, NOW THAT IS “SICK!” 

After all, I actually wrote the book, “The Great Fitness Fraud,” that lays out the facts, and reveals the self-evident truths for anyone to know, if measurable results are a possibility or not!
