What Specific Results To Expect,…

With,….Exercise, Sports performance, Rehabilitation, Fat Loss….What’s Minimum!

With all the trainers, coaches, instructors, and various programs, how is it that fitness programs have ZERO STANDARDIZATION?

There are those programs that get Zero results, those that get slow, slow, results, and those you have to “just hope there maybe results!”

Why is it that programs vary so much with results? Because 99.999% of people selling programs are about MONEY, and EGO!

Why, because it’s about EGO, and MONEY!

It is almost always that the client gets the least benefits!

Standardization would require lots of schooling, which means lots of time, which means paying out money, and putting out effort!

People want everything now, today, immediately!

See, trainers want a professional sounding title, they want to make money! People wanting physical changes, want the results now, so they want to say they hired a “professional!” Everyone wants quick, fast, easy, and yesterday!

Why, “EGO!”

Ego on the part of the person taking the program, “ego” of them saying to themselves, o.k. I “like this program!” I’m going to the gym, I’m dieting, I have a trainer!  SAD HUH!

In reality these non-results getting individuals, have to JUSTIFY IN THEIR OWN HEAD, their continuing to pay for something they do not get, not even in part!  (their EGO needs acceptance, no matter what the truth is)

They are so insecure, they cannot face that they did something, that stupid!

But, the PROBLEM is, that most all individuals do very, very, little, to zero investigating into real physiological facts!

Most individuals are in “way to big of a hurry,” to get fat off and muscle up, and they must have it, NOW!

So, due to the “overwaiting, about overweighing,” most all use a feeling of “emotion to start” a program and “emotion to select” a program! NOTE: Using emotion is not logical nor factual! 

Most all coaches, instructors, and trainers all have an almost ZERO FACTUAL BASIS, for what they “teach others for their fee,” thus literally taking their MONEY!  

No, for sure most all or everyone of their applications, are at best  fraud, theft, lies,myths just wrong, wrong ,wrong!

Realize:

When a person exercises, they are stressing tissues, trying to trigger a positive increase, to increase physical performance! (either losing fat, gaining muscle, strength, speed ,etc.)

That means “if they have not previously taken in or consumed the right nutrients” they are harming their health, FACT! Yet the person who they paid more than 98% of the time is “NOT FACT BASED” and in most cases cannot, will not and does not test to prove measurable positive results!”

So, “get the actual physiological facts,” the correct applications, “check references,” “before” you start any program!

REALIZE THIS, this even includes “physical therapists,” WHO ALSO DO NOT GET TAUGHT HOW TO EAT “PRIOR TO THEIR EXERCISE” TO HAVE THE BODY RESPOND BETTER!

Imagine the physical therapist works with people who have had very bad health set-backs, yet they do not know how to “HELP THE BODY RESPOND BETTER, SO THEY ARE ADDING STRESS!”

So, find the BEST, of instruction before you start! Take time to research, do your homework!

The Human Being is a three part being!
The Human is a spirit, physical, and mental being!
The Spirit is the “animating force” or the electrical charge, which is the life force!
The Physical is the “vehicle” the spirit rides around in, on the journey called life!
The Mind is the “Perceiver, Liar and Justifier,” the intellect!
To “cure means to remove the irritating symptom!
To “heal means to restore to the original!
Medicine treats the “physical and mental being!”
The Church treats the “spirit and mental being!”
Medicine fails because it treats only part of the being and not the spirit!
The Church fails because it treats only part of the being and not the physical!
The Church fails because it does not deal, consider, or treat the WHOLE, “spiritual and physical man!”

But let you start a diet or nutrition or fitness program, and “all of a sudden” they know all this information, have all this understanding, or want to definitely try to “direct you” on how, where, and why?
Excuse me, but what the f—k, what the hell, I mean these “butt heads, ignoramous’s, sudden EXPERTS,” never, ever, cared enough to try and prevent you from getting into a bad position! Yet now, all of a sudden they are “miraculously a sage” of what ever is key to your success! Know more about what you are doing, than anyone could possibly imagine!
I have to laugh, when I look at, listen to, hear about, these “embeciles, idiots, morons of magical knowledge” appear to care so much, and so “all of a sudden! REALLY, I mean REALLY?
When this happens, STOP, and realize, this idiot doesn’t really care about you, nope, not really! What they care about is their “position with you,” how they want your acceptance, “people pleasers, suck up’s, butt kissers!”
Don’t let yourself be taken in, not at all by these types as they care about what they “appear to be!”
These “types” are usually in worse condition, more sickly, more often, more overweight, and are usually in desperately in need of attention! The picture of what they are, says what they truly know and believe in!
If this year you desire to start out with changing, and actually desiring to improve your health, go for it, but, do it with taking time to find FACTS! Get factual, proven working knowledge! Look for results with multitudes of clients, measured, proven results, not just so-called claims!

Too many people today are trying to start on their way to health, in an awkward illogical actually very wrong way! How?
Their problem is, their start is so “off,” because they are making an emotional decision, by what has sounded good, thought was good, or it may be that it will feel good, all usually gathered from some where out there, in there day to day lives. Also most individuals will always say, and confirm anything to be social, and this agreement of others, is way, way, unfounded on any logic!
Listen up, think logically, starting with a cleanse is a wrong start, way, way, wrong! Why, you ask? Because, most all, actually all, by what I see, are not thinking in a basic logical way, they are using impulse, emotions!
The reason I say this is so simple, it is because you would, and SHOULD want to start by removing the problematic cause’s of UN-HEALTH, first! Why? Most people have no idea that many of the so-called health items they intake daily are, ”not so healthy or beneficial.” Some of these items can actually slow, stop, or block digestion, absorption, and worse.
So, removing the problematic causes is the very first step!
By removing these causes, what will be taken in, will not be “neutralized,” by continued bad intake! A markedly better result is being readied, prepared, planned, actually engineered!
This is just some of these items, and ideas of utilizing these, that need to be
stopped, removed, replaced, are:
Alcohol – coated cooking utensils –
Nicotine – micro-waving –
Caffeine – frying –
Dairy – preservatives –
Sugar, all – food colorings –
White flour – prepared meats –
Canola oil – deodorants –
Palm – oil fluoride –
As anyone can see the list is quite lengthy! There is much more but for now this is a small attempt, these are the major players.
Also, the methods that are used by so many can be way simplified, and get even more effective, efficient results in less time.

In the 40+ yrs. that I have been working to help health in so many individuals, I have found that cleansing can be quite fast, and very effective, by very simple methods of understanding the factors of quantity, quality, and frequency of foods, herbs, supplements, and water, along with some effective circulatory work.

First before reading this check ego’s, emotions, and all non logical thinking at the door or pack your bags as you will be going on a “guilt trip!”
What the main reason is, not lack of knowledge alone, but “Lack of Working Knowledge!”
Why these programs fail to get results is, “Mainly due to” Emotional reasoning, instead of Facts!
How these programs “Continue to Exist is,” that No One will Set Their Ego Aside, and admit they are not working for THEM!”
When people go to the gym, they do not want to “get measured” because they do not want to SEE WHAT, or what not is really happening! They want to justify their time, money and efforts, and of course who wants to admit they have not really done much in the way of dietary changes ….ON A CONSISTENT BASIS!
Oh, yes, AND OF COURSE, who wants to say in all honesty, that they “hired that trainer because they were CUTE, and HAD A NICE WAY ABOUT THEM! See people, they down deep ACTUALLY KNOW, they did not really want someone to HOLD THEM “THAT” RESPONSIBLE! -how to test-

Results, real fat loss, muscle gain, measurements taken, blood chemistry tested, blood sugar tested, diet logs checked, asked all those questions………..NO, no, people do not want to put out the effort to make those happen, at least for the very vast major majority do not want that! THAT’S WAY TOO MUCH EXTRA EFFORT! A the very deepest level most believe they will fail!
In the 40+ years I have been working with health problems, stroke victims, even difficulties of extreme like cancer, weight loss, heart ailments, scholastic sports, professional athletes, and much, much more, even having clients fly in to work with me, very, very, very, few TRULY ARE WILLING TO DO WHAT IT TAKES!
But then, I do not want to “deal with mediocrity” in delivering MAJOR RESULTS! You see it is about “MAKING A DIFFERENCE, FOR LIFE,” and creating a real visible, measurable, result that can be predictable, sustainable, and repeatable for whenever a person desires too, and to have that “WORKING KNOWLEDGE” FOR LIFE! Anyone can choose to work with those who truly deeply want to fail!
Health clubs, personal trainers, coaches, hell even Doctors, DON’T REALLY WANT TO PUT FORTH THAT MUCH EFFORT, let alone every day, day in, day out, no way! They are about THEIR MONEY!

Exercise, weight loss, fitness, health clubs, and wellness programs…….what are you getting???
Facts, not feelings… Measured results, not maybe’s? Engineered successes, not guessing?
Thinner leaner, stronger, healthier, are all realities, if  your trainer, gym, or instructors are factually based and actually applying the facts to “engineer” our success.
Way too many people, are going to the gym and using non fact based methods and supposed techniques that do not and will not get the desired results they are seeking! In today’s world of information we should be getting the results we desire, and not wasting our time, efforts, and money, let alone damaging our health!
What should a person expect, if the facts are being used with knowledge and understanding?

Simple….  THE MINIMUM

1. You weight should be taken or monitored on a daily basis
2. Your measurements should be taken at least every 3 weeks.
3. Your pictures should be taken every 3weeks.
4. An accurate body composition taken every 3 weeks. (Such as near infra red light)
5. A strength or performance test or descending heart rate test every 3 – 4 weeks.
6. Checks on resting and working heart rates should be done regularly to check recovery.
7. If wellness is desired, blood sugar levels should be check regularly as well as blood
chemistry every three to four weeks. (Eight weeks minimum)
8. Progressions in workouts should be constantly monitored and regulated.
NOTE: IF you are not getting the above monitored, why not? Why? Because those selling the program are unlearned, not understanding basic’s, afraid of “not being able to actually produce results!”
If a program is based with facts and knowledge predictable results should be expected.
Too many programs are not based on facts, but based on “supposed methods” of what’s has been seen, done, and considered the norm!
By observing what is done within the so called “box” of fitness program norms one will observe that’s measurable results are a rarity and not the norm! Why? Why results are not the norm is because individuals are not held to standards even with trainer certifications there are no applied facts and methods set up to ensure the client or customer gets their desired results!
Real facts applied in the correct and consistent manner will gain the same “results” each and every time! If you are not getting measurable consistent results someone is inept, uneducated, unqualified or just plain misleading!
For over 43 years in the field of physical human performance, with health at he focal point my client’s results have been predictable, measurable, consistent, maintainable, and repeatable!
Most programs sadly say their clients advertised results “are not typical,” where as my clients “results are typical!”
Test, verify, constantly record and document what is happening, after all it is your efforts, time, money, and health that is at risk!
