What Specific Results To Expect,…

With,….Exercise, Sports performance, Rehabilitation, Fat Loss….What’s Minimum!

With all the trainers, coaches, instructors, and various programs, how is it that fitness programs have ZERO STANDARDIZATION?

There are those programs that get Zero results, those that get slow, slow, results, and those you have to “just hope there maybe results!”

Why is it that programs vary so much with results? Because 99.999% of people selling programs are about MONEY, and EGO!

Why, because it’s about EGO, and MONEY!

It is almost always that the client gets the least benefits!

Standardization would require lots of schooling, which means lots of time, which means paying out money, and putting out effort!

People want everything now, today, immediately!

See, trainers want a professional sounding title, they want to make money! People wanting physical changes, want the results now, so they want to say they hired a “professional!” Everyone wants quick, fast, easy, and yesterday!

Why, “EGO!”

Ego on the part of the person taking the program, “ego” of them saying to themselves, o.k. I “like this program!” I’m going to the gym, I’m dieting, I have a trainer!  SAD HUH!

In reality these non-results getting individuals, have to JUSTIFY IN THEIR OWN HEAD, their continuing to pay for something they do not get, not even in part!  (their EGO needs acceptance, no matter what the truth is)

They are so insecure, they cannot face that they did something, that stupid!

But, the PROBLEM is, that most all individuals do very, very, little, to zero investigating into real physiological facts!

Most individuals are in “way to big of a hurry,” to get fat off and muscle up, and they must have it, NOW!

So, due to the “overwaiting, about overweighing,” most all use a feeling of “emotion to start” a program and “emotion to select” a program! NOTE: Using emotion is not logical nor factual! 

Most all coaches, instructors, and trainers all have an almost ZERO FACTUAL BASIS, for what they “teach others for their fee,” thus literally taking their MONEY!  

No, for sure most all or everyone of their applications, are at best  fraud, theft, lies,myths just wrong, wrong ,wrong!

Realize:

When a person exercises, they are stressing tissues, trying to trigger a positive increase, to increase physical performance! (either losing fat, gaining muscle, strength, speed ,etc.)

That means “if they have not previously taken in or consumed the right nutrients” they are harming their health, FACT! Yet the person who they paid more than 98% of the time is “NOT FACT BASED” and in most cases cannot, will not and does not test to prove measurable positive results!”

So, “get the actual physiological facts,” the correct applications, “check references,” “before” you start any program!

REALIZE THIS, this even includes “physical therapists,” WHO ALSO DO NOT GET TAUGHT HOW TO EAT “PRIOR TO THEIR EXERCISE” TO HAVE THE BODY RESPOND BETTER!

Imagine the physical therapist works with people who have had very bad health set-backs, yet they do not know how to “HELP THE BODY RESPOND BETTER, SO THEY ARE ADDING STRESS!”

So, find the BEST, of instruction before you start! Take time to research, do your homework!

Building An “ULTIMATE PROGRAM FOR RESULTS”….

The concept/goal is… to develop a program that would be a “fact based, results driven,” health enhancing, predictable, repeatable, and sustainable program for “the repeatable answers” to health, healing and performance increases, from beginning to end!

The Idea is with intent to gather an “extra 1-3%  of “extra“ previously unconsidered benefits (results), in as many areas as possible, every time!  Looking into every area from beginning to end! “This approach will create a significant increase in physical performance” with a better end result!  (actual compounding effects)

First, and foremost, one must “realize,” that “human physical performance” is both “healing,” and “increasing physical (sports) performance!”  Any and “every increase,“ all adds  to the so-called bottom line!”

Apply, and “experiment continuously,” with “noting of each and every factor, combination, record and “learn each reaction!”

One must know, not guess, plus have ”full working knowledge” and the understanding so that it can be confidently referred or utilized if the reaction is of future use!

Imagine, “the goal” is to be able “to increase physical performance or health and healing“ at will, for every circumstance!”

“Proven applications,” verified through finding and using “various physiological markers repeatedly,” universally, and interchangeably so that all out comes can “constantly and consistently be counted on every time!” 

IMAGINE, testing and knowing if and when the person or athlete “is actually following” the protocol, which will create and insure confidence, drive, and motivation for the coach also!

“The old, I know that I know, and, …..“YOU KNOW,” That “I KNOW!”

IMAGINE….No Excuse’s, Positive Results, Every Workout, Every Time!…..Why, because facts do not lie!   

This level of program will take a “COMPREHENSIVE” UNDERSTANDING, and a knowing of “all three parts” of the “whole being” or the three-part man, “spirit, body, mind!”

Know, that the “missing considerations all stemmed from individuals, “having too many limiting beliefs!”

Yes, due to “everything being fact based,” it can be “proven!”  This base now can cause greater faith, confidence, “motivation, and drive!Plus with all these factors being in place, this equates to the most desired effect, a “longer life with much higher performance!

This obviously is not just for seniors, and athletes, but imagine what the possibilities are for  “youth in their formative stages,” and what could they realize? Yes, this “proves” that “time” can be bought, through proper, prior or preventive methods! 

Now realize,” that these “unlimited benefits” are “requiring of prior effort, and planning!”

Exercise, weight loss, fitness, health clubs, and wellness programs…….what are you getting???
Facts, not feelings… Measured results, not maybe’s? Engineered successes, not guessing?
Thinner leaner, stronger, healthier, are all realities, if  your trainer, gym, or instructors are factually based and actually applying the facts to “engineer” our success.
Way too many people, are going to the gym and using non fact based methods and supposed techniques that do not and will not get the desired results they are seeking! In today’s world of information we should be getting the results we desire, and not wasting our time, efforts, and money, let alone damaging our health!
What should a person expect, if the facts are being used with knowledge and understanding?

Simple….  THE MINIMUM

1. You weight should be taken or monitored on a daily basis
2. Your measurements should be taken at least every 3 weeks.
3. Your pictures should be taken every 3weeks.
4. An accurate body composition taken every 3 weeks. (Such as near infra red light)
5. A strength or performance test or descending heart rate test every 3 – 4 weeks.
6. Checks on resting and working heart rates should be done regularly to check recovery.
7. If wellness is desired, blood sugar levels should be check regularly as well as blood
chemistry every three to four weeks. (Eight weeks minimum)
8. Progressions in workouts should be constantly monitored and regulated.
NOTE: IF you are not getting the above monitored, why not? Why? Because those selling the program are unlearned, not understanding basic’s, afraid of “not being able to actually produce results!”
If a program is based with facts and knowledge predictable results should be expected.
Too many programs are not based on facts, but based on “supposed methods” of what’s has been seen, done, and considered the norm!
By observing what is done within the so called “box” of fitness program norms one will observe that’s measurable results are a rarity and not the norm! Why? Why results are not the norm is because individuals are not held to standards even with trainer certifications there are no applied facts and methods set up to ensure the client or customer gets their desired results!
Real facts applied in the correct and consistent manner will gain the same “results” each and every time! If you are not getting measurable consistent results someone is inept, uneducated, unqualified or just plain misleading!
For over 43 years in the field of physical human performance, with health at he focal point my client’s results have been predictable, measurable, consistent, maintainable, and repeatable!
Most programs sadly say their clients advertised results “are not typical,” where as my clients “results are typical!”
Test, verify, constantly record and document what is happening, after all it is your efforts, time, money, and health that is at risk!
