The “MOST IMPORTANT EXERCISE FACT……TO KNOW,…. EVER!”

If, yes, “IF” a person, instructor, coach, trainer or any individual were to learn the particulars of this fact in this article, they could quickly become one of the winningest coaches of all time in their physical performance endeavors, fact!

In my years for human physical performance and healing this is the greatest point, or marker for knowing more about physical performance than most can even conceive! But ego, controls most, so most will lose out on a guaranteed way to predict, repeat, and sustain results at the highest degree! (remember ego stands for “Edging God Out”)

Understand the following:

One fact tells all that is needed to know on how to get measurable results from any exercise!

One fact tells if a workout was effective!          

One fact tells when a person is ready for another hard work out!

One fact tells when a person is working out too much, or too often, or too hard!

One fact tells when your body is truly recovered! (only if ego is in control)

One fact tells what 99+% of all coaches never know and never use and never learn to let it help win!

One fact tells when your body is ready for a peak performance!

One fact tells if your athletic performance was a “full effort or a lesser effort!”

One fact tells if your body is being attacked with an illness or virus!

One fact tells you about just how much actual “effort” anything you do takes!

With “this one simple fact known” on a constant basis, a person can know all of the above!

Imagine what this can mean to a coach? Imagine what this can mean to anyone or any athlete professional or amateur? Imagine what this could mean to a person who has been fighting an illness that returns at will so to speak? Imagine what this could mean to so many individuals? Top performance every time and knowing it!

But mostly ask yourself this, why, WHY, don’t more of us know this? Could it be just lack of attention? Could this be missing from so-called common knowledge because it is a “marker” that could be a “hassle to bother with?” Could this be a fact that is not fully realized? Could this be something that could be a real trouble to get athletes to “pay attention to” as well as everyone else? Could it be that if it were more known, it would reveal the “imposters of coaching and medicine,” because it will! And it does!

In my forty-three plus years of working in the human performance and physical health field, this marker has become one of, if not the most reliable fact. The success in dealing with everything from sickness to athletic performance has relied strongly on this one fact. This fact is or should be the “HOLY GRAIL” of all sports performance, from strength to endurance, and from actual effort to perceived effort!

This fact, this “marker,” when taught in depth and in mass to the public, has the potential to change the “GAME” of coaching for the entire rest of time! This fact and marker “are taught in some limited depth and width in my book,” “The Great Fitness Fraud” available on AMAZON.COM.

Note: This is the marker, factor, and check point been used by my services over the years “intensively, and extensively,” and is a “study” all in its own! With our course in leaning to be and instructor our services this point is covered in intense depth!

So, what is it? Do your homework first, then come see us, “Oh” learning this was not cheap, nor quick! Get it? Only serious inquiries please!

Success comes from several things, attitude, being willing to go the extra difference! Having more facts, using the optimum in execution of exercise movements! Commanding that those instructed meet the requirements to the full! Understanding that each client is a picture of your abilities, and if the client does not meet the requirements for their asked for results, you must be ready to eliminate the client! WHAT ARE YOU GETTING………IN REALITY?

It is especially important to know, that just because a particular program appears” to deliver fast, visible, external results, “does not mean” that it is correct or “healthful” on an internal basis.

Now, stop, re-read, and think!

“Everything” we take into our body or do with our body has a “positive or negative” result.

If you are involved in a program that cannot or does not use multiple tests to prove healthful results, it could be because they do not care about your health as much as their profits…..”what’s important to you”….HONESTLY?

If you are involved in an exercise, diet, or health program and are actively doing you’re prescribed part and you “are not measuring results,” it should be obvious that the program is imbalanced, and your body is unable to respond. It should be a simple deduction that it is causing more harm than good. It is simply unhealthful.

Total health can be maintained with nutrition, and time! Exercise if added, only decides the level of performance!

Note: Provided there is optimal balance, if not, exercise is only an added stressor.

NOTE: Because of the requirement for “time,” to accumulate and process materials (nutrition) to make reserves (which create the physical response), many people are in debt, in that “their body cannot adequately respond,” see and or actually measure a positive result.

To realize positive results, reserves must be adequately or fully ready” prior to the stressors, stimulus, or triggering from any source. If reserves are not adequately ready, then only debt, overdraw (unhealthful) or negative effects to the system can result.

Point in case is that if an individual is exercising and is not realizing (measuring) positive results, then the body is in an over draw or a stressed state” and is unable to adequately respond to the positive. It is imperative to realize that the internal workings create the external responses! No response means inadequate reserves.

Note: In order for exercise to be effective it must exceed the momentary state of ability or little or no stimulus or triggering for change will take place. In order for exercise to be efficient it must be as effective as possible, yet also take place in as brief of a time factor as possible. With these two factors are being met, exercise can then be as effective and efficient as possible!

There is no difference between someone who is at a level of a disease getting better, than an average athlete becoming better in performance. It is all human performance.

Everyone has the same basic physiological requirements; some just require more or less than others!

So, what are you getting? Is it due to improper or incomplete information, or that someone is selling you something ?

Realize this is about physiological facts, buy ego, runs people’s arrogance to continue in their ignorance….(people will viciously protect their ignorance)! Meaning “they do not want to hear anything different” than what they are doing, “because it takes effort to listen, the effort to think about change,” and that “possibly” could be seen as them being wrong!

One set of an exercise is adequate, if the exercise is pushed to a point of stimulus for response or momentary muscular failure. More is actually unnecessary and only wastes recovery ability slowing progress! If more exercise is better or more sets, then why don’t people just work out all day, every day? Exercise is actually a stress, or a stimulus to hopefully bring forth a positive response. Ego is a possibility here.

(why waste your efforts, because You Are So Insecure, admit it….and You did not use enough effort on what you did…see,  insecure!) SARCASM

The body is a complete unit, it needs to be rested as a whole unit, fed as a whole unit, and exercised as a whole unit. One cannot just feed the lower body one day, and feed the upper body the next day! Nor can a person just sleep the lower body one day and the upper body the next. The body must have time to accumulate recovery materials (adequate nutrients) to have a positive benefit in the form of results. Exercise does not “make” the results, the materials or nutrients do.

( think about it, but you probably know more than physiologist, and will make your body do what science can’t, right… ) SARCASM

 

Cardio exercise should be performed after, resistance exercise. By doing cardio after resistance exercise the body receives the benefit of elevated heart rate during resistance training that lowers glucose levels. Due to these lowered glucose levels fat burning during cardio increases faster. The body also receives the benefit of removing oxidized materials from resistance exercise due to the cardio being performed after resistance exercise.

MAJOR PHYSIOLOGICAL FACT:

MULTIPLE SETS, in training are not in any way a requirement for triggering strength or growth! 

It is scientifically proven that, “a muscle must be pushed to a point of stress, beyond the momentarily level of capability,” to trigger a positive response for increase in strength and or growth!

Again, once a muscle is pushed to a point, “beyond the momentarily existing level of capability” it is then triggered to increase response for added strength or growth!

 

NOTE: After a muscle is pushed to “a point of triggering,

” NO ADDITIONAL STRESS IS REQUIRED! (this means no additional or no more sets needed)

Continuing additional sets at this point, will cause undo stress, and…..“lessened response!”

 

EXAMPLE: IF A MUSCLE CAN BE TRIGGERED FOR A “POSITIVE INCREASE IN STRENGTH OR GROWTH,”….. NO ADDITIONAL STRESS OR TRIGGERING IS REQUIRED!

 

SO, if more “sets” are “required or better” for more strength or growth are BETTER,

Why don’t the INSECURE INDIVIDUALS, TRAINERS, ETC.

JUST KEEP DOING MORE SETS ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT?     SO IS MORE TE ANSWER?

 

Like “splitting the body workouts” for upper body one day, and the lower body the next day, does the LOWER body just need FEEDING on the day they worked it?  Do they just SLEEP the lower body that day?

 

WONDER WHY THESE SO-CALLED “PERSONAL STRAINERS,”NEVER SEEM TO GET ANY “NOTICABLE RESULTS” ON A CONSISTANT BASIS?

 

I BELIEVE, THAT A “PERSONAL TRAINER,” IS REALLY A PERSONAL “STRAINER” AND A “POCKET DRAINER!”

I SAY THEY SHOULD FIRST BE TESTED TO SEE IF THEY ARE….”SMARTER THAN THE DUMBELLS!”

 

IT is self-evident to me, that most people who exercise like this, are in desperate need of “FISH,” because FISH, it’s a brain food!  And me being considerate, I’d like to buy them a huge shark, as they must be starving to death!

 

ARE YOU DOING ANY OF THIS,…. ARE YOU LACKING RESULTS, ACTUAL MEASURED RESULTS?

FACT: FOOD or INTAKE, is used as fuel and repair or rebuilding of tissues!

FACT: For increased strength and or added muscle, one must first give what is required to build the body AND OR to RESPOND, FIRST!

 

LET THE BODY “RECOVER,” LET THE BODY “CATCH UP”

 

MY OBSERVATIONS AFTER 45+ YEARS IS…….

 

EXERCISE AND FITNESS HAS REGRESSED, GONE BACKWARD, DE-EVOLVED, DUE TO “EGO’S!”
