Exercise – Lacking Results .…. 99+% of programs don’t have a clue….

The above statement is actually, factually, “being kind”…..

IGNORANCE, is “the lack of knowledge!”  This lack of knowledge or actual facts, along with incorrect applications is “the greatest problem” in getting actual, measurable, and continual results with exercise programs, and health!

This lack of facts and correct applications is due to “EGO!” Ego says to one’s self, “I’m doing it right,” I am right in what I am doing, “I know!”

After all, in honesty most everyone uses the approach of just “watch others,” and surely they know, or they have it down, I’ll do that! …..WRONG!

People continue doing the same thing day in and day out, without “more results” and one has to ask themselves, “what is everyone doing?” I mean, really? Doing the same thing over and over, while expecting a different result, is insanity!

If someone was able to become informed, and the requirements for more serious results “required change,” most would not change what they were doing, due to looking very different! After all, the “accepted way” or style, is “accepted,” and people want to be “accepted,” and especially  to not “look different!” 

Why aren’t coaches, trainers, individuals not getting more results for all the time they spend?

What is going on with those who spend so much time exercising, and yet have little to no real noticeable changes or improvements?

Is it their lack of facts, or is it their applications? Could it be that they think they know, and their “arrogance and ego” keeps them form a different thinking? I believe it keeps them from even researching and being open.

This massive problem of going to the gym, and not getting more results is actually a plague of “Ego,” the “I know,” plus the, I am at least going to the gym, and I am NOT WRONG!

I believe after almost 50 years in gyms and health clubs, it’s LAZY! Yes, lazy, sloth, not being willing to do any research because, after all that would take “an effort!”

Arrogance, is defined as “contempt prior to investigation!” This is at least a huge part of the problem, just try asking anyone of these types, “what are the physiological facts behind your method?” Get ready to be “hated!” How dare you question that, after all “everyone does it this way!” Right here, the point will be made, proven! (seriously, watch their face when asking)

Most individuals are exercising “too much” (volume, amount), yet they are not exercising with enough effort (intensity)! Remember exercise is called a “work out,” not an “easy out,” or a “fun out!”

If an individual truly increases “intensity of effort” into exercise, they will not be able to perform at length! Another not thought of fact is, when effort or intensity is increased, time (rest) and requirements (nutrition) for recovery must be considered!

Know this, that when a program for improved health and performance “is balanced correctly,” that measured results can, and will happen on a steady basis! Results can be actually predicted, tested, and proven continuously! True Professionals and professional programs can actually predict, measure, test, and keep results continuing with “working knowledge!”

“The Unconsidered”…… in fitness, exercise, and sports  

When “fitness, sports, athletics” became top of mind, there is a usually an overlooked serious consideration! This serious consideration has been, ”what does the body dictate!”

More,  is and has been an attitude with exercise, fitness, sports, and athletic training, along with, “whatever it takes!” Yet, if one stands back, removes the ego, slows down, and opens their mind, major serious, benefits  can and will happen!

First, and foremost “ego has reigned,” in the exercise arena for decades!  This meaning, that “more” is better, and almost compulsory for improvement, as is common thought and practice! When in reality, “more” leads to overtraining!” Overtraining can be easily avoided, if, yes a big “IF,” most individuals could get their “ego” and the idea of “more is always better” out of their ways!  (putting ego aside is near impossible)

Research, and scientific fact has shown that recovery, “full recovery” form training is the only time “when” performance is increased, not during the recovery, but after “full recovery” has taken place!

At ResultsAreProof.com and with Bert Seelman’s programs, excelling in “all forms of physical performance” has been a “typical” result! Whether it is youth to seniors, amateur to extreme professional athletes, and more importantly or “most importantly” health and healing of any conditions! Imagine, an athlete who utilizes this information on a continuous basis, their career would be not just improved but lengthened!

So the “Unconsidered” is health, wellness, being sound at the deeper levels!

“Overtraining” is seeing or realizing slower or no measurable increases in performance!

This is saying this…your bodies “Response Mechanisms, Are Unable To Adequately Respond!” (showing increases)

This isn’t just “overtraining,” this is actually depleting your health!

(this article can cause “common sense OVERLOAD,” for ego’s, and insecure whiners)

 

MAJOR PHYSIOLOGICAL FACT:

MULTIPLE SETS, in training are not in any way a requirement for triggering strength or growth! 

It is scientifically proven that, “a muscle must be pushed to a point of stress, beyond the momentarily level of capability,” to trigger a positive response for increase in strength and or growth!

Again, once a muscle is pushed to a point, “beyond the momentarily existing level of capability” it is then triggered to increase response for added strength or growth!

 

NOTE: After a muscle is pushed to “a point of triggering,

” NO ADDITIONAL STRESS IS REQUIRED! (this means no additional or no more sets needed)

Continuing additional sets at this point, will cause undo stress, and…..“lessened response!”

 

EXAMPLE: IF A MUSCLE CAN BE TRIGGERED FOR A “POSITIVE INCREASE IN STRENGTH OR GROWTH,”….. NO ADDITIONAL STRESS OR TRIGGERING IS REQUIRED!

 

SO, if more “sets” are “required or better” for more strength or growth are BETTER,

Why don’t the INSECURE INDIVIDUALS, TRAINERS, ETC.

JUST KEEP DOING MORE SETS ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT?     SO IS MORE TE ANSWER?

 

Like “splitting the body workouts” for upper body one day, and the lower body the next day, does the LOWER body just need FEEDING on the day they worked it?  Do they just SLEEP the lower body that day?

 

WONDER WHY THESE SO-CALLED “PERSONAL STRAINERS,”NEVER SEEM TO GET ANY “NOTICABLE RESULTS” ON A CONSISTANT BASIS?

 

I BELIEVE, THAT A “PERSONAL TRAINER,” IS REALLY A PERSONAL “STRAINER” AND A “POCKET DRAINER!”

I SAY THEY SHOULD FIRST BE TESTED TO SEE IF THEY ARE….”SMARTER THAN THE DUMBELLS!”

 

IT is self-evident to me, that most people who exercise like this, are in desperate need of “FISH,” because FISH, it’s a brain food!  And me being considerate, I’d like to buy them a huge shark, as they must be starving to death!

EXERCISE AND FITNESS HAS REGRESSED, GONE BACKWARD, DE-EVOLVED, DUE TO “EGO’S!”
