the “CLEANSE FIRST IDEA”     

Too many people today are thinking, desiring, trying to start their way toward health, with a “cleanse!

Beware, do not just start with “the idea,” this is a non-logical  awkward, actually very wrong way! Read on….

How you might ask?                    

Their problem is, first, non-logical thinking!  

Their start is often well intended, yet is so “off,” because they are making an “emotional decision,” by what has “sounded good,” or it may be that it “felt good,” and usually it was gathered from “someone out there,” in there day to day lives, who is not highly skilled at health.

Realize, most individuals “are not going to scrutinize an idea, if it came from a good intention!”

This is where the saying, “the way to hell is paved with good intentions.” comes from!

Contemplate this statement!

Good intentions, even in reality, “does not” equate to “logic, facts, safe, or beneficial!”

Today, most individuals look more for “social acceptance,” than to be “unique, proper, or right!” Today, if it is not “commonly accepted,” most do not have the self-confidence to “go against the common perception!” This is a common fact!

So, let’s take a scientific, “factual, logical, and prioritized approach!”

We should start by removing the “problematic causes,” this should be the very first step!

Think logically, starting a cleanse should have a well “pre-planned approach,” for this reason “removing the problematic causes” is done first, so that these problematic causes will not be “neutralizing” any  of the positive inputs!

There should also be “a clear-cut list,” of what must be “avoided,” and “what is” to be utilized!

Then, there should be a step by step list, of “each process” of the entirety of the cleansing plan from start, to completion!

An effective and efficient plan should first have been readied, prepared, actually engineered, and then, it should be executed!

This is just an idea (rough list) of some of the(problematic causes) that need to be stopped, removed, replaced:

Alcohol – Coated cooking utensils – Nicotine – Micro-waving –

Caffeine – Frying – Dairy – Preservatives –

Sugar, all – Food Colorings – White flour – Prepared meats – Canola oil – Deodorants –

Palm oil, Fluoride – etc.

As anyone can see the list is and can become quite lengthy! There is much more, but for now this is a small example, these are just some of the major players. Also, the certain cooking or preparation methods may need modified!  (with ResultsAreProof.com each program is individually designed to individual requirements)

In the 40+ yrs. that I have been working to help individuals with their health, I have found that cleansing can be quite fast, easy, and very effective, with very simple yet effective methods!  Understanding the factors of quantity, quality, and frequency of foods, herbs, supplements, water, and how to incorporate exercise for effective circulatory work, is what requires skillful experience!

Sequencing of all needed requirements is probably “the most important” process for attaining health!

All things needed could be present, but without the correct timing, and or sequence, plus correct combining, everything is in vain! Literally, the whole desired effect can be lost totally, and in some cases conditions made worse. 

NOTE: The above is just some “food for thought.”     (not an exact plan)

When an individual practices proper or correct eating for good length of time, the need for a cleanse can be greatly prevented!

THERE ARE ONLY TWO TYPES OF EXERCISE…

Defective or Ego Self centered exercise, or Measurable, and Factual based proven Exercise.

Yes, everyone has their favorite, their preferred way of moving around to call it exercise!

Just because someone likes or prefers a certain type of movements, speed of

movement, or style of movement, does not make it actual “exercise!”

There is RECREATION, the action or process of creating something again, by Webster’s.

There is EXERCISE, activity requiring physical effort, carried out especially to improve or sustain a level of physical performance of health and fitness, by Webster’s.

There is exercise that demonstrates strength and is “ballistic” in performance as in competitive lifts. Then there is strength exercise which is for building or increasing strength which is the Proper Way to exercise, these types should not be confused!

Then there are the actual physiological facts that must be utilized to create measurable results. These facts can be effectively and efficiently used to guarantee predictable, measurable, repeatable, and sustainable results!

There are the EGO-MANIACS, who claim things like Cross Fit is the best or the effective way to gain strength or endurance, wrong!            

There are those who will swear by Orange Theory, wrong, there are those who swear yoga is exercise, wrong! None of these previous types of wishful programs can produce as mush results, in the shortest time, like true “PROGRESSIVE RESISTANCE TRAINING.”

NOTE: If…If, full range movements, with proper applications or distance, resistance, timing, and sequence are used, resistance training is the most effective and efficient way to produce strength, endurance, cardio vascular, and metabolic benefits or increases!

Individuals most often change exercise programs because of staleness, or the lack of continuing results! The problem with staleness or lack of results has little to do with the actual exercise!

There are three major factors that must be balanced by a Coach or Trainer. The three factors are, 1 exercise, 2 nutrition, 3 rest / sleep. Nutrition is the “materials” that actually form and repair the new tissues! Rest or sleep allows for materials to actually be “put in place.” Rest or time also allows for materials to be accumulated, processed, and readied to put into place!

Exercise is the stimulus, or the triggering for growth or increases in strength! Exercise needs to be intense, brief, effective, all the while allowing for the other process’s to work for making the measurable results!

Exercise can, should produce predictable, measurable, results if…IF…ALL THE FACTS ARE UTILIZED WITH KNOWLEDGE!

When a person does an exercise program it should be able to reasonably predict the results, even if the program needs adjustments, those adjustments, should be incremented, measured, and the outcome quite predictable, if facts are used!

When an exercise program cannot predict out comes, it is self evident that there is a need for working knowledge and applications! This is what fraud is!

Note: IF a program does not use multiple tests, measurements, and planned processes it is not worth putting you time, money and energy into! It is “unprofessional!”

There are tons of so called experts out there, until you start demanding measurable results, then the field is pretty much cleared! (this is what “ResultsAreProof.com” is NOT)

Anything can be engineered, through, facts, measured applications, consistency, if one is willing to slow down and methodically engineer a prescribed plan!

So if results are the goal, then facts, with knowledge, precise applications should produce measurable results!

The list of requirements for continuing results…

Facts…

Correct – efficient applications,

Measurements, foods (nutrients or supplements), exercise, logging,

Testing,….

Adjusting,…

Preplanning, … etc., etc., etc.

When someone cannot consistently measure progressive results “overtraining” or over stimulating is a typical problem! It is always better to error on the side of more recovery (meaning more nutrients, and rest/time off) than on the side of more exercise or stress!

What kind of program are you on, what type of trainer do you have, is your health being compromised! Remember for most coaches or trainers, the money is what the message is about, nor keeping the client training rather than the client’s progress!

After 43+ years working in this field it has gone backwards not forward, meaning more ego, less intelligent methods, even less health, and much less working knowledge!

“The Unconsidered”…… in fitness, exercise, and sports  

When “fitness, sports, athletics” became top of mind, there is a usually an overlooked serious consideration! This serious consideration has been, ”what does the body dictate!”

More,  is and has been an attitude with exercise, fitness, sports, and athletic training, along with, “whatever it takes!” Yet, if one stands back, removes the ego, slows down, and opens their mind, major serious, benefits  can and will happen!

First, and foremost “ego has reigned,” in the exercise arena for decades!  This meaning, that “more” is better, and almost compulsory for improvement, as is common thought and practice! When in reality, “more” leads to overtraining!” Overtraining can be easily avoided, if, yes a big “IF,” most individuals could get their “ego” and the idea of “more is always better” out of their ways!  (putting ego aside is near impossible)

Research, and scientific fact has shown that recovery, “full recovery” form training is the only time “when” performance is increased, not during the recovery, but after “full recovery” has taken place!

At ResultsAreProof.com and with Bert Seelman’s programs, excelling in “all forms of physical performance” has been a “typical” result! Whether it is youth to seniors, amateur to extreme professional athletes, and more importantly or “most importantly” health and healing of any conditions! Imagine, an athlete who utilizes this information on a continuous basis, their career would be not just improved but lengthened!

So the “Unconsidered” is health, wellness, being sound at the deeper levels!

“Overtraining” is seeing or realizing slower or no measurable increases in performance!

This is saying this…your bodies “Response Mechanisms, Are Unable To Adequately Respond!” (showing increases)

This isn’t just “overtraining,” this is actually depleting your health!

Ever notice that the people around you, may see you gain weight, get actually fat, or get sick, or see your fitness going down hill, and never, ever bother to say anything helpful, or concerning? What does this say! Really?
But let you start a diet or nutrition or fitness program, and “all of a sudden” they know all this information, have all this understanding, or want to definitely try to “direct you” on how, where, and why?
Excuse me, but what the f—k, what the hell, I mean these “butt heads, ignoramous’s, sudden EXPERTS,” never, ever, cared enough to try and prevent you from getting into a bad position! Yet now, all of a sudden they are “miraculously a sage” of what ever is key to your success! Know more about what you are doing, than anyone could possibly imagine!
I have to laugh, when I look at, listen to, hear about, these “embeciles, idiots, morons of magical knowledge” appear to care so much, and so “all of a sudden! REALLY, I mean REALLY?
When this happens, STOP, and realize, this idiot doesn’t really care about you, nope, not really! What they care about is their “position with you,” how they want your acceptance, “people pleasers, suck up’s, butt kissers!”
Don’t let yourself be taken in, not at all by these types as they care about what they “appear to be!”
These “types” are usually in worse condition, more sickly, more often, more overweight, and are usually in desperately in need of attention! The picture of what they are, says what they truly know and believe in!
If this year you desire to start out with changing, and actually desiring to improve your health, go for it, but, do it with taking time to find FACTS! Get factual, proven working knowledge! Look for results with multitudes of clients, measured, proven results, not just so-called claims!
