Building An “ULTIMATE PROGRAM FOR RESULTS”….

The concept/goal is… to develop a program that would be a “fact based, results driven,” health enhancing, predictable, repeatable, and sustainable program for “the repeatable answers” to health, healing and performance increases, from beginning to end!

The Idea is with intent to gather an “extra 1-3%  of “extra“ previously unconsidered benefits (results), in as many areas as possible, every time!  Looking into every area from beginning to end! “This approach will create a significant increase in physical performance” with a better end result!  (actual compounding effects)

First, and foremost, one must “realize,” that “human physical performance” is both “healing,” and “increasing physical (sports) performance!”  Any and “every increase,“ all adds  to the so-called bottom line!”

Apply, and “experiment continuously,” with “noting of each and every factor, combination, record and “learn each reaction!”

One must know, not guess, plus have ”full working knowledge” and the understanding so that it can be confidently referred or utilized if the reaction is of future use!

Imagine, “the goal” is to be able “to increase physical performance or health and healing“ at will, for every circumstance!”

“Proven applications,” verified through finding and using “various physiological markers repeatedly,” universally, and interchangeably so that all out comes can “constantly and consistently be counted on every time!” 

IMAGINE, testing and knowing if and when the person or athlete “is actually following” the protocol, which will create and insure confidence, drive, and motivation for the coach also!

“The old, I know that I know, and, …..“YOU KNOW,” That “I KNOW!”

IMAGINE….No Excuse’s, Positive Results, Every Workout, Every Time!…..Why, because facts do not lie!   

This level of program will take a “COMPREHENSIVE” UNDERSTANDING, and a knowing of “all three parts” of the “whole being” or the three-part man, “spirit, body, mind!”

Know, that the “missing considerations all stemmed from individuals, “having too many limiting beliefs!”

Yes, due to “everything being fact based,” it can be “proven!”  This base now can cause greater faith, confidence, “motivation, and drive!Plus with all these factors being in place, this equates to the most desired effect, a “longer life with much higher performance!

A Dose of REALITY…..  – Lies, Or Truth….

Important point for consideration – “Would you rather be kissed with a “lie,” or “slapped” with the truth?”
That’s an old Russian saying!…..

Really, what would you rather have people, do to you?
And, “what do you give to others,” really,…..”think about this”…. Now, read on!

When I have posted any articles about Medicine, and or “Doctors,” and the truth of what they “really do and not do,” with facts, with the proof about, how they are truly “not caring” about their clients (99% of them), it appears that many do not share those posts that tell this serious truth! Why ? Be “open” and read on!

After all, most everyone wants “accepted by everyone,” so they can have (get) what they need form others more than to be really truthful, and possibly upset someone! (the other sad, sick, weak, selfish)

So, I personally observe that if people are too “afraid” to possibly say anything “derogatory,” yet even if truthful, because they are so weak spiritually and they just want that “sick friendship” more than to actually love and tell someone the truth!
Sad isn’t it, “they want” to be accepted so bad, that their need for acceptance from the other person, is more than to give them “real honesty, love, and truth…..!” How does someone live with that?

It is a sad fact, that most, “like (desperately need) the attention” they get!
So even when they are “sick or ill”…. they surely do not want “the truth” to be pointed out! …..They are so deluded; they actually believe others don’t see them. And most of those others, are the same way also!

Everyone says, oh, my Doctor is a “really caring,” really, great, actually that is bla, bla, bla……??? Okay, so if your Doctor “IS” …..”show me,” …show me please, “what he does to heal you without drugs,” what he uses to actually “build your health up,” ….what ….what…. how…”enough said?”

Wrong, wrong, wrong!…..The fact is…that’s right,….THE FACT IS…..if you go to a person who is supposed to be a professional in health, yet “they cannot create, nor improve, nor even do….. the least to prevent or cure anything with your intake of food, that person actually, factually “knows nothing” about fixing anything with or within you……FACT!

People are so self-centered, that they will not even entertain “the thought of eating anything,” that is not tasting “the very best!”…..Few, very very few,….Doctors care enough about their own health, to keep their “own” health maintained, to be around for their children, relatives, or mates!This point is usually not truly even considered! Doctors, if not preventing the suffering and are only treating after the suffering starts, they are the very worst, and we all can see them, yet they try to believe we do not!

Yet, people constantly talk, talk, talk, about how they or the Doctors care,….yea right, actually, it is Bullshit! (and that’s being kind)

These people will also have kids, and “supposed loved ones,”… that are fat, obese, drinkers, smokers, etc., and they say….well you are just supposed to be kind, be loving, and understanding! This type of “lying” yes LYING,….is not love, it is wanting to be accepted and not wanting to upset someone they…yes they want attention from!…. THAT IS THE SICKEST FORM OF “CARE” THERE IS!

See tastes, comfort, convenience, and cost,….. are way, way, “more important” to them,…. yes, their selfishness is the strongest motivator, ….and not this stuff of…. oh, I love them!…..Laughable, sad, sick, isn’t it?

How people justify:……There are also those (this is so distorted) who try to use this,…. Oh, GOD or Christ wants us to be “kind, be nice, be loving”…! WRONG!
They did not kill Christ because his statements were nice or kind!
“HIS statements” were sharp, cutting, deeply so!

These same professing to “be kind,” do not read the parts that show him saying, “I CAME NOT TO BRING PEACE, BUT A SWORD, TO DIVIDE…..!” (Math 10:34)

Me, it’s obvious, I do not know, neither do I want to know “politically correct!”
I’m a no tact, no couth kind of person, “but” then I do not have any “hidden agendas” either!

When the game is up, and the game is over, and “it’s time for the dirt bath,” this is what I have experienced and been told by those at their moments of passing, WITHOUT EXCEPTION! Those passing said this, (1) I wish I would have taken better care of myself, (2) I wish I would have “SAID MORE, OF WHAT WAS REALLY ON MY MIND!”

Blatant Truth, there is no substitute!
It is written, “you shall know the truth, and the truth will set you free!” NO REGRETS, that has got to be freeing, at the deepest of levels!

So, would you rather “be kissed with a lie, or slapped with the truth,”….and what ARE YOU GIVING OUT?
I believe in having no regrets, if at all possible!

HEALTH,…“ATTITUDE,” IS WHERE HEALTH STARTS…..

I know, I know, …wrong!

Just because we “internally desire” to be healthy, because we “internally know” we “need” to be healthy, doesn’t excuse the “non-maintaining” of health….now ”open up, relax, before” continuing!

ARROGANCE is, contempt” prior to investigation….which “INCLUDES almost EVERYONE!”

IGNORANCE, is “what you are about,” “after you act ARROGANT!”

Note: In my field, I know that I have learned the very most, “after,” yes, “AFTER,” I learned that taking a breath, “hearing anyone, and everyone through, is the best opportunity for learning!”

We never know, (especially if you’re a “believer”) when an absolute “golden gem of insights and or knowledge,” or an “epiphany” Will come to us!…. Humble, humility,” are always the roads to the greatest of insights!

True health “is even when we can stop, breathe, control our thoughts, then make decisions with knowledge, not emotions, and feel, it’s o.k.!”

Remember Health requires care, “true care” for your “whole being!”

That looks like this!………

The Spirit needs, scriptural food for nourishment!

The Mind needs, factual logic, and knowledge for nourishment!

The Body needs, nutrition, water, and oxygen for nourishment!

Usually the unconsidered is…..the following!

The “whole being” needs or requiresrest or sleep or down time,… for processing, repair and replacement!

 

Chances are really high, that you as most, didn’t ever see or think about the above! We do, ALWAYS!

 

Don’t be an “I know it all,” it’s OK!     THINK ABOUT THE ABOVE….. “WE KNOW HEALTH!”

Is you instructor, truly qualified,……doubtful…..see why!

What are you paying for? Ask yourself these questions…..

WHAT ARE YOU GETTING………IN REALITY?

It is especially important to know, that just because a particular program appears” to deliver fast, visible, external results, “does not mean” that it is correct or “healthful” on an internal basis.

Now, stop, re-read, and think!

“Everything” we take into our body or do with our body has a “positive or negative” result.

If you are involved in a program that cannot or does not use multiple tests to prove healthful results, it could be because they do not care about your health as much as their profits…..”what’s important to you”….HONESTLY?

If you are involved in an exercise, diet, or health program and are actively doing you’re prescribed part and you “are not measuring results,” it should be obvious that the program is imbalanced, and your body is unable to respond. It should be a simple deduction that it is causing more harm than good. It is simply unhealthful.

Total health can be maintained with nutrition, and time! Exercise if added, only decides the level of performance!

Note: Provided there is optimal balance, if not, exercise is only an added stressor.

NOTE: Because of the requirement for “time,” to accumulate and process materials (nutrition) to make reserves (which create the physical response), many people are in debt, in that “their body cannot adequately respond,” see and or actually measure a positive result.

To realize positive results, reserves must be adequately or fully ready” prior to the stressors, stimulus, or triggering from any source. If reserves are not adequately ready, then only debt, overdraw (unhealthful) or negative effects to the system can result.

Point in case is that if an individual is exercising and is not realizing (measuring) positive results, then the body is in an over draw or a stressed state” and is unable to adequately respond to the positive. It is imperative to realize that the internal workings create the external responses! No response means inadequate reserves.

Note: In order for exercise to be effective it must exceed the momentary state of ability or little or no stimulus or triggering for change will take place. In order for exercise to be efficient it must be as effective as possible, yet also take place in as brief of a time factor as possible. With these two factors are being met, exercise can then be as effective and efficient as possible!

There is no difference between someone who is at a level of a disease getting better, than an average athlete becoming better in performance. It is all human performance.

Everyone has the same basic physiological requirements; some just require more or less than others!

So, what are you getting? Is it due to improper or incomplete information, or that someone is selling you something ?

“The Unconsidered”…… in fitness, exercise, and sports  

When “fitness, sports, athletics” became top of mind, there is a usually an overlooked serious consideration! This serious consideration has been, ”what does the body dictate!”

More,  is and has been an attitude with exercise, fitness, sports, and athletic training, along with, “whatever it takes!” Yet, if one stands back, removes the ego, slows down, and opens their mind, major serious, benefits  can and will happen!

First, and foremost “ego has reigned,” in the exercise arena for decades!  This meaning, that “more” is better, and almost compulsory for improvement, as is common thought and practice! When in reality, “more” leads to overtraining!” Overtraining can be easily avoided, if, yes a big “IF,” most individuals could get their “ego” and the idea of “more is always better” out of their ways!  (putting ego aside is near impossible)

Research, and scientific fact has shown that recovery, “full recovery” form training is the only time “when” performance is increased, not during the recovery, but after “full recovery” has taken place!

At ResultsAreProof.com and with Bert Seelman’s programs, excelling in “all forms of physical performance” has been a “typical” result! This isn’t just “overtraining,” this is actually depleting your health!

Weight loss, the biggest money game in health and fitness, and it is not about health either!

Weight loss is usually about that overwhelming desire to be thinner, slimmer, trimmer, leaner and or “looking fit” NOW! Beware for the services seeking to help, money is too often the motivator!

As I wrote about it in my book, “The Great Fitness Fraud,” weight loss is usually “finally triggered” by one of three things slapping us into reality giving us true vision and that old reality check. I came to notice excess weight or fat is not quickly put on, nor happens overnight, not literally anyway! Extreme excess weight or fat is accumulated by several factors compounding additional weight gain!

The reality of excessive gain is it came about through NOT having a baby, nor the in-laws coming for a visit, nor was it the holidays, nor was it anything except “a person’s desires to have what they want, when they want it, and of course HOW they want it. It is about mental or physical sensations, and obsessions. Again, so called services for weight loss are about their money!

The three main motivators which trigger the individual to get going or make a move to lose the weight or fat are first, going to the closet to go somewhere special to wear, realizing there are “no clothes that work,” or meaning the person realizes they are up yet another size! Of course the reality of what they have been doing or not doing, has just now come home to their reality.

The next motivator is going to a party or social event where some person took a picture of them and they show the individual the picture. All of us are guilty of not always seeing something about ourselves. But the idea of not being able to see ourselves the way others see us, is best captured on a video or in a photo. When this person sees the reality in the picture, that inner shock of “the true image” is or can be a profound jolt.

The third way individuals seem to be greatly effected is the one that can be the most shocking. It is when they are at the Doctor’s office and the Doctor says, “this is about living or dying.” This is usually the strongest motivator and is even often not heard at the level needed, sad yet true.

Now let us consider the truth of what is desired here, which is usually emotionally decided. It is, “Oh my Gawd,” I have to do something right now! That drive from fear, disgust, frustration, shame, guilt or whatever, comes almost every time out of an EMOTIONAL RESPONSE. The decision is almost always emotionally driven, rather than one from a good, sound, logical, practical, planned, and referenced place.

This emotional decision drives us to immediate action, therefore all critical considerations are out the window so to speak. What most of these individuals do is something, anything, and they tend to do it right now. This emotionally driven immediate decision is what every weight loss business gears its marketing towards. This is why there are so many long term failures in these programs. It is about the businesses’ money and not the client’s long term benefit or about the client’s health. That is the reason why there are so many programs, all guaranteeing more weight loss, yet if actually looked at almost all are failures and lack keeping it off!

NOTE : Considerations for finding a true weight (FAT) loss program

1) Stop, breathe, slow down and let the emotion, panic or whatever subside.

2) Does the program you want, have proven long term success?

3) Does the program guarantee only fat is lost and not lean? (They should prove this through N.I.R. body composition or hydrostatic weighing.)

4) Does the program guarantee no cravings because nutrients are balanced ?

5) Does the program guarantee no hunger because blood sugar is balanced?

6) Is this program “diabetic safe” meaning it is physician endorsed? When a program is diabetic safe, and has tested proof, you are on a better course!

 

7) Does this program teach the basics of learning the whats, whys, and hows so that its clients learn a lifestyle to keep the weight off?

Too often individuals make hasty decisions leaving them without the tools to take charge of their health! BEWARE of programs offering fast visible external results without verified tested proof!

Fast visible external results can cause long term internal debilitating problems!

A program should teach facts, be motivating, do a lot of explaining, and especially be able to forecast progress ! A quality program will have many examples of success, with many long term examples to check with!

In other words, it is supplying the information to cause value judgments and changes within a person’s value system to continue good decisions and prevent future problems.

Beware, taking time to truly evaluate what you will be getting, it’s about your long term  health!

PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE CONSIDERATIONS

Critical considerations for long term success and benefits

SKILL is always preferred to SPEED OR STRENGTH.

Greater skill requires less attempts from failed performances.

ECCENTRIC exercise is best for creating speed, and strength.

Eccentric is the releasing, or lengthening of the muscle, and should be done in a controlled manner.

STRENGTH is the determinate of endurance, when compared on an individual basis.

So strength = endurance on an individual basis.

MUSCLE strength is “safest measured” by amount of multiple repetitions, rather than single reps of maximum.

EXERCISE is a stressor, stimulus, a triggering of muscles to push them beyond the “momentary” capability for increased capacity.

EXERCISE in and of itself “does not make the muscle tissue” increase,

the “recovery system” does.  Nutrition is the material, rest is the process time.

MENTAL toughness is less required when skill is used.

Constant challenge mentally under duress, can lead to less desire to train.

DRIVE & EFFORT, should be greatest to keep the physical support requirements met

for faster repair, recovery, and restoration to make the most of responses.

EXERCISE should be performed “to build strength” without using kinetic movements.  Kinetic movements are a demonstration of strength, they do not build strength!

HEALTH should be the first and greatest consideration in all areas. It will ensure fast response for all needs in performance, and add lengthened life in sport, performance, and restoration.

NOTE: When youth or those with limited capacities or special needs are considered, it’s not just about normal responses.  The fact is,  youth are in their “FORMATIVE YEARS!”  Formative meaning intellectually, emotionally, spiritually, and physically.  So, “attitude” toward “all” future exercise and health is made or destroyed here!
