Ego makes more or most decisions for most, due to the fact that most everyone does what the majority are doing yet even though their actual measured or realized results are next to nothing, most believe they have it down when it comes to “what they are doing!” However when it comes to science and actual correct application most are way far away!

(don’t lie) When was the last time YOU TRULY (actually) MEASURED RESULTS?

YES, WITHOUT ACTUAL FACTS, knowledge or a solid fact-based plan the majority of individuals are wasting their time!  (be open minded here)

In fact, “if you are not actually measuring, testing, or keeping tack with records and measuring actual progress how do you or anyone truly know!

They don’t, but their “EGO” says they are doing great!

Most see results in the beginning, but the results slow down! It doesn’t take long and the exercise is actually overdone! Yes, over done! Your muscles continue to get somewhat stronger; your heart gets stronger; your bones get denser!

But “THE INTERNAL ORGANS”  do not grow, get stronger and are “unable to keep up” with the increased demands from the continued exercise! (this is why results slow down)

This is why when individuals who have been steady at going to workout, and they miss a day, they see increased strength!

Hello, they didn’t get more exercise the “missed” a day!

So, what happened is, their body got a day to “catch up!”….FACT!

OFTEN, when an individual misses several days, they see a “big or noticeable increase in strength or endurance with their so-called “normal” workout! FACT!

Why, again, their body got a chance to “restore, or repair” itself more!

NOTE: they didn’t “get more stress from a workout,” they got an EXTRA DAY OFF, or more recovery time! 

NOTE: If you “ARE NOT SEEING STEADY RESULTS”, it is because your body CANNOT ADEQUATELY RESPOND! 

FACT: IF YOUR BODY “CANNOT RESPOND ADEUATELY,” YOU ARE DOING MORE DAMAGE THAN GOOD!

Fitness, Fatness, and Frauds… knowing the differences
Have you ever even considered the fact there are “so many experts, and programs” in the fitness
world? So, some of them, if not most of them, have to be fraud, wrong or literally off the mark! The fitness field use to make me wonder (when I first started), why are there so many new
programs every year, are there that many different ways to get fit or is it about money and ego?
Do the actual physiological facts change every year? Does the correct way to apply the facts, change every year? Is it possible that the public’s body requirements are changing every year? NO, no there are facts or certain specific requirements that must be applied in certain exact ways to cause specific results and these are fixed!
Well, here is the best question and I hope you are ready! Does the public ever “get it,” that they are emotionally buying in to this “insanity” of non-factual stuff! “Just because it has been slightly tweaked, in some small way to cause a new “perception or idea” that is usually not any more effective, only less!
The answer is, “No,” they don’t get it! Why? Because it maybe they want it as “easy” as possible and or as “cheap” as possible, plus they want it the way they individually “perceive it, they do not want the facts if the facts disagree with their wishes or beliefs! It is commonly seen that to try and “help” with differing facts will cause the vast majority to see this “help” as a saying to them that they are wrong, instead of being helped! Ego does this to a person!
So, the fat or “fatness” is the cash in the pockets of the frauds, which do nothing measurable for the emotionally bought in individuals! These so-called “health clubs” and so-called trainers are the self-righteous, self-proclaimed experts! Notice how these never test, never prove what they do is factual, with actual tested proof!
The factors of salesmanship can often change the way people perceive things. So, what this does is very unique. It allows every self-proclaimed expert, to get a shot at lots of the emotional buyer’s money! Yes, money has always been a strong motivator. This means the big companies can sell things like “certifications,” that don’t require the future trainer to actually “prove” they can do any good whatsoever for the client. Sad, very sad! It means the health club that never gives any actual healthy services, can require its staff to go through these great sounding courses, trainings, certifications and more, hopefully making the club look like it has some “status,” because they can then advertise their help is “certified.”
It seems to be, that people would rather even waste their money, by throwing their money into fraud worthless, results lacking programs just to say, “I’m doing something” rather than take the time to investigate facts and what really works! Or is it they would rather lose their money in less costly programs, so they can continue seeming to be doing something?
The public usually only wants to know the trainers are “certified” as a status symbol. The next major consideration for the vast majority is “do I like this trainer.” Not, what has he or she done for everyone or anyone they have worked with? What in actual proof? No, not do they actually
NOT “care about my real health” and not, just what my outside physical looks like, it is all about how they can get more business or money, income, even if they are practicing fraud.
Another consideration is the weight loss programs that brag about how much weight someone has lost. Oh yes, let’s see just how much weight someone can lose in a quick, fast, given amount of time. Most don’t even consider “it might, and usually is mostly lean tissue being lost, which will end up slowing the metabolism as most all programs do! These programs never consider real accurate body composition testing, like N.I.R. or hydrostatic weighing. No, they use the “worst methods or types of testing in accuracy, if at all,” like electrical impedance or even worse, calipers. But hey, they get to brag and then people wonder why the clients can’t keep up the pace or the loss. Let alone none of these clients are ever able to sustain the loss over time!
The poor, emotionally driven, illogically thinking fools have subjected themselves to the money machines and their health is paying the long-term bill.
When it comes to getting fit, and when it comes to someone working with your body, BEWARE!
Your body is the vehicle your life force (the spirit) which resides inside it. You are dealing with your life, health, and future wellness. Do some serious research and avoid the fraud.
Get verified people, not certified. You want someone who has experience, proof, and a long history of tested results. Their clients should have had health improvements in not just weight loss or looking good on the outside. You want someone who has worked with diabetics, had clients’ blood chemistry improved, as well as experience with the aged, the young, and even athletic competitors. Get qualified actual verified instruction. It is your life you are dealing with. Forget certified – get verified!

Ever notice that the people around you, may see you gain weight, get actually fat, or get sick, or see your fitness going down hill, and never, ever bother to say anything helpful, or concerning? What does this say! Really?
But let you start a diet or nutrition or fitness program, and “all of a sudden” they know all this information, have all this understanding, or want to definitely try to “direct you” on how, where, and why?
Excuse me, but what the f—k, what the hell, I mean these “butt heads, ignoramous’s, sudden EXPERTS,” never, ever, cared enough to try and prevent you from getting into a bad position! Yet now, all of a sudden they are “miraculously a sage” of what ever is key to your success! Know more about what you are doing, than anyone could possibly imagine!
I have to laugh, when I look at, listen to, hear about, these “embeciles, idiots, morons of magical knowledge” appear to care so much, and so “all of a sudden! REALLY, I mean REALLY?
When this happens, STOP, and realize, this idiot doesn’t really care about you, nope, not really! What they care about is their “position with you,” how they want your acceptance, “people pleasers, suck up’s, butt kissers!”
Don’t let yourself be taken in, not at all by these types as they care about what they “appear to be!”
These “types” are usually in worse condition, more sickly, more often, more overweight, and are usually in desperately in need of attention! The picture of what they are, says what they truly know and believe in!
If this year you desire to start out with changing, and actually desiring to improve your health, go for it, but, do it with taking time to find FACTS! Get factual, proven working knowledge! Look for results with multitudes of clients, measured, proven results, not just so-called claims!

Long term loss of weight is totally possible, if and when programs contain factual knowledge, and accurate applications that are actually real, and “working knowledge!”
I have had many clients clients whom have lost great amounts of weight (fat), like 120 – 230 lbs and have maintained “keeping it off” for many many years, actually the rest of their lives, because they have had a “value judgement change” in their core belief systems!
Weight loss can be done once, done right, and learned for life, IF an individual truly wants success!
The problem with weight loss having o be repeated or continuing again and again is because programs lack depth and completeness!
Depth in terms of weight loss is the missing information about what causes stoppage of loss and why loss runs into the problems of cravings and boredom!

When an individual goes on a “weight loss” program there is need for intellectual
understanding of many factors, so that a “value” can be established in the persons “core value system” to aide the individual to have “the right reasons” to continue and do what is needed day to day!
When a weight loss program is properly set up there should be no cravings, no hunger, feelings of loss of adequate food and there should be plenty of selections to chose from so that a person does not feel too restricted!
Understanding the why’s, how’s, and having an adequate amount of varied selections will allow a person to feel less controlled, more confident, and motivated! The main idea and goal should be to teach the person the understanding of why which then creates a “want to, which equals a “value judgement within the core being!” This then helps in the making of a true lifestyle!
Having an understanding of how blood sugar levels work, what they trigger in responses all helps to have continued results! By knowing what to do, when to do it, ad what alternatives can be utilized, they have the ability to have long term success!
It takes “time” to learn, time to do what needs to be done, and it takes having some real accountability within, and without, to be long term successful! But it is totally possible!
I have for over 43 years developed programs for peoples “long term health, and performance” and it does happen IF ….IF….. A PERSON “TRULY” WANTS TO LOSE THE WEIGHT!

To whom this may concern.  My name is “A G “(name is private), this is how I came to meet Bert Seelman. Since around 2005 I’ve had pains in my chest like my heart was in a vice, best way to explain it but, it was rare and I don’t like to let anyone know of any of my problems, I just shrugged it off.
In the end of June 2009 me and my girlfriend split up, I didn’t take it to well, I started drinking everyday and smoking my chest pains started happening almost every twenty minutes or more often then that.  I went in to the hospital and had a heart CT scan done and it showed scaring on my lower heart mostly on the lower right side, so the doctors did some blood work and diagnosed me as having Miocarditis which I wasn’t sure what they meant because all my blood work was good except for after more testing and scans they said I had rhuematoid arthritis which was the only explanation they gave me for the heart scaring.

I didn’t want to have any laser treatment to burn off the scare tissue so I was taking a medication to try to restore the dead heart cells after going back 4 times the medications weren’t working so I was put on a donor list to receive a heart.  I was still drinking and smoking and not caring and getting worse and worse so I went back the beginning of October 09 for another heart scan and it showed it was getting too bad that I was no longer a priority on the donor list because I was told if I got a new heart the doctors were worried that my arthritis would send signal and just start attacking my new heart and they really didn’t want to take the risk or in my eyes waste a good heart so I was still on the donor list but not a priority. I was feeling terrible in October, I went back for another scan around October 15 09 and my out come was that the way things were going with the Miocarditis how bad the scaring was I could have sudden cardiac failure or maybe have 6 months to year left they weren’t sure  but it didn’t look good.

I went to see Bert on October 22 2009 on my 27th birthday the first time I told him what was going on he gave me some info.  Bert was my last hope I used some of the info he gave me and went with it I wasn’t a believer but after a few weeks I started feeling better so the week of thanksgiving I called him with my diagnosis and by that Sunday he had a vitamin, mineral and eating plan made up specifically for my needs.
I started a program with Bert, started the cleansing process and eating process and I had begin to feel a lot better so after 3 months of being on the program and doing exactly what I was told to do and told to eat and jog and exercise my resting heart rate went from a number of 88 to 93 beats per minute to 55 – 54 beats per minute. I was excited I went back for another heart ct scan after only 3 months and the doctors were surprised 80% of the heart scaring was gone, so I continued the program which is hard, its never hard to stop doing certain things, its hard to continue new ways.
After continuing Bert’s program after the first three months I was determined so I continued another 4 months still getting better, went back to the cardiologists they were surprised to see that all the dead scared cells on my heart were living and fully restored.
I’m no saint and I’m not perfect, I’m only human I got better, given a second chance and  have detoured from the program a few times and gotten back on track and staying healthy, being alive and living life is extremely precious when it is almost taken from you and I’m still sticking to the program to this day and I’m still in good health I just have to be reminded by my loved ones that I was given a second chance in life and it doesn’t happen often so live life and which I’m trying to not for others but for myself and to the fullest you don’t get third chances.
I thank Bert Seelman for showing me the way and GOD of course for allowing Burt to posses the ability to help others.

Fit, fat, unhealthy, sick, lazy, moody, it all is affected by “what you eat!” Yes and it is that simple unless you are that hard headed!
