Building An “ULTIMATE PROGRAM FOR RESULTS”….

The concept/goal is… to develop a program that would be a “fact based, results driven,” health enhancing, predictable, repeatable, and sustainable program for “the repeatable answers” to health, healing and performance increases, from beginning to end!

The Idea is with intent to gather an “extra 1-3%  of “extra“ previously unconsidered benefits (results), in as many areas as possible, every time!  Looking into every area from beginning to end! “This approach will create a significant increase in physical performance” with a better end result!  (actual compounding effects)

First, and foremost, one must “realize,” that “human physical performance” is both “healing,” and “increasing physical (sports) performance!”  Any and “every increase,“ all adds  to the so-called bottom line!”

Apply, and “experiment continuously,” with “noting of each and every factor, combination, record and “learn each reaction!”

One must know, not guess, plus have ”full working knowledge” and the understanding so that it can be confidently referred or utilized if the reaction is of future use!

Imagine, “the goal” is to be able “to increase physical performance or health and healing“ at will, for every circumstance!”

“Proven applications,” verified through finding and using “various physiological markers repeatedly,” universally, and interchangeably so that all out comes can “constantly and consistently be counted on every time!” 

IMAGINE, testing and knowing if and when the person or athlete “is actually following” the protocol, which will create and insure confidence, drive, and motivation for the coach also!

“The old, I know that I know, and, …..“YOU KNOW,” That “I KNOW!”

IMAGINE….No Excuse’s, Positive Results, Every Workout, Every Time!…..Why, because facts do not lie!

If Doctors truly cared, they would “prevent their clients” from coming down with a condition, “so their clients would never suffer at all, FACT!

FACT – If Doctors truly cared, they would help their clients to “PREVENT” getting sick or having a condition, and “avoid costly and painful treatments!”

FACT – If Doctors cannot KNOW, or GUARANTEE, and PROVE how you got a condition, then they cannot know or guarantee your treatment, (it’s logic, they just don’t know enough) FACT!

Years back, it was about Fitness! But, “Fitness” way back and is still mainly about “exercise,” yet it was missing what has always been needed, “health!” What always should have been the priority, “health!”

What most individuals do not realize is that, “exercise” is a “stimulus or stressor,” a triggering to cause a change, that is a “hopeful positive change or response!” Usually exercise is utilized to “cause” an increase in physical performance! So, exercise is about stimulus, a stressor to cause change, and “NOT” about health!

“Hyper-wellness” Programs, include nutrition, rest, and exercise, and takes into consideration the “all important insight” of Hippocrates statement, “It is more important” to know “what sort of person” has a disease, than to know the sort of disease a person has!”

Healing Without Fail ……HOW

Anything, any condition can be healed, provided the whole “three part” man is addressed!

Healing, true in depth is restoration to the original state.

One must have the correct knowledge and instruction from the Creator, or if you will, the manufacturer!

People,

It’s about people…..about “their knowledge” for maintaining the quality of health, and length of life!       (Hosea 4:6, Psalms 90:10)

Their Good, Their True Healing….

Why are more not healed, “lack of knowledge!”  (Hosea 4:6)  “Read carefully!”

Why Physicians can not heal more, – wrong approach in addressing “the physical man first or the physical ONLY”

Not Knowing “what sort of man,” as in Hippocrates saying, is the key, which of three parts has need? Those needs must be met to increase flow, which allows total restoration!

Remember always, disease, “always starts” in the Spirit man! (Hosea 4:6)

Having conscious unity is necessary! Any separation causes disconnection less flow, disruption, disease, less flow!

People are Spirit first, not just a physical or mental being or body alone –

Until the Spirit is addressed which “rights all other parts” the other two parts cannot function properly!

NO real Healing can be even attempted – until the source of unrest  in the Spirit is addressed, flow will not and cannot be full!

Man is first, and foremost a Spirit!  A Spirit, a mind, a body = 3 parts

Legally speaking –

The Spirit is the “animating force” of life or lives (spiritual and physical)

When all “electrical impulse” is ceased, we are DEAD ! (animating force is gone)

Muscle contractions / =  Heart beats / = Circulation –  etc. (it’s animations)

This is Factual and Legal –

The Spirit is the “electrical charge” – which makes animations.

When the “heart stops and circulation ceases” the “spirit” is gone!

Simply – the Electrical Flow or charge must be “full or not impeded!”

Bad or no or low flow = bad / low charge = DEAD battery = Dead body

So, if there is sickness or disease, what is, and where is the problem manifested? 

First, discern and determine the problematic cause or causes for the dis-ease in the “Spirit man!”  

Then the cause must be removed, righted, or remedied, and if required the needs also met.

Problematic causes of disease, again usually start in the Spirit – “thoughts, emotions, attitudes, actions, etc.,” they then have or make varied physical symptoms!

Consider thoughts, emotions, actions, = electric impulses = POS. or NEG. those start attitudes, which create or trigger actions, either positive or negative!

NO total healing or restoration is possible until, Spirit or flow, is restored, and needs are met!

Spirit = animating, electric charges, flow …

Mind = Thoughts, attitudes = electric charges (pos / neg)…

No Positive in Spirit = bad flow / low flow…

No Positive flow = not good for function = low function…

Know that “separation” problems with the Creator, “equal or can cause” less flow in the Spirit man, which is lowered function, which can cause or make for disease!

Dis-Ease = is unrest at the cell level, which is a low flow level / a flow problem…

Healing – requires Positive or full flow. Or, Simply… all requirements at full capacity!

Preventive health, is a self-maintaining, to not allow disease or sickness…

HyperPreventioncould also be seen as a way to heal or cure” with “excess or more than adequate materials” for treatment, after a problem is manifested… and a time of “catch-up” is desired!

Preventive is the best and only responsible way for health to be cared for!

the “CLEANSE FIRST IDEA”     

Too many people today are thinking, desiring, trying to start their way toward health, with a “cleanse!

Beware, do not just start with “the idea,” this is a non-logical  awkward, actually very wrong way! Read on….

How you might ask?                    

Their problem is, first, non-logical thinking!  

Their start is often well intended, yet is so “off,” because they are making an “emotional decision,” by what has “sounded good,” or it may be that it “felt good,” and usually it was gathered from “someone out there,” in there day to day lives, who is not highly skilled at health.

Realize, most individuals “are not going to scrutinize an idea, if it came from a good intention!”

This is where the saying, “the way to hell is paved with good intentions.” comes from!

Contemplate this statement!

Good intentions, even in reality, “does not” equate to “logic, facts, safe, or beneficial!”

Today, most individuals look more for “social acceptance,” than to be “unique, proper, or right!” Today, if it is not “commonly accepted,” most do not have the self-confidence to “go against the common perception!” This is a common fact!

So, let’s take a scientific, “factual, logical, and prioritized approach!”

We should start by removing the “problematic causes,” this should be the very first step!

Think logically, starting a cleanse should have a well “pre-planned approach,” for this reason “removing the problematic causes” is done first, so that these problematic causes will not be “neutralizing” any  of the positive inputs!

There should also be “a clear-cut list,” of what must be “avoided,” and “what is” to be utilized!

Then, there should be a step by step list, of “each process” of the entirety of the cleansing plan from start, to completion!

An effective and efficient plan should first have been readied, prepared, actually engineered, and then, it should be executed!

This is just an idea (rough list) of some of the(problematic causes) that need to be stopped, removed, replaced:

Alcohol – Coated cooking utensils – Nicotine – Micro-waving –

Caffeine – Frying – Dairy – Preservatives –

Sugar, all – Food Colorings – White flour – Prepared meats – Canola oil – Deodorants –

Palm oil, Fluoride – etc.

As anyone can see the list is and can become quite lengthy! There is much more, but for now this is a small example, these are just some of the major players. Also, the certain cooking or preparation methods may need modified!  (with ResultsAreProof.com each program is individually designed to individual requirements)

In the 40+ yrs. that I have been working to help individuals with their health, I have found that cleansing can be quite fast, easy, and very effective, with very simple yet effective methods!  Understanding the factors of quantity, quality, and frequency of foods, herbs, supplements, water, and how to incorporate exercise for effective circulatory work, is what requires skillful experience!

Sequencing of all needed requirements is probably “the most important” process for attaining health!

All things needed could be present, but without the correct timing, and or sequence, plus correct combining, everything is in vain! Literally, the whole desired effect can be lost totally, and in some cases conditions made worse. 

NOTE: The above is just some “food for thought.”     (not an exact plan)

When an individual practices proper or correct eating for good length of time, the need for a cleanse can be greatly prevented!

The “MOST IMPORTANT EXERCISE FACT……TO KNOW,…. EVER!”

If, yes, “IF” a person, instructor, coach, trainer or any individual were to learn the particulars of this fact in this article, they could quickly become one of the winningest coaches of all time in their physical performance endeavors, fact!

In my years for human physical performance and healing this is the greatest point, or marker for knowing more about physical performance than most can even conceive! But ego, controls most, so most will lose out on a guaranteed way to predict, repeat, and sustain results at the highest degree! (remember ego stands for “Edging God Out”)

Understand the following:

One fact tells all that is needed to know on how to get measurable results from any exercise!

One fact tells if a workout was effective!          

One fact tells when a person is ready for another hard work out!

One fact tells when a person is working out too much, or too often, or too hard!

One fact tells when your body is truly recovered! (only if ego is in control)

One fact tells what 99+% of all coaches never know and never use and never learn to let it help win!

One fact tells when your body is ready for a peak performance!

One fact tells if your athletic performance was a “full effort or a lesser effort!”

One fact tells if your body is being attacked with an illness or virus!

One fact tells you about just how much actual “effort” anything you do takes!

With “this one simple fact known” on a constant basis, a person can know all of the above!

Imagine what this can mean to a coach? Imagine what this can mean to anyone or any athlete professional or amateur? Imagine what this could mean to a person who has been fighting an illness that returns at will so to speak? Imagine what this could mean to so many individuals? Top performance every time and knowing it!

But mostly ask yourself this, why, WHY, don’t more of us know this? Could it be just lack of attention? Could this be missing from so-called common knowledge because it is a “marker” that could be a “hassle to bother with?” Could this be a fact that is not fully realized? Could this be something that could be a real trouble to get athletes to “pay attention to” as well as everyone else? Could it be that if it were more known, it would reveal the “imposters of coaching and medicine,” because it will! And it does!

In my forty-three plus years of working in the human performance and physical health field, this marker has become one of, if not the most reliable fact. The success in dealing with everything from sickness to athletic performance has relied strongly on this one fact. This fact is or should be the “HOLY GRAIL” of all sports performance, from strength to endurance, and from actual effort to perceived effort!

This fact, this “marker,” when taught in depth and in mass to the public, has the potential to change the “GAME” of coaching for the entire rest of time! This fact and marker “are taught in some limited depth and width in my book,” “The Great Fitness Fraud” available on AMAZON.COM.

Note: This is the marker, factor, and check point been used by my services over the years “intensively, and extensively,” and is a “study” all in its own! With our course in leaning to be and instructor our services this point is covered in intense depth!

OVERWEIGHT, FAT, OBESE…

The FACTS, ANSWERS, and the SOLUTION!

Truth is, and always will be “the truth,” whether anyone’s emotions are involved or not!

Please, reread the above! The area of “weight loss” has fierce “opinions,” this article will deal only in science, fact, the psychological facts, and self-evident truths!

This article “is written for clarity” in the addressing of, the ridiculous, un-factual, untruthful, and “attempts of trying to justify” or the “licensing” of anyone human being overweight, fat and or obese!

This article “is not written for” the shaming of anyone, it is written “to bring awareness that anyone who has become overweight, fat and or obese, that there is a factual long-term natural answer available!”

Also note: the author of this article has been overweight and fat, so there is an “understanding” of the causes and effects that accompany these conditions!

Understand that the facts are clear, that “overweight, fat, and obese,” are totally “unhealthful!”  

“Overweight, fat, and obese” is abuse or severe mistreatment to the physical body, and its functions!

“Overweight, fat, and obese” is “a conscious choice of repeated actions” that bring about far reaching serious health issues! Death is an end result, if not properly dealt with, fact!

Overweight, fat or obese is and always will be a case of “excess!” If someone wishes to look up the definition of these words they will find that “it varies in meaning from excess or too much to grossly so!”

The truth and FACT are, that “overweight, fat, and obese” is a CHOICE… and always will be, “it shows and proves selfishness in the extreme!”

Fat did not and does not jump on a person,…it does not sneak up on a person,…”nor does fat, just happen!” 

Another obvious excuse is that it was a woman’s “baby fat.” So, how did baby get that much fat, and then give it to the mother? A ridiculous, absurd, and moronic attempt to  justify selfishness! 

Fat cannot be blamed away on anything except “excessive consumption of excess calories,” this is a scientific fact!

Fat  “cannot” just happen, or mysteriously MATERIALIZE! 

Fat is” excess energy stored on the body,” FACT!

Each pound of “fat is 3500 extra or excess calories” stored on the body! As a close example, a pound of fat is the food equivalent more than 36 extra large eggs, beyond one’s energy needs per day, being stored!

NOTE: Fat “takes a deliberate movement from hand to mouth! The EXTRA, ADDITIONAL, or EXCESS 3500 calories “must be consumed” to gain “each excess pound!” No special condition, drug, pregnancy, stressor can cause fat to “happen” except excess consumption (eating)!

A person must “BURN 3900 CALORIES” to lose each pound of fat!  (a scientific fact)

There is a so-called “400” extra calories (like “interest on a loan”) to be burned for each pound of fat gained! So, every 3500 extra calories put’s one pound of fat on, but it takes 3900 calories of energy being burned or expended to get one pound of fat off!

The good news is that, there is help. YES, help is ALWAYS AVAILABLE!

I have and do, work with overweight, fat, and obese people all the time!

NOTE: Most non-science-based weight loss programs can and do lose A GOOD PERCENTAGE “LEAN MUSCLE” as part of their weight loss!

The problem is it is not how much you lose, it is WHAT DID YOU LOSE, muscle or fat! The goal is to lose fat only! When a person loses lean muscle as part of the weight loss, this muscle loss causes the base metabolism to slow down!

Our programs use a “accurate body composition test every 2 weeks to prove only fat is lost,” and not lean muscle! Without this testing the client must be careful not to be impressed by just “weight” loss!

Our clients can and do lose fat (tested, proven) at the rate of a size, every 2 – 3 weeks easily! Fat can be lost without hunger, without cravings, while improving blood chemistry, and actually eating more than is always comfortable (seemingly too much food), this is all fact!

SICKNESS, PAIN, AND SUFFERING…..

Caring for the  Sick, Hurting Ailing, Obese, and just plain Fat…

One would think or at least hope, that an individual “would not want to allow for or give a possibility to” any kind of sickness, disease, or even a condition like obesity to work in the slightest areas of their life. 

But in reality “most are so arrogant” in that they “feel” that they can, by some special process avoid the “payments” (repercussions) to be made after having severely abused their physical body. ( eating or consuming what is totally detrimental to any or all process’s )

Yet, with all the worldly knowledge, research, and warnings “individuals still persist and insist” on doing “what they want” at any given time!

Oh yes, I have been a firsthand witness to the arrogance, pride, and self-righteous line of this thinking or action again  and yet again! 

The wrong thinking of “well that was so and so, or that’s not going to happen to me,” etc, etc.

Our bodies are all “basically” the same. We are all a chemical, electrical, spiritual charged beings, that have very specific needs and requirements. We all need the very same things, we all just need differing amounts! 

The process’s that work within us are the same, yet arrogance reins through thinking “we” are going to “get away with” what will and does happen ( it is just a matter of time) Sorry, but facts are facts!

Our physical lives in a way are like a credit card or debit card. We have the right to CHARGE on it, “HOWEVER” the bill will come in, be delivered or better yet “become due and payable” without exception.

Again, when I say that the “most persistent attitude out there” is that of “extreme arrogance” that is exactly what it is. The attitude of “well I tried”,” and it didn’t work”, so “I give up”, or “they need to like me just the way I am,” or what ever other EXCUSE one desires to use.  

It is mainly about “my way”, and “now” and or any other CONVENIENT coping mechanism that people can come up with!

It is beyond time for us as  individuals to “stop the political correctness” which has done nothing but weaken our society!

 It is time for us to “call” these individuals who choose to “do these selfish, self centered, emotional charged wrong doings to their health” by their correct name,” STUPID!”

Let’s talk the truth here! “Anyone (yes, anyone) who makes choices by their emotional or physical “feelings” is certainly not rational, logical, intelligent or responsible! 

My personal view (based on my experience of more than forty years) is that because most will not openly and assertively address them, they get to thinking and feeling “licensed, permitted, accepted” to continue. They actually find a “comfort zone” in this action or if you prefer to call it “in action!”

When an individual starts down this path of “I’m too busy, I’m tired, I will later, etc, etc, etc they are in trouble with a “four letter word” LAZY or sloth! You can try to use other descriptions like irresponsible, unlearned, etc., etc., but the real bottom line or “motive” is self, or another “four letter word” lazy! They are selfish! It is about them!

So, do you truly love them….only if, yes IF, you call them out!

Don’t wait for the problems to start!
