Exercise, diets, and programs for health improvements…real or not?
Explain to me please, the following absurdities!
Really, what people “thinking” that buy in to the thinking below? This thinking below isn’t thinking at all, and if this below is thinking, then someone please pray more or get better teachers or at least flush the gene pool! 😉
Why do people do multiple sets of the same exercises? (brain dead or embecile?)
Seeing you either “stimulate or push the muscle to a point of change” or you are not causing change? You push the muscle to a point of “stimulus for response or you do not!”
So if you can do this in one exercise, why keep repeating it, you’re insecure badly, or you are trying to get more results? Because “you either made it happen” or “you are so insecure?” Physiological fact!  ?? IDIOTS ??
Why do people train just legs or lower body one day, and upper body another day? (like a person can make the body work the way the WANT?)
Do they “just feed” their lower body, and “just rest or sleep” their lower body on one day, and do the same to their upper body another day? Actually, organs are working for ALL THE BODY, everyday! So where does the body recover just parts of the body on one day, and when does it not work as a whole unit! The body most often needs 48 hours or 2 days to respond to most stress, so what are they thinking? It is obvious they cannot!
Dieting or weight-loss is usually thought to be “just counting calories!” (the body has survival modes that must be worked within not dictated too, or more would be successful, duuuhh)
So why does everyone staying on a low number of calories always have weight-loss slow down and stop? Could it be that certain foods must be balanced along with blood sugar levels? Is that also why most ALL programs will not use an accurate body composition to prove that only fat is being lost, because they are actually losing lean muscle and the metabolism is actually slowing down?
Why don’t most programs use multiple testing in various ways to prove that, the program is knowing, and factual, actually creating real health? (why NOT, because they do not know, but their egos work too well and they want your finances $$) ?? IDIOT ??

Like, increasing lean muscle, losing only fat, lowering resting heart rates, balancing blood sugars, lowering triglycerides, actually improving blood chemistry, and truly improving health from within? Like taking less time than 30 – 40 minutes total 3 days per week total. After-all exercise should be brief and effective! Like eating more food, while losing more fat only, showing the metabolism is faster! Like exercising less, yet measuring more results! Like learning for a lifetime, giving a true lifestyle!

Too many people today are trying to start on their way to health, in an awkward illogical actually very wrong way! How?
Their problem is, their start is so “off,” because they are making an emotional decision, by what has sounded good, thought was good, or it may be that it will feel good, all usually gathered from some where out there, in there day to day lives. Also most individuals will always say, and confirm anything to be social, and this agreement of others, is way, way, unfounded on any logic!

Over training is the single most common problem for lack, slowing or loss of measurable results and lack or loss of increased performance, and an increase of worsening health!

Results are basically a positive increase in any area of performance.
Exercise = Stimulus.   =     increased work load or more intensity of work
Stressor.

Facts, not feelings… Measured results, not maybe’s? Engineered successes, not guessing?
Thinner leaner, stronger, healthier, are all realities, if  your trainer, gym, or instructors are factually based and actually applying the facts to “engineer” our success.
Way too many people, are going to the gym and using non fact based methods and supposed techniques that do not and will not get the desired results they are seeking! In today’s world of information we should be getting the results we desire, and not wasting our time, efforts, and money, let alone damaging our health!
What should a person expect, if the facts are being used with knowledge and understanding?

Simple….  THE MINIMUM

1. You weight should be taken or monitored on a daily basis
2. Your measurements should be taken at least every 3 weeks.
3. Your pictures should be taken every 3weeks.
4. An accurate body composition taken every 3 weeks. (Such as near infra red light)
5. A strength or performance test or descending heart rate test every 3 – 4 weeks.
6. Checks on resting and working heart rates should be done regularly to check recovery.
7. If wellness is desired, blood sugar levels should be check regularly as well as blood
chemistry every three to four weeks. (Eight weeks minimum)
8. Progressions in workouts should be constantly monitored and regulated.
NOTE: IF you are not getting the above monitored, why not? Why? Because those selling the program are unlearned, not understanding basic’s, afraid of “not being able to actually produce results!”
If a program is based with facts and knowledge predictable results should be expected.
Too many programs are not based on facts, but based on “supposed methods” of what’s has been seen, done, and considered the norm!
By observing what is done within the so called “box” of fitness program norms one will observe that’s measurable results are a rarity and not the norm! Why? Why results are not the norm is because individuals are not held to standards even with trainer certifications there are no applied facts and methods set up to ensure the client or customer gets their desired results!
Real facts applied in the correct and consistent manner will gain the same “results” each and every time! If you are not getting measurable consistent results someone is inept, uneducated, unqualified or just plain misleading!
For over 43 years in the field of physical human performance, with health at he focal point my client’s results have been predictable, measurable, consistent, maintainable, and repeatable!

To whom this may concern.  My name is “A G “(name is private), this is how I came to meet Bert Seelman. Since around 2005 I’ve had pains in my chest like my heart was in a vice, best way to explain it but, it was rare and I don’t like to let anyone know of any of my problems, I just shrugged it off.
In the end of June 2009 me and my girlfriend split up, I didn’t take it to well, I started drinking everyday and smoking my chest pains started happening almost every twenty minutes or more often then that.  I went in to the hospital and had a heart CT scan done and it showed scaring on my lower heart mostly on the lower right side, so the doctors did some blood work and diagnosed me as having Miocarditis which I wasn’t sure what they meant because all my blood work was good except for after more testing and scans they said I had rhuematoid arthritis which was the only explanation they gave me for the heart scaring.

I didn’t want to have any laser treatment to burn off the scare tissue so I was taking a medication to try to restore the dead heart cells after going back 4 times the medications weren’t working so I was put on a donor list to receive a heart.  I was still drinking and smoking and not caring and getting worse and worse so I went back the beginning of October 09 for another heart scan and it showed it was getting too bad that I was no longer a priority on the donor list because I was told if I got a new heart the doctors were worried that my arthritis would send signal and just start attacking my new heart and they really didn’t want to take the risk or in my eyes waste a good heart so I was still on the donor list but not a priority. I was feeling terrible in October, I went back for another scan around October 15 09 and my out come was that the way things were going with the Miocarditis how bad the scaring was I could have sudden cardiac failure or maybe have 6 months to year left they weren’t sure  but it didn’t look good.

I went to see Bert on October 22 2009 on my 27th birthday the first time I told him what was going on he gave me some info.  Bert was my last hope I used some of the info he gave me and went with it I wasn’t a believer but after a few weeks I started feeling better so the week of thanksgiving I called him with my diagnosis and by that Sunday he had a vitamin, mineral and eating plan made up specifically for my needs.
I started a program with Bert, started the cleansing process and eating process and I had begin to feel a lot better so after 3 months of being on the program and doing exactly what I was told to do and told to eat and jog and exercise my resting heart rate went from a number of 88 to 93 beats per minute to 55 – 54 beats per minute. I was excited I went back for another heart ct scan after only 3 months and the doctors were surprised 80% of the heart scaring was gone, so I continued the program which is hard, its never hard to stop doing certain things, its hard to continue new ways.
After continuing Bert’s program after the first three months I was determined so I continued another 4 months still getting better, went back to the cardiologists they were surprised to see that all the dead scared cells on my heart were living and fully restored.
I’m no saint and I’m not perfect, I’m only human I got better, given a second chance and  have detoured from the program a few times and gotten back on track and staying healthy, being alive and living life is extremely precious when it is almost taken from you and I’m still sticking to the program to this day and I’m still in good health I just have to be reminded by my loved ones that I was given a second chance in life and it doesn’t happen often so live life and which I’m trying to not for others but for myself and to the fullest you don’t get third chances.

Cravings – because of the imbalances these cravings worsen causing the habits continue (especially depression). Cravings cause agitation or actual physical feelings. Agitation (physical feelings) becomes more intense as the nutrient balance becomes worse. Again causing worse feelings!
The Mind then fighting agitation tends to not be able to HEAR the consulting
Ability to concentrate is minimized at best!
Improving the chemical / nutrient balance would obviously stop or greatly lessen agitation! If there was a better balance the mental focus being shifted toward the agitation or imbalance i.e. feelings would be lessened or stop!
Nutrition
These physical feelings from imbalance with addiction are real, powerful and need to be addressed. Now counseling would be “heard” or at least have a chance at better reception and or effect!
If nutrient balance was implemented first at the start, then the ALL IMPORTANT FOCUS could greatly improve, thereby greatly reducing stress and strain on the individual, increasing their possible progress to a much greater degree.
POINT: The original problem is usually a “wounded Spirit.” Then the individual seeks to avoid the inner hurtful feelings by COVERING IT by utilizing another feeling or distraction! Whatever is utilized (chemical / food / action /etc) usually means more of that particular something bothering in their spirit is being increased cause the person to USE MORE SUBSTANCE depleting something else. This problem starts in the Spirit or the perception of the mind and ends up putting the physical out of balance. Once the physical feels bad, the individual wants to LESSEN that feeling too! So the action to lessen the feelings tries to control it! The vicious cycle starts in the Spirit or mind and must start with the physical (end stage / imbalance) to get the starting stage to receive its help more effectively.
Simply put, the physical must be brought back to some closeness of balance, before any minimally effective resolve can possibly happen! Or when the body stops screaming on the inside, the spirit and mind can start to hear better, for counseling to have any effect!
