FACT, if an individual consumes their food slowly, chewing well (or taking enough time to actually “taste their food,) they will consume less for two reasons!

Simple considerations for people to “think about”….if they can (get out of their own crap)

One, by eating slowly, this will allow time for blood sugar to rise, helping to stop or slow the hunger!

After all, is it a holiday, a day to relax, and enjoy, or a day to show just how much, and how fast you can eat, or how to make an “ass” of one’s self?…….usually the later!

Two, by chewing well, food is broken down more quickly, allowing or assisting blood sugar to rise, helping to stop or slow the hunger!

IT’S  A  HOLIDAY = HOLY DAY………BUT, …NOT FOR MOST

NOT A ….”WHOLEY” SHIT DAY……WHERE YOU HAVE SHOWN YOUR,… “SELFISH ASS OFF DAY!”

That Being was JESUS CHRIST!

So, Jesus would NEVER sin!… Nor lie, nor mislead, misdirect, or cause less than the very best!

So, JESUS NEVER SINNED! (no mistakes)

So, When Jesus Taught, HE ALWAYS fed everyone FISH!   (not veggies)

So, they want us to believe JESUS, purposely fed the believers BAD or WRONGFULLY ??? REALLY….???

Fish is a “brain food,” so obviously these idiots are in desperate need of at LEAST, a “large shark!” (Get It)

So, they conveniently leave Him (JESUS) out! (you know, “JESUS” “feeder of fishes”)

Why? Because JESUS did not just feed for ideas, laughs, fun, or convenience!

HE, JESUS,  fed for betterment, correctly, righteously, for healing and restoration!

So, wake up “Sheeple,” the GAME is on!… Yet, most all, yes everyone will “go along with these lies, because being accepted by the other “sheeple” is more “comfortable!”

FOOD, HOW MUCH DOES IT MATTER….

Whether a person is a “creationist or evolutionist” one of the most important factors to maintain longevity, physical performance, maintenance, and life in general is beware of “what goes into our body, our intake.”

All foods, either do something “to you,” or “something for you,” so choose!  quote Bert Seelman

Dietary or nutritional facts for everyone to know and consider are listed below.

Foods are actually “compounds” made up of “chemicals” that digest or absorb best in very specific combinations!

If foods were to be consumed in specific combinations, sequence, and frequency the body would have to “work less” at the cell level to restore or rebuild us!

All foods are made up of materials or components that become our “make up,” so quality should be essential!

All foods contain (carbs, fats, proteins) or calories which are energy values!

Foods because of their “make up” have varying degrees of benefit or harm!

Foods are not all grown with the same content (values inside them) even if the same name or type! Different conditions cause varied degrees of uptake in each growing thing!

Time of day or waking hours is a factor on what types of “foods” are best for that part of your day!

Your state of “condition, health, or level of performance” all are factors of considerations for your amounts or portion sizes, and of course nutrient requirements!

Frequency and amounts of food consumption is a factor for the body’s ability to respond to varied stressors!

Quality and preparation of foods is another variable that has great effect on the body’s ability to maintain health and performance!

Every day, most all people have the ability to a greater or lesser degree, to literally change their health, condition, and overall life by the foods they consume!

Because we are a “renewable resource” being brand new down to every cell every sixteen months, we can do many minor and major changes to our diet to afford ourselves a new state of being should we decide to.

Limited thinking without proper and adequate investigation or consideration is irresponsibility on the part of most individuals.

There is an extremely arrogant attitude today, in the area of individuals believing they can eat just about anything and be fine! Wrong, very wrong, because the effects are “accumulative” over time. The effects are not immediately received or realized! However, the results are going to be noticed over or after a period of time, sometimes quickly, sometimes over extended years, but it will come!

The potential for quality and extended length of life is there in your choices of intake, it is up to us, to each of us to take advantage by “our choices,” our performance and longevity is in our hands!

Constipation is a serious problem, it usually is stemming from several factors not just one.
For EXAMPLE-
Lack of adequate hydration (water, H2O). We need a minimum of 4 quarts of purified water per day.
Lack of adequate dietary fiber on a regular schedule. We need at least 7 to 10 cups of vegetable per day!
Lack of adequate amounts of select minerals and vitamins. Adequate amounts of minerals for processes!
Condition severity:
Light: individual has one to two bowel movements per day                           
Moderate: individual has only one bowel movement every day
Bad : individual has one bowel movement every other day
Severe: individual has one bowel movement every third day
Dangerous: individual has one bowel movement every forth to fifth day
Imagine that if a person eats three meals a day and has only “one” bowel movement a day, after two weeks that is 42 meals minus 14 bowel movements, or 28 bowel movements worth of food fermenting and rotting in their colon! Ever wonder why diseases start or why we get sick, let alone the lack in quality food we put into our systems.
Start with stopping problematic causes of unhealthy items like, caffeine, nicotine, sodas, sugars, excess starches! Which can increase constipation.
Drink adequate water for hydration. About 4 oz. per half hour. ( use more if conditions dictate)
Get adequate fiber. From salads, vegetables ( are the best source), fruits, whole grains.

Use raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar (Bragg’s). 1 tblspn in 3 – 4 oz water every morning.
If bowels are sluggish use vitamin C in increasing doses, until evacuation starts.
Consider using small doses of magnesium malate throughout the day to assist the vitamin C, and extra efforts with water. (Consider adding 1 teaspoon of Nature Works Swedish Bitters per quart of water)
Another method of getting bowels working is to start utilizing the 4 oz per half hour “water” or even using 6 to 8 oz per half hour with vitamin C 500mg. every 2 hours.
For a “jump start” try drinking 4 – 8 oz of  warm water every half hour while starting with 1000 – 1500mg of vitamin C in the beginning and adding 500mg per 2 – 3 hours until movement starts.
Magnesium malate, 500 – 700mg every two hours can be beneficial for the first 6 hours. For 1 – 4 doses. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS…..
Remember there are those who know and practice “real health,” so make sure who you are dealing with.

In each cup squeeze a small squeeze of Fresh lemon juice. “Do not heat in tea”
Increase beta-carotene for 2 – 3 days

Excuse me, but what the f—k, what the hell, I mean these “butt heads, ignoramous’s, sudden EXPERTS,” never, ever, cared enough to try and prevent you from getting into a bad position! Yet now, all of a sudden they are “miraculously a sage” of what ever is key to your success! Know more about what you are doing, than anyone could possibly imagine!

These “types” are usually in worse condition, more sickly, more often, more overweight, and are usually in desperately in need of attention! The picture of what they are, says what they truly know and believe in!

Note: this is not prescriptive!
Many this time of year get a severe sore throat! Many wait a day to act about helping it, while others will act very little, yet usually not enough to rally and get the problem resolved quickly and thoroughly!
Should you be pro-active here is an idea!
This is a simple yet highly effective action that “if” used quickly and as written can make all the difference!
Clients have reported that this was very highly effective for relief of severe soreness, especially with strep throat!
 
NEEDED:
Glass, measuring cup, table spoon, Nature Works “Swedish Bitters,” “Bragg’s raw vinegar,” Nature Works “beta-carotene” 25,00 I.U. (not vitamin A)
 
Act as quickly as symptoms start, that’s the best way to “get the jump on any progression from taking place!
 
First take 1 tablespoon of raw vinegar in 2 tablespoons water, break this mix into 3 separate gargles one after the other. Each gargle use at least a full 10 seconds with vigor, then spit out! Note this will burn but continues 3 times. Note on the third gargle swallow the mixture.
 
Then do the same mixture of 1 tablespoon Swedish Bitters in two tablespoons water, and do the same three gargles as with the other mixture!
 
Take 25,000 I.U. of beta-carotene “three times per day” for three days.
 
Beware not to take in any dairy during your trying to get over your sore throat! Dairy products are seriously mucous forming and hinder results greatly!
 
Note: I have always advised everyone that your nutrients or supplements belong at the top of your grocery list, as these nutrients are not in foods any longer! So as an assurance for your health, keep up your minimums of supplements, it is a simple way for you to help keep your health at a decent level!

Exercise, from the word Exert, as in Exertion
Exercise is not recreation for enjoyment, or pleasure, Exercise is for causing a change!
Exercise = is the Triggering, the Stimulus, a stressor to bring about a response!
 Exercise, is pushing muscle or muscles to a point beyond the momentary state of ability, a “stimulus or triggering!
Exercise, does not, nor cannot, “make” increased strength or muscle by itself!
Exercise can ONLY increase health, strength, performance or make muscle WHEN there has already been adequate nutrition and adequate rest or time BEFORE the exercise is performed!
Exercise can only trigger or stimulate a Positive Response, WHEN, Reserves from Nutrition and Rest or Time have been adequate, ample, enough, Before or PRIOR to exercise! The ability to respond by making lean or strength increases, AGAIN must be ready, BEFORE the triggering!
Nutrition or nutrients are the “materials or “stuff” that make up the new or increased tissues, nutrients are the building blocks, so to speak!
Rest or Time is Required for accumulation, absorption or processing, and stored ahead to be ready to respond, when the triggering, or stimulus happens!
It is like shaving your legs or face and cutting yourself. Should you have eaten the food to help clot the bleeding after you cut your face, or the days before, so the clotting factors are all ready to work?….      Of course before!
So understand that this is how the priorities sequence
#1 – Nutrition,      #2 – Rest or (time),          #3 – EXERCISE!
 
NUTRITION is 40 – 60%      
REST or (time) is 30 – 40%      
EXERCISE is 10 – 12 %
 
The body could live and prosper without Exercise, IF proper nutrition and adequate rest were had!
Exercise only determines, defines, creates, the “Performance LEVEL” desired, exercise does not determine the health or responses! YES exercise can under certain circumstance assist, but much less than most perceive!
