Building An “ULTIMATE PROGRAM FOR RESULTS”….

The concept/goal is… to develop a program that would be a “fact based, results driven,” health enhancing, predictable, repeatable, and sustainable program for “the repeatable answers” to health, healing and performance increases, from beginning to end!

The Idea is with intent to gather an “extra 1-3%  of “extra“ previously unconsidered benefits (results), in as many areas as possible, every time!  Looking into every area from beginning to end! “This approach will create a significant increase in physical performance” with a better end result!  (actual compounding effects)

First, and foremost, one must “realize,” that “human physical performance” is both “healing,” and “increasing physical (sports) performance!”  Any and “every increase,“ all adds  to the so-called bottom line!”

Apply, and “experiment continuously,” with “noting of each and every factor, combination, record and “learn each reaction!”

One must know, not guess, plus have ”full working knowledge” and the understanding so that it can be confidently referred or utilized if the reaction is of future use!

Imagine, “the goal” is to be able “to increase physical performance or health and healing“ at will, for every circumstance!”

“Proven applications,” verified through finding and using “various physiological markers repeatedly,” universally, and interchangeably so that all out comes can “constantly and consistently be counted on every time!” 

IMAGINE, testing and knowing if and when the person or athlete “is actually following” the protocol, which will create and insure confidence, drive, and motivation for the coach also!

“The old, I know that I know, and, …..“YOU KNOW,” That “I KNOW!”

IMAGINE….No Excuse’s, Positive Results, Every Workout, Every Time!…..Why, because facts do not lie!   

This level of program will take a “COMPREHENSIVE” UNDERSTANDING, and a knowing of “all three parts” of the “whole being” or the three-part man, “spirit, body, mind!”

Know, that the “missing considerations all stemmed from individuals, “having too many limiting beliefs!”

“WANT TO BE”….OVERWEIGHT, FAT,

GROSSLY OBESE, MORBIDLY OBESE….? 

LIKE “GAINING” FAT, BEING GROSSLY FAT..?

BADLY NEED ATTENTION, ALL YOU CAN GET….?

LIKE BEING….SICKLY,

“HAVING VARIOUS HEALTH ISSUES???  

APOLOGY, “YES, THIS IS AN APOLOGY!”

For over 50 years I have been working in the health and physical performance field, and tried to help everyone to get healthy, lose fat, lose excess weight, and gain muscle! 

I have now (recently) come to the “realization” (I had an “epiphany) that most, “yes most” individuals, meaning “the vast majority” of individuals “like being, and defend being fat!

I am not talking just slightly fat, but actually “large assed,” belly hanging over, “double chinned,” pants “looking painted on,” swollen fat cheeked, fat!

I actually interviewed men, who said “that what they had, “was not” a “beer-belly,” but that the large swollen pressured belly, was a “fuel tank” for a “love machine!” …….whaaa.. 

Oh, and they expressed this with a huge smile, being so very proud!

I interviewed women who wore shorts, with the legs of the shorts, looking like they were large  cloth liners for swimming pools!

I mean women now go around wearing yoga pants pulled up in their “cookie,” and then they have the nerve to act upset, “when people stare at their cookie!”

What’s worse, so many “moms that dress so provocatively,”… have their daughters with them, “dressing the same way!!!” I mean really???  No shame, no care for their daughters!

Yes, large women, I’m talking 3+ sizes larger than what they are stretching into, “are dressing this massive size into clothes that need or should require bionic thread to keep the clothes together!” Then they use eyelashes that look like paint brushes for a big wall, followed with eye shadow that had to be put on with a “trim roller,” for base boards, or borrowed from a “house trim painter!”

So, I was greatly mistaken in my “perception,” that most desired to be “lean,” trim, thin, almost skinny! ….Wow, was “I wrong!” So, I am sorry!

Then there are the other “attention getters, the sicko’s, the whiney, needy!”

You know, those individuals who “crave, and addictively so,” any, and “all the attention they can get!” So, you know, they always seem to have those “auto-immune” sickness’s!

You know the ones that have 20-30 highly varied symptoms, which can be “triggered by almost everything, and always!”……These types seem to “need endless care,” detailed with importance of everything, and yet, never ever seeing any marked improvement, because “their condition  supposedly cannot or may not be able to have that happen, or it is at the least a “definite uncertainty!!!”

So, in my coming to this realization of “Fat being a desired condition,” it is an actual “turn on” for many, many, men and women, I decided “why not!

I there and then decided, I would put forth my greatest determination to “FATTEN and SICKEN” as many who desire these conditions! They desire it, it’s their decision, their body! (like an abortion, right!)

After all, WHO AM I,? 

I should not be “prejudicial” toward the “other side of fitness and health!”

After all, I had written a book “to protect, help, and make aware of not being “taken!” My book to protect was (“The Great Fitness Fraud,” on amazon)

Then I should, in all fairness and concern, “HELP” those who are seeking Fat, Obese, Sickly, and being unfit!

After all, “who would know better how to get Overweight, Fat, Grossly Obese ,and sickly??”

So, “my newly found career,” is to “help those poor thin, skinny, fit, and healthy,” to become an “intense health wreck,” one who is an eye-sore, and to become “a morbidly oversized sickly, ill, fatso!”

“The Unconsidered”……Or Over-training in fitness, exercise, and sports  

When “fitness, sports, athletics” became top of mind, there is almost always “an overlooked” yet serious consideration! This serious consideration has been, ”what does the body dictate!”

Not what we or the individual wants, or desires, but “an end goal of specific results that is worked or driven for!” This goal is often thinner, faster, stronger, more muscular, or even healthier! However, the “goal” must or should (hopefully) be reached in a positive fashion!

More,  is and has been an attitude with exercise, fitness, sports, and athletic training, along with, “whatever it takes!” Yet, if one stands back, removes the ego, slows down, and opens their mind, major serious, benefits  can and will happen!

First, and foremost “ego has reigned,” in the exercise arena for decades!  This meaning, that “more” is better, and is almost compulsory for improvement, as is the most common thought and practice! When in reality, “more” leads to overtraining!” Overtraining can be easily avoided, if, yes a big “IF,” most individuals could get their “ego” and the idea of “more is always better” out of their ways!  (putting ego aside is near impossible)

Research, and scientific fact has shown that recovery, “full recovery” form training is the only time “when” performance is increased, not during the recovery, but after “full recovery” has taken place!

At ResultsAreProof.com and Bert Seelman’s programs, results are excelling in “all forms of physical performance” which has been a “typical” result! Whether it is youth to seniors, amateur to extreme professional athletes, and more importantly or “most importantly” health and healing of any conditions!

Why, has this positive result been so common, across the board with all their systems? The answer is simple! Use of facts, not ego!    EGO is a “killer” of everything, ESPECIALLY RESULTS!

Results for increased physical performance “requires that the body, after being “worked out” or  stimulated,…. recovers, heals, and or “repairs” adequately or completely, as fast as possible!   (making the body ready for the next performance)

What makes for these consistent, positive, and maximum responses, has been in “the secret of maximizing recovery!”  

How does one maximize recovery, for more or faster responses? Optimizing responses from the mechanisms is only possible by meeting the requirements of nutrition, exercise and rest or time! These processes require time to accumulate the materials, time to process the materials, and then time to actually make the changes to the tissues that have needs!

Optimizing the responses therefore takes knowledge and time for the response mechanisms of the body, before, during and after stimulus (training) which is “the key” to making, keeping, and continuing increases in performance!

The most misunderstood factor for increasing results in athletic performance or healing is the same factor, it is “time!” The problem is also the same, time, as everyone wants more results NOW!

NOTE: Healing is also, “an increase” in physical performance!”

            Increasing healing, requires responses form the same mechanisms!

Imagine, an athlete who would utilize this information about “time” being an important consideration on a continuous basis, their career would be not just improved, but lengthened!

So, the “Unconsidered” is about health, wellness, being sound at the deeper levels!

“Overtraining” is seeing, measuring, or realizing slower or no measurable positive increases in performance are due to the body being unable to respond adequately!

A SIMPLE EXAMPLE:

Ask any trainer or person who works out regularly without fail, if when they miss a workout and then return after missing a day or two, if they found that they were stronger….?

Most all will tell you they were! It’s a big YES!

So now ask yourself, did they get more rest, less stress, well of course! They GOT MORE RECOVERY! Not more exercise!

The factor of more recovery is always better than more stress of exercise!  HELLO… 

By allowing more “time” for all processes, the body could respond better!

So, if the body is not having positive responses, then health is also being depleted!

THERE ARE ONLY TWO TYPES OF EXERCISE…

Defective or Ego Self centered exercise, or Measurable, and Factual based proven Exercise.

Yes, everyone has their favorite, their preferred way of moving around to call it exercise!

Just because someone likes or prefers a certain type of movements, speed of

movement, or style of movement, does not make it actual “exercise!”

There is RECREATION, the action or process of creating something again, by Webster’s.

There is EXERCISE, activity requiring physical effort, carried out especially to improve or sustain a level of physical performance of health and fitness, by Webster’s.

There is exercise that demonstrates strength and is “ballistic” in performance as in competitive lifts. Then there is strength exercise which is for building or increasing strength which is the Proper Way to exercise, these types should not be confused!

Then there are the actual physiological facts that must be utilized to create measurable results. These facts can be effectively and efficiently used to guarantee predictable, measurable, repeatable, and sustainable results!

There are the EGO-MANIACS, who claim things like Cross Fit is the best or the effective way to gain strength or endurance, wrong!            

There are those who will swear by Orange Theory, wrong, there are those who swear yoga is exercise, wrong! None of these previous types of wishful programs can produce as mush results, in the shortest time, like true “PROGRESSIVE RESISTANCE TRAINING.”

NOTE: If…If, full range movements, with proper applications or distance, resistance, timing, and sequence are used, resistance training is the most effective and efficient way to produce strength, endurance, cardio vascular, and metabolic benefits or increases!

Individuals most often change exercise programs because of staleness, or the lack of continuing results! The problem with staleness or lack of results has little to do with the actual exercise!

There are three major factors that must be balanced by a Coach or Trainer. The three factors are, 1 exercise, 2 nutrition, 3 rest / sleep. Nutrition is the “materials” that actually form and repair the new tissues! Rest or sleep allows for materials to actually be “put in place.” Rest or time also allows for materials to be accumulated, processed, and readied to put into place!

Exercise is the stimulus, or the triggering for growth or increases in strength! Exercise needs to be intense, brief, effective, all the while allowing for the other process’s to work for making the measurable results!

Exercise can, should produce predictable, measurable, results if…IF…ALL THE FACTS ARE UTILIZED WITH KNOWLEDGE!

When a person does an exercise program it should be able to reasonably predict the results, even if the program needs adjustments, those adjustments, should be incremented, measured, and the outcome quite predictable, if facts are used!

When an exercise program cannot predict out comes, it is self evident that there is a need for working knowledge and applications! This is what fraud is!

Note: IF a program does not use multiple tests, measurements, and planned processes it is not worth putting you time, money and energy into! It is “unprofessional!”

There are tons of so called experts out there, until you start demanding measurable results, then the field is pretty much cleared! (this is what “ResultsAreProof.com” is NOT)

Anything can be engineered, through, facts, measured applications, consistency, if one is willing to slow down and methodically engineer a prescribed plan!

So if results are the goal, then facts, with knowledge, precise applications should produce measurable results!

The list of requirements for continuing results…

Facts…

Correct – efficient applications,

Measurements, foods (nutrients or supplements), exercise, logging,

Testing,….

Adjusting,…

Preplanning, … etc., etc., etc.

When someone cannot consistently measure progressive results “overtraining” or over stimulating is a typical problem! It is always better to error on the side of more recovery (meaning more nutrients, and rest/time off) than on the side of more exercise or stress!

What kind of program are you on, what type of trainer do you have, is your health being compromised! Remember for most coaches or trainers, the money is what the message is about, nor keeping the client training rather than the client’s progress!

After 43+ years working in this field it has gone backwards not forward, meaning more ego, less intelligent methods, even less health, and much less working knowledge!

 (So most will not heed this, because they are so insecure, yet have too much ego to listen)

Realize this is about physiological facts, buy ego, runs people’s arrogance to continue in their ignorance….(people will viciously protect their ignorance)! Meaning “they do not want to hear anything different” than what they are doing, “because it takes effort to listen, the effort to think about change,” and that “possibly” could be seen as them being wrong!

One set of an exercise is adequate, if the exercise is pushed to a point of stimulus for response or momentary muscular failure. More is actually unnecessary and only wastes recovery ability slowing progress! If more exercise is better or more sets, then why don’t people just work out all day, every day? Exercise is actually a stress, or a stimulus to hopefully bring forth a positive response. Ego is a possibility here.

(why waste your efforts, because You Are So Insecure, admit it….and You did not use enough effort on what you did…see,  insecure!) SARCASM

The body is a complete unit, it needs to be rested as a whole unit, fed as a whole unit, and exercised as a whole unit. One cannot just feed the lower body one day, and feed the upper body the next day! Nor can a person just sleep the lower body one day and the upper body the next. The body must have time to accumulate recovery materials (adequate nutrients) to have a positive benefit in the form of results. Exercise does not “make” the results, the materials or nutrients do.

( think about it, but you probably know more than physiologist, and will make your body do what science can’t, right… ) SARCASM

 

Cardio exercise should be performed after, resistance exercise. By doing cardio after resistance exercise the body receives the benefit of elevated heart rate during resistance training that lowers glucose levels. Due to these lowered glucose levels fat burning during cardio increases faster. The body also receives the benefit of removing oxidized materials from resistance exercise due to the cardio being performed after resistance exercise.

PERSONAL  DRAINERS…… or “PUR$$-ONAL  DRAINERS”

OR …..PERSONAL “STRAINERS”……ENTERTAINERS…..

Ok I’m getting older, but “my eyes still see,” and well!

And Yes, I can still hear, and well!

I have been years and years (over 48 years) in this health and fitness industry, written books, been a professional speaker, done research, set up health clubs, trained thousands of all kinds of clients! “MEASURED and PROVEN” MORE RESULTS FOR CLIENTS THAN MOST ANY PROGRAM!

As I look around in gyms, health clubs, fitness centers, read articles, I am seeing, and having others verify my observations, I am seeing massive amounts of people being “trained, advised, supposedly instructed!” How-ever the people being instructed are getting ZERO IN ACTUAL RESULTS!

I see these so-called “trainers” ACTUAL DRAINERS, going BLA, BLA,BLA with their clients and actually “asking the clients,” “did you like this, did you like that?”  WHAT THE HELL, I mean REALLY?

These DRAINERS use NO physiological basis, or facts, therefor no real consistent results!

I remember being one of the very first “personal coaches” ever written about nationally! And I never, ever was into asking, how it “felt,” if they “liked” what I was doing, why, BECAUSE I knew what worked, I knew what the facts were, I knew what was enough, “to cause the changes they desired!”

HOLY HELL, today idiots, hire morons, for “acceptance!” WOW….

NO MEASURABLE RESULTS,……NO ACTUAL MULTIPLE TESTS, TO PROVE ANYTHING WAS GAINED!

So people, are paying people, to do nothing, and then asking, “did you like that!” what the hell? 

WHERE DO I SIGN UP FOR THAT JOB…..but, then I couldn’t sleep for the wrong doing!

Fitness has gone “way backward!”

It is the age of personal “drainers” money drainers, energy drainers, time drainers, no brainers, entertainers, fakes, fraud, and insanity!

I have always used at least 5 to 7 specific tests to prove to the client what’s being done!

Today people are so deluded they go to the gym to train, and have dreams, imaginations of what they desire, with zero reality, and PAY FOR THAT!

SOCIETY has lost it, totally, MAYBE, just MAYBE it’s those few drugs I did when I was younger, I must be having flashbacks!

I watch people going to the gym for their training sessions, and not any actual physiological facts are being utilized, not ONE! No plan, no ideas, no hope!

BEWARE, WAKE UP……GET SOMETHING FOR YOUR TIME , MONEY AND HALF EFFORTS!

MUSCLE…THERE IS NEVER “TOO MUCH”….

Strength, from muscle, there “seems” to never be enough, of muscle or strength!

WHY,?

Because muscle translates to strength, and strength translates to endurance, on an “individual basis!” (comparison should only be individually compared)

STRENGTH and endurance are definitely what athletes, boys, men, jocks, many females, and more, want! Having muscle has benefit, from having a faster metabolism, to resisting injury, to having a better-looking physique! With muscle, the positives do not stop!

I have spent most of my life investigating, researching, looking in to, developing, building, and learning about the gaining muscle! How to make it faster, better, more efficiently! Human physical performance would be nowhere, without muscle!

Every function somehow, someway, is dependent on muscle!

Exercise determines the “level” of physical performance, which means muscle is involved! Health involves so much more!

Most people believe, “that exercise makes muscle,” yet that is wrong, so very wrong!

Muscle being made or built, is “the end result,” first, of all a stimulus, or a triggering for an increase in performance must be done. This stimulus is an “attempt of, or an exceeding of,” the momentary ability for a muscle to contract!  This exceeding of “momentary or existing state of ability” under a greater load, a type of “stressor” is what brings about the triggering, for the increases!

Muscle increase is “only triggered by” the exceeding or trying or attempting to exceed the momentary existing state of ability! The “added muscle tissue” is the end result of nutrients (materials) being taken in, in adequate amounts, then being processed, and readied for “response”  when needed!”

The added tissue is “what actually makes up the muscle!”

So, the end results might look like this, nutrition = food/materials + time or rest to “process,”  plus stimulus = exercise for a response = more strength or muscle!

The gaining of strength or added muscle is a complex science which can be exactly engineered, however it is much, much more, than most would believe!

Sad to say, gaining muscle has been handed over to “EGO,” and “perceptions,” rather than “exacting science and skill!”

Through the years of my research in the gaining of muscle, muscle has become an “item,” that my fact gathering has been able to, actually guarantee the outcome of!

Should an individual need “increased physical performance,” especially from strength, speed or endurance from my services, that is an absolute deliverable! Having the facts, allows for many advantages!

NOTE: The greatest limiting factor, is the individual’s efforts, and consistency!
