Basic Steps Towards Health

1 – 6, BASIC BASE STEPS TOWARD HEALTH                                                                                                                             

This is the absolute minimum to even start on a road of measurable health!

1 – Drink or take in a MINIMUM of  1 gallon purified water per day ( 4 quarts, 128 oz)  minimum – approx. 4 – 5 oz. per waking ½ hour. Not distilled or PH adjusted or mineral water! NOTE: ADD 1 TEASPOON  Swedish Bitters by Nature works.  Absolutely no carbonated waters. NO PH adjusted waters.

2 – Take 1-tablespoon BRAGG’S raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar in 3 – 4 oz. water FIRST THING upon rising in A.M. If directed as an added help add 1 teaspoon to each quart of water during the day!

3Remove the listed problematic causes to start, otherwise we are only neutralizing all positive efforts. Remember that all foods (intake) do either something for us or they do something to us!

REMOVE……  not slow intake of, or reduce, STOP!     (No De-caf, none)

Nicotine –  Caffeine  –  Coffee, tea’s, soda, mineral waters, and all carbonated drinks.  –  NOTE: When stopping caffeine headaches may occur. Tapering to one half cup either tea or coffee FIRST THING IN am THEN AGAIN at lunch is recommended for three days. If headaches start, take 500 – 1000mg. niacinamide with ½ dropper feverfew herbal tincture in 1-cup water,  2 – 3 times per day maximum.

Dairy, any and all yogurt included –  Alcohol  ALL TYPES,    Canola oil – read carefully for this

All processed meats…i.e. lunch types, deli – types, ham etc. –  All heated oils, anything fried.

All juices – except vegetable juices with pulp (no carrot or beet juice) V8 and tomato as directed.

NO artificial sweeteners of any kind, in anyway.  NO STEVIA –

NO grain milks i.e. soy, rice etc. (unless directed)

NO MICROWAVE – NONE   –   NO cooking in ANY TYPE of coated pans, …..Use stainless, ceramic, glass.

4 – Take NATURES LIFE brand  Vegetarian Mega Mineral  tablets   (BEST)

Take 1 at breakfast, lunch, dinner, and at pre-bed,  (important)  NOTE: Take two bites of protein FIRST at the meal using as little water as possible with the nutrients and then finish eating.

5 – Take NATURES LIFE brand Green Pro-96 multi-vitamin tablet (BEST) – Take 1 at breakfast and dinner – IF using Spectro multi-vitamn by Solaray,  Take 3 caps at each of designated times)

6Each Evening TAKE 1 packet of Emergen C by Alacer  in 16 oz. water pre-bed with a mineral tab

IF DIRECTED – Take NATURES LIFE brand  Icelandic Kelp  as directed by a PROGRAM professional

NOTE: The more in depth health and safety issues will be explained in different materials. This document of steps or information is to remove problematic causes while giving quick immediate solutions to keep, create, or capture back one’s health.

 

7Tooth paste, tooth powders should be fluoride free, as well as fluoride treatments avoided totally.

Jason brand, SMILE TOOTH PASTE with the orange and white box and tube is an excellent product. Putting a small amount of paste on your brush then wetting it and adding a small sprinkle of ECODENT brand tooth powder on top is another great way to assure really clean teeth.

Brushing teeth with raw vinegar is a good practice on occasion, meaning several time per week, before using a paste or powder. If a water pic is used putting some raw vinegar in the water and or occasionally using a small amount of Swedish Bitters in the water is a great idea for gun and tooth health. MOUTH WASH that works really well is ECODENT brand MOUTH WASH, in a blue and white labeled bottle, just a few drops is all that is needed. This product has essential oils as an added benefit.

 

8 – Soap has a huge quality and brand selection, however through the years this is THE SOAP that has brought extreme benefit in many instances. DR. BRONNER’S – liquid peppermint the soap of preference. Just a few drops with a little water creates highly effective removal of dirt, bacteria and much, much, more. When washing the face use just fingers without a cloth.

 

9 – Deodorants are a concern for effectiveness by most. The deodorant that has been found to work optimally for most all is QUEEN HELENE brand and the VITAMIN E selection with a brown lid where their other products have not proven as effective. Another possible is any of the rock crystal types of deodorants.

 

10 – Shampoo and hair products JASON or AUBREY products are excellent selections. A raw vinegar and water rinse is highly effective for a hair rinse.

 

11 – Body or skin lotions are best using coconut oil or safflower or even olive oil, most lotions are filled with negative additives. REMEMBER you grow a new layer of skin every 28 days, so it is most important as to what you consume to have healthy skin; it is not what is put on the skin.
