EXERCISE, …. Most Is Lies, Myths, and Imaginations
Some Simple Exercise Facts:
EXERCISE, it’s not as easy as it looks (at least it shouldn’t be)!
Those toned, lean, larger (or denser with women) than most muscles don’t just happen, especially without “working knowledge!” Most individuals start going to a gym or so-called health club, because they are “unhappy with the way their body looks, is, or because the performance level is not what they are happy with!
Yes, most individuals are not happy with either their health, bodily looks, or the way their body performs! “Most are insecure about even asking important questions to get real facts for the desired results they want,” … so most will just watch others and copy whatever others seem to be doing! So, most have no real knowledge, no real understanding, or actual working knowledge, which all ends up as too little results for the time spent, yet most will keep paying for little or nothing! That proves the insecurity, ego, and lack of the real facts will keep individuals right where they are, until they are ready to research, learn, and apply working knowledge!
Real exercise, that is productive, results producing, has very specific, exacting details that must be properly applied, or no results will happen! There are so many programs out there yet very, very few can or will dare to “guarantee results,” why, you might ask? Simply put, real physiological facts, accurate applications, and adequate working knowledge is hardly known, let alone finding some one who has the “working knowledge!” It is truly rare to find true professionals that are “into” their profession enough, that they become truly “masters!”
Health, hardly, it’s more about going to a health club or gym and doing anything!
Scads of people go to the gyms, and health clubs, and have personal trainers, yet little if any actually get consistent, ongoing, measurable results!
A true, complete professional program will deal with all the complete factors needed for results, like Nutrition, Exercise, Rest(time), and Support (information)!
A person should seek selected programs with an “extensive client base, with testimonials,” some testimonials should be in person if possible, and with all types of clients to determine fields of knowledge and abilities!
” Progressive Resistance Exercise” (weightlifting, resistance training) is the most effective and quickest way to cause the most progression in strength or performance!
By being able to change the resistance quickly, and which can be graduated to each muscle group, this allows for the most stimulus, in the least available time!
Exercise to a point of stimulus or triggering is “adequate!” More than one set serves no positive purpose and will use up valuable reserves! The second or third set is for the insecure or those having lacked enough effort in the first sets!
Working out or exercise should be hard (testing in effort), rigorous, challenging, somewhat strenuous! It’s called “working out,” not a “funout!”
Strenuous exercise should be challenging to the muscular systems” existing level of ability,” it causes the muscle to Increase provided there is adequate reserves for recovery!
Working out vigorously, or hard exercise or pushing ones-self strenuously for a brief amount of exercise (each exercise or each set) causes, stimulus, triggering, growth or performance increases to happen, any “easier approach or multiple sets,” absolutely excludes” the possibility of increasing the duration of exercise, both are not possible! FACT! You can either work out hard or long, but not both!
Beware of being sold, especially where no exact predictions or measured results can be guaranteed! A true professional will know his facts and applications, plus the person should have specific checks and balances that will enable him to predict in advance, or you are not dealing with a true professional!
A professional program will have verified, tested, measured, and proven results, continually!
A professional program will be able to “predict, repeat, and sustain results,” proving that applied facts with knowledge we’re being used!
If the person or programs cannot “predict, the “person” delivering the program is unfamiliar with the facts, or, the person is not sure what makes things happen, or “You” are too trusting, too unknowing, and too insecure, to ask enough, which will result in little or no results!
Serious, fact driven, results oriented professionals, are usually strongly expressed! They are usually so, due to the simple facts that no noticeable, or measurable results, means that there will not be a strong recommendation for future business from the client or others watching! WHY?…
Without verified, impressive results, there is less motivation for the client to be “excited,” less notice by others “known to the client,” who know the individual is on a program, etc., etc.!
Real professionals are about “delivering more results, than expected!”
Know: That most people go to the gym, or workouts, they will settle for a decent feeling workout, “because that allows them to feel,” that they “got their workout in!” Yet, over time with these mediocre workouts, that do not deliver, yet the individual continues to justify their “less than required efforts, and only wishes for more!
Let us be very serious, it TAKES EFFORT! It takes serious continual effort to gather research, facts, proper applications of experience! It takes efforts for a trainer to keep learning, keep motivating, keep supporting! This is WHY, there are so few true professionals in any profession!
This is why there are “so many trainers,” most trainers know that some results for the client in the beginning, is almost always enough, enough to keep most people happy! They “settle!”
A true professional trainer, will have set specific goals, “he will push continually” to get those goals, and not the client, that’s right, not allow those goals “to not be reached!”
Temporarily, clients will settle for less, but over time, they will resent having not reached the goals!
When time has gone by, we all remember who, yes “WHO” was truly “the person of their word,” who it was that was truly a “friend!”
Today, there are way more “so-called professionals!” But “TRUE professionals,” there will always be a shortage of, because dedication, persistence, and the constant requirement for “effort,” will always be required to be a “MASTER,” or a true “PROFESSIONAL!”
So, the requirements of “dedication, persistence, and effort” are the difference makers!
If you are going to spend your time, money and efforts, to do an “exercise program,” I highly advise you to take the time to find the “right” program, which will have to be run by the right person!”
