MAYBE – It’s Not,….Health?
UNDERSTAND – “THE VAST MAJORITY OF EXERCISE, AND FITNESS PROGRAMS, are not about HEALTH!” Learn –
WARNING: If you are like most individuals, who “go along with everyone else, like mimicking what they all do (so you won’t look different) because you are so insecure, or not knowledgeable, in real, “Correctly performed exercise,” Then this article could either “inspire you” to learn much, much more, “OR”… it will send you packing on a “huge guilt trip!”
HEALTH, LIFE, LONGEVITY, most will say, ”they want It!”
Imagine, you in a lean, muscular, toned, ”healthy” well performing body, after all, it is, one of ”the most sought after and desired possessions!”
To be in a state of health, and vitality, free from illness, pain, and discomfort, ”is a real possibility!” It does require that one must learn what the body requires and that they must strive to supply those requirements on constant regular basis!
Ask most any senior, what they would like to have realized earlier in life, and the majority will give-reference to ”wishing they had taken better preventive care of their body and heath!
Yet, most individuals ”will not, and do not” actually research or even check for “the real facts” to truly know, what is ”healthy or truly health building!”
The vast majority of individuals ”never bother” to really entertain the thought of ”WHAT IF?”
“What If,” most everyone is ”doing our health WRONG?”
Just, let us ”suppose, it is WRONG?” If it is ”wrong,” then everything could be actually ”harming, more than helping!”
(this can be the reason “why” results are so varied and slow in “being realized or received by more individuals!)
What if, ”the real physiological facts say” there is a better, faster, more effective and efficient way?
This could mean that, there could be ”much faster results!” It could mean that there may be easier ways to get more results ”in less time!”
Health, vitality, looking better, feeling better, ”living a better and longer life is usually the most desired of goals, right?
The ”intent” is most often good, “however” it takes ”much more” than a ”good intent!
Remember the famous old saying, ”the way to hell is paved with ”good intentions!”
Results, ”require properly applied facts!”
Note; If facts which always deliver the same end result were truly used, “THEN” the same end results would be “attainable by everyone, every time!”
BUT, the facts are not being used all the time, and that lack of facts being used is OBVIOUS!
In the world today ”information is more available than ever before!”
If one desires their most important ”physical being” to be in optimal performance or health, shouldn’t one get ”the facts, and working knowledge” for assured positive ”predictable results?”
To change the physical body, it takes much, much ”more than the discipline and commitment of showing up to the gym!”
There must be the knowledge of “many facts, accurate applications, all applied, with effort, and consistency,” not just the discipline or commitment of showing up or going to the gym!
IMPORTANT POINT:
WHAT IF?
“Yes, what if” most everyone, ”especially the so-called gurus, the leaders, the coaches, and the trainers were ”WAY, WAY, WRONG?”
(sadly, it is a reality, in many ways)
Lets stop for a second, quiet our minds and see if there is a possibility of a much faster, and more assured method of results!
Food for thought!
There is little difference in taking a ”beginning athlete” to a higher level of performance, than in taking an ”ill person” to a ”higher state of health, ” after all ”it is all Human Performance!”
Another consideration should obviously be;
When attending the gym or health club, it becomes quickly obvious that a few individuals get much greater and faster results! WHY?
There are several possibilities!
One, it could be that that their ”genetics” are far superior!
Two, it could be that they are on ” performance enhancing drugs!”
Three, it could be that they have more knowledge of ”more facts, and ”better applications!”
Realize, ”the greatest majority of people” DO NOT have either the facts, or the knowledge of better applications!
This ”is why” after every short time of attending the gym regularly, their results as everyones results, severely ”slow down!”
Think, exercise is a stressor, a stimulus or a triggering for change, not a benefit!
Most people do not see exercise as a stress! Yes, think, exercise is short for ” EXERT-cise,” yes ”exert is the key” word it shows that exercise is a ”stress or stimulus” to exact or create a ”hopefull positive response!” Meaning added strength, which is more muscle!
A thinking individual would see that exercise being a stimulus or stress would require the body to then ”Require Recovery, or a ”Response, healing!”
The more or harder the muscles or strength we’re exercised, ”the greater the Requirements” for more or faster response or recovery!”
Simply, more exercise requires more materials and processing!
So, for ”more strength or muscle,” the more or faster the recovery is, this would equal, “the more or faster the added strength or muscle gains!”
Now the obvious dilemma, or problem is, that “people mistakenly believe” the more they exercise, the more muscle they will create! WRONG!
Remember, “Exercise is the stimulus, the triggering” to cause “the possibility” for response!
Recovery from exercise is caused by or from adequate “materials” (protein, minerals, vitamins) and “time” to accumulate and process these materials to make the response possible!
So “will more exercise cause more results?” NO!
Will “more stimulus or triggering supply more results?” NO!
Will “more time” between exercise or stimulus cause more “accumulation and processing of materials” for response to make more results? YES! Definitely!
So, if exercise is done too much, or too often, will the abundance of stimulus or triggering DEPLETE the bodies ability to adequately respond? YES!
So, too much exercise or if exercise is performed too often it “WILL DEPLETE HEALTH!”
There is a “critical balance” between Exercise, Nutrition, and Rest or Time!
Quality, Quantity, and Frequency are a science, an exacting science! (formulas, causes, affects)
Fitness, Exercise, and health done the way it is currently dosed out by most all Gyms, coaches, trainers, and enthusiasts, other so-called professionals is “depleting, and “more detrimental” to health than enhancing! FACT!
Before anyone decides to start a program for fitness, exercise or health they should take extreme care to get the “real facts,” plus a list of all the factors that are monitored, and accounted for with the considered program!
There should not be just, “someone looked better,” or “someone felt better!”
There should be “measured, proven, results” that are “typical and common” to all varied results “to prove” there is a true “working knowledge base!”
With any professional program there should be multiple examples of increased health with reductions of pharmaceuticals, increased physical performance, and established dietary changes that will remain!
