HEALTH PROBLEMS – WHY…
HEALTH PROBLEMS are almost always “SELF DEVELOPED”
We do not have to have sickness or disease! How…,why…
IMAGINE THIS – Our physical body has a new stomach lining every four (4) days! Our body grows a new layer of skin every (28) twenty-eight days! Our body replaces almost all its cells every (12 – 16) twelve to sixteen months!
IMAGINE, the possibilities that are available by our choosing the best materials for our bodies to use?
So, let’s start with Diabetes, or Unhealth, or Chronic conditions, these are almost always due to sloth, lazy, arrogance, ego! Diabetes, unhealth, and chronic conditions result from this common reason! A failure to “Prevent,” or to use prevention or preventive measures!”
REALIZATION: – It will require effort, time, and research of “working knowledge,” to learn all the factors that go along with nutrition, to be able to build, and or maintain health!
Look at the word “chronic,” = it means a state of or condition of, persisting for a long time or constantly recurring.
Disease means a state of = unrest or dis/ease!
Let’s start with diabetes, diabetes is usually a condition of “failure” to learn adequate and proper eating in types of foods, amounts of foods, preparations of foods, frequency of consumption of foods, and combinations of foods! Health is maintained by effort, knowledge, and its application!
Health is built, kept, and maintained by proper preventive maintenance through accurate, knowledgeable intake, of balanced nutritional components! Meaning that our food gives us, energy, and repair which ends up being our physical performance or “HEALTH!”
Some foods supply varied types of calories or “energy supplies”(carbohydrates, and fats), while other foods supply “repair nutrients” (proteins)! The frequency, and amounts of foods can be easily overdone, and overfeed us in amounts of energy or repair foods, which when in excess, ends up being stored on our bodies as fat! Fat is excess calories being stored on the body!
Food being prepared in certain ways, can change the chemical makeup and availability of nutrients, for instance, as in heating which can change the availability of calories!
Then there is the “combining of foods” which can cause the body to have to work harder to “process” the foods! We need to see that foods contain varied nutrients or chemicals, which cause more difficulty or ease of digestion and absorption all by the combinations!
Nutrition is a very complex study, having many factors that must all be carefully considered!
NOTE: “For success” with nutrition “CHOICES” should not be decided by taste or personal preference, but by “what the bodies requirements are!” This alone will make for increased and sustained health!
Yes, types, amounts, preparations, frequency, and combinations of our food ALL HAVE EFFECTS on our health!
NOTE: Most all chefs, and food sales personnel know that there are 3, yes three main ingredients, that make for foods, preferred or chosen! Those ingredients are, SALT, SUGAR, and FAT! (the taste makers)
Today’s health problems are partially due to “CONVENIENCE,” or quick availability of most any choice of what is available to eat, people will absolutely tend to opt for, taste (what’s liked most, comfort), then cost (cheap is always liked), and quick (now)!
I call it the three deadly C’s! Comfort, convenience, and cost!
Or it could be said, that people today like,…CHEAP, FAST AND EASY!
For over 45years I have worked in the human performance field! During that time, I never, ever would even entertain the “IDEA” of anything being incurable or untreatable! Limiting ideas of that sort, are an expression of the mind speaking it! We in my take and facts discovered are a creation of a CREATOR! In my understanding that CREATOR, gave us a book of instructions on how to repair, and heal. Plus, how to maintain “HIS” creation, this being, spirit, body, and mind! All of us, are able to be healed, never doubt it!
“HEAL” = means to restore to the original!” Whereas, “CURED,” means to only remove the problematic cause!
Finding this out to be a truth, and a fact, repeatedly, I always chose to “Heal!”
So, let us realize, that we can have health, and physical performance at an optimal level, should we desire it! As my record shows in the improved lives of my clients!
Let’s start out with effort enough, knowledge enough, and determination enough to have, keep, and sustain our HEALTH!
