SLEEP – REST – RESTORATION,…… WHAT MAKES IT !
HEALTH, PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE, and why it is all the same!

Your body produces a new stomach lining every four days, a new layer of skin every twenty-eight days! Realize – The human body has every cell REPLACED, every twelve to sixteen months!
This replacement of cells gives great possibilities for huge changes in everything from health to physical performance, however it will have to start in a person’s attitude, once realized!
Life’s (Bert’s definition is – a sexually transmitted disease with a terminal prognosis,) – I heard this when I was young, but never realized until later in life, the trueness of this, nor the POSSIBLITY TO CHANGE THE PHYSICAL OUTCOMES!
Progression OF LIFE IS…….CONCEPTION, FORMATION, MATURATION, AGING, and DEATH…..
All of these are either ENHANCED OR DEMINISHED by the……………ATTITUDE of the person! It’s a matter of ”SUPPLYING” the required nutrients, foods, or building materials in “adequate quality, quantity, and prior to time of need….!”
Nutrition or food = materials
Activity or inactivity – must be adjusted for level of desired performance, between enough, too much, or too little! Sleep/ or RESTORATION is the next most important consideration!
The above if done properly makes for = “RE-VITAL-IZATION!”
Realize- it is during sleep/restoration that rebuilding, reforming, replenishment of tissues takes place! YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO CHANGE ANY CONDITION THROUGH YOUR DIET/INTAKE/ NUTRITION!
You see, IF we are not able to “get into” or have FULL DEPTH OF SLEEP, or “rest-or-ation” = “REST-ORATION”……. it is because the body does not have ADEQUATE quality, quantity, and a consistent steady supply of REQUIREMENTS (nutrients), which “supply the body” for it’s process’s of “RE-VITAL-IZATION!”
SO, it could make, or cause “DIS-EASE” or “UN-rest” = DIS-ease, UN-REST at the cellular level!……many have supposed “sleep problems” due to this very obvious factor! Your accuracy of nutrition help to determine your bodies ability to go into “restorative or restoration mode!”
SO,….it is a choice, BY EACH OF US, as to how “WELL” we sleep, and how well we live our life, as well as the length of it! SO……..CHOOSE!
LEARN, to maintain, and use preventive measures, avoid the discomforts by prevention with proper and adequate nutrients, as we do with all our programs!
