Recovery, and Reserves EXPLAINED!

The human body “requires” maintenance, repair, and restoration! This rebuilding or maintenance comes from our “intake” of materials or our nutrition, food, and time to accumulate and process! The body has definite specifics it requires in materials, time, and frequency as to which, when, and how often!
The human body replaces every cell approximately every 12 – 16 months. The “materials” for the making of our new cells are made from our “intake”, or the nutrition that we consume!
There are factors of “quality, quantity, and frequency”, and there is another factor that is not often even thought of, which is “sequence!” Yes, sequence is a “major factor” for having positive or negative responses, “balance” is key between the various processes made or desired from the body!
First, let us address the fact that quality is basically a “no brainer” in that we would want the best quality available, yet way too many however put quality aside for convenience and/or comfort, meaning that outside factors, including taste, and or cost may take priority!
Second, with our priorities should be about quantity! Quantity should have an optimal amount that gives the needed or required amount to operate or give the adequate responses necessary! Again, this should be a “no brainer,” yet convenience and/or comfort “way too often override” this requirement also!
Frequency should be the steady supply or timing of replenishment with requirements being supplied, when/or as needed, or on a required time frame! This crosses paths with quantity, however there are “actual needed or required timings” for certain nutrients, stimulus (exercise), and other factors!
Again, there are desires, wishes, and wants, that originate from “convenience and or comfort” usually due to “emotion, or thoughts turned into desires,” yet they are not true needs! As an example, energy or calories in excess, because of desires are stored in and on the body as fat! This desire or wish, or want followed excessively ends up adding excess or fat, which can equal obesity! All this from exceeding required amounts, or from following desires, wishes, and wants, rather than just meeting immediate needs or requirements!
Sequence is in many formulas the unseen, unknown, or “overlooked major factor!” The best example might be when a person shaves. When the person shaves, they always have the possibility of cutting themselves, yet most never consider cutting themselves until it happens.
When the person is cut, they immediately desire the blood to clot quickly! This response of clotting is determined by how fast their body can respond! Their “previous intake” NOW PLAYS A PART, in how much of needed or actual “Required Materials” were taken in “PRIOR TO” the desired effect of NOW!
So “sequence is a vital or critical factor” for positive responses “after the fact,” as is in health and exercise! Reserves for response should be a first consideration in sequence, after all positive results should be the primary goal! Problems arise in most case’s because decisions are emotionally driven, rather than by logic and the goal gets are set ahead of logical pragmatic pre-planning!
The above leads to imbalance, which makes for “unrest” at the cellular level. This “unrest” equals (=) dis-ease or disease, which becomes sickness, which can become chronic if continued! Exceeding requirements can in instances be as or more damaging as not meeting the required needs!
Now for clarity, food is “material” accumulated for fuel, maintenance, and repair. The accumulated food, which is “materials”, is “processed” after accumulation, which then becomes “readied materials or reserves” for response!
Reserves are what make the response making responses like more lean, restoration of blood, organs, tissues, essential fluids, and other make-up, etc. etc.!
For consistent, adequate or positive response, the reserves must be considered for needs to be met, “prior to their being needed!” Or, positive desired responses or desired results come from “proper, prior, preparation” which will allow for positive responses!
Obviously health or improved physical performance is engineered by our “care, thought, actions,” before or “prior to” our needing a desired response, from the physical body!
Preventive measures should be the plan first, making sure all needs are provided prior to or before stimulus, triggering or exercise, this is “positive engineering for the way health to be built, maintained, and even restored!
