Comprehensive Health Programs… “Minimum Expectations”
This article is to help “cause an awareness” of the “positive or negative effects,” that can be delivered, if a program or directing professional is truly knowledgeable!
NOTE: The following are just “some” of the more in depth “real health markers” that can show someone the signs of lack, or improvement in physical health, performance and longevity! These are actually testable, verifiable, and provable!
However, way too often “many of these minimums cannot even be explained” by many so-called fitness, wellness or health care professionals! No, and too often not even explained by most Doctors, who you would hope, would know the body.
These minimums require “not just knowledge,” but “working knowledge” with “years of experience” to be able to “effectively know” how to adjust or start to make improvements!
IF an individual “cannot fully explain what these minimums are, what affects them, and what they represent,” then it is should be self-evident they are “ignorant to the essential requirements” of health for the whole human being (spirit, mind, body)!
These requirements are what are involved with Hippocrates statement about, “what sort of man has the disease!” Which he stated, “it is more important to know than, “the sort disease the man has!” This is about “care” and care for the whole man and the total workings!
Does your Doctor or healthcare professional seek to know “what sort of person you are?”
Does he “truly” care,… really? ……Here’s a check to see!
DOES YOUR PROFESSIONAL, OR PROGRAM GUARANTEE TO HELP YOU WITH –
Weight or actual “Fat Only” reduction, tested proven by an “accurate testing” of body composition, regularly! Approximate (one size per 2-3+ weeks)
Improved Sleep Patterns, and levels?
Decreasing “resting heart rate!” Should be in the “low to mid-forties,” no matter the age?
Descending heart rate improvements?
Bettered working heart rates?
Improvements in blood chemistry, no matter the condition?
Improve blood glucose levels!?
Gain more lean or muscle tissue, from less amounts of time spent exercising?
Reduce medications, and or pharmaceuticals?
