NOTE: The following may seem quirky, but timing is critical, once followed you will see why!
Drinking Water At The Correct Times, (“listen up at the right timing”)
Maximizes Its Effectiveness On The Human Body!
2 glasses of water, after waking up, it helps activate internal organs
1 glass 30 minutes before a meal, helps digestion
1 glass before a bath or shower, helps lower blood pressure
1 glass before bed, avoids stroke or heart attack
The above was at one time “common knowledge”……

Purified water is best, as opposed to spring, tap, distilled.
No – PH. adjusted, mineral, or carbonated water.
2 teaspoons to 1 tablespoon Unpasteurized Apple Cider Vinegar
In 2 – 4 ounces water first thing in the A.M. is recommended.
Pre-bed “in water” it is recommended to have 1 packet of Alacer Brand Electro-Mix, or and Emergen-C.
Plus, a “full spectrum multi-mineral” (not some cheap liquid version). This should be taken at each meal and pre-bed!
