FOOD, HOW MUCH DOES IT MATTER….
Whether a person is a “creationist or evolutionist” one of the most important factors to maintain longevity, physical performance, maintenance, and life in general is beware of “what goes into our body, our intake.”

Dietary or nutritional facts for everyone to know and consider are listed below.
Foods are actually “compounds” made up of “chemicals” that digest or absorb best in very specific combinations!
If foods were to be consumed in specific combinations, sequence, and frequency the body would have to “work less” at the cell level to restore or rebuild us!
All foods are made up of materials or components that become our “make up,” so quality should be essential!
All foods contain (carbs, fats, proteins) or calories which are energy values!
Foods because of their “make up” have varying degrees of benefit or harm!
Foods are not all grown with the same content (values inside them) even if the same name or type! Different conditions cause varied degrees of uptake in each growing thing!
Time of day or waking hours is a factor on what types of “foods” are best for that part of your day!
Your state of “condition, health, or level of performance” all are factors of considerations for your amounts or portion sizes, and of course nutrient requirements!
Frequency and amounts of food consumption is a factor for the body’s ability to respond to varied stressors!
Quality and preparation of foods is another variable that has great effect on the body’s ability to maintain health and performance!
Every day, most all people have the ability to a greater or lesser degree, to literally change their health, condition, and overall life by the foods they consume!
Because we are a “renewable resource” being brand new down to every cell every sixteen months, we can do many minor and major changes to our diet to afford ourselves a new state of being should we decide to.
Limited thinking without proper and adequate investigation or consideration is irresponsibility on the part of most individuals.
There is an extremely arrogant attitude today, in the area of individuals believing they can eat just about anything and be fine! Wrong, very wrong, because the effects are “accumulative” over time. The effects are not immediately received or realized! However, the results are going to be noticed over or after a period of time, sometimes quickly, sometimes over extended years, but it will come!
The potential for quality and extended length of life is there in your choices of intake, it is up to us, to each of us to take advantage by “our choices,” our performance and longevity is in our hands!
