Programs – ABSURDITIES – REAL or NOT- IDIOT PROOFING
Exercise, diets, and programs for health improvements…real or not?
Explain to me please, the following absurdities!
Really, what people “thinking” that buy in to the thinking below? This thinking below isn’t thinking at all, and if this below is thinking, then someone please pray more or get better teachers or at least flush the gene pool! 😉
Why do people do multiple sets of the same exercises? (brain dead or embecile?)
Seeing you either “stimulate or push the muscle to a point of change” or you are not causing change? You push the muscle to a point of “stimulus for response or you do not!”
So if you can do this in one exercise, why keep repeating it, you’re insecure badly, or you are trying to get more results? Because “you either made it happen” or “you are so insecure?” Physiological fact! ?? IDIOTS ??
Why do people train just legs or lower body one day, and upper body another day? (like a person can make the body work the way the WANT?)
Do they “just feed” their lower body, and “just rest or sleep” their lower body on one day, and do the same to their upper body another day? Actually, organs are working for ALL THE BODY, everyday! So where does the body recover just parts of the body on one day, and when does it not work as a whole unit! The body most often needs 48 hours or 2 days to respond to most stress, so what are they thinking? It is obvious they cannot!
Dieting or weight-loss is usually thought to be “just counting calories!” (the body has survival modes that must be worked within not dictated too, or more would be successful, duuuhh)
So why does everyone staying on a low number of calories always have weight-loss slow down and stop? Could it be that certain foods must be balanced along with blood sugar levels? Is that also why most ALL programs will not use an accurate body composition to prove that only fat is being lost, because they are actually losing lean muscle and the metabolism is actually slowing down?
Why don’t most programs use multiple testing in various ways to prove that, the program is knowing, and factual, actually creating real health? (why NOT, because they do not know, but their egos work too well and they want your finances $$) ?? IDIOT ??
Like, increasing lean muscle, losing only fat, lowering resting heart rates, balancing blood sugars, lowering triglycerides, actually improving blood chemistry, and truly improving health from within? Like taking less time than 30 – 40 minutes total 3 days per week total. After-all exercise should be brief and effective! Like eating more food, while losing more fat only, showing the metabolism is faster! Like exercising less, yet measuring more results! Like learning for a lifetime, giving a true lifestyle!
