The average Fat gain between Thanksgiving and New Year is 8 – 12 lbs!
That means they ate an average of
28000 to , 42,000 Calories too many! WHOA
A JUMBO Egg is 96 calories… that tells you a perspective of how much “hand to mouth” went on trying “to do well”? …. PLEASE give us a break! (Do we look that stupid?)
Most of those same people will complain and snivel and whine saying “they tried so hard!!” The results say the Truth!
To what trying are you talking about, I ask, I say to them that “those fat lbs” did not Jump on you, they did not hunt you down, and force you to eat them!!
Not only do these deluded continual gainers complain, but then they use any method to lose the fat, which still leaves the problem of gaining again! How stupid is that?
