The cleanse first idea –
Too many people today are trying to start on their way to health, in an awkward illogical actually very wrong way! How?
Their problem is, their start is so “off,” because they are making an emotional decision, by what has sounded good, thought was good, or it may be that it will feel good, all usually gathered from some where out there, in there day to day lives. Also most individuals will always say, and confirm anything to be social, and this agreement of others, is way, way, unfounded on any logic!
Listen up, think logically, starting with a cleanse is a wrong start, way, way, wrong! Why, you ask? Because, most all, actually all, by what I see, are not thinking in a basic logical way, they are using impulse, emotions!
The reason I say this is so simple, it is because you would, and SHOULD want to start by removing the problematic cause’s of UN-HEALTH, first! Why? Most people have no idea that many of the so-called health items they intake daily are, ”not so healthy or beneficial.” Some of these items can actually slow, stop, or block digestion, absorption, and worse.
So, removing the problematic causes is the very first step!
By removing these causes, what will be taken in, will not be “neutralized,” by continued bad intake! A markedly better result is being readied, prepared, planned, actually engineered!
This is just some of these items, and ideas of utilizing these, that need to be
stopped, removed, replaced, are:
Alcohol – coated cooking utensils –
Nicotine – micro-waving –
Caffeine – frying –
Dairy – preservatives –
Sugar, all – food colorings –
White flour – prepared meats –
Canola oil – deodorants –
Palm – oil fluoride –
As anyone can see the list is quite lengthy! There is much more but for now this is a small attempt, these are the major players.
Also, the methods that are used by so many can be way simplified, and get even more effective, efficient results in less time.
In the 40+ yrs. that I have been working to help health in so many individuals, I have found that cleansing can be quite fast, and very effective, by very simple methods of understanding the factors of quantity, quality, and frequency of foods, herbs, supplements, and water, along with some effective circulatory work.
Sequencing, is probably “the most important” ingredient to attaining health!
All things needed could be present but without the correct timing or sequence or correct combining everything is in vain, literally lost totally, and in some cases made worse.
This is just some “food for thought.” A cleanse is most often prevented by proper nutrition, it should not be a ritual or common practice, think about it!
