WEIGHT LOSS FOR THE LONG TERM, done once and done right
Long term loss of weight is totally possible, if and when programs contain factual knowledge, and accurate applications that are actually real, and “working knowledge!”
I have had many clients clients whom have lost great amounts of weight (fat), like 120 – 230 lbs and have maintained “keeping it off” for many many years, actually the rest of their lives, because they have had a “value judgement change” in their core belief systems!
Weight loss can be done once, done right, and learned for life, IF an individual truly wants success!
The problem with weight loss having o be repeated or continuing again and again is because programs lack depth and completeness!
Depth in terms of weight loss is the missing information about what causes stoppage of loss and why loss runs into the problems of cravings and boredom!
When an individual goes on a “weight loss” program there is need for intellectual
understanding of many factors, so that a “value” can be established in the persons “core value system” to aide the individual to have “the right reasons” to continue and do what is needed day to day!
When a weight loss program is properly set up there should be no cravings, no hunger, feelings of loss of adequate food and there should be plenty of selections to chose from so that a person does not feel too restricted!
Understanding the why’s, how’s, and having an adequate amount of varied selections will allow a person to feel less controlled, more confident, and motivated! The main idea and goal should be to teach the person the understanding of why which then creates a “want to, which equals a “value judgement within the core being!” This then helps in the making of a true lifestyle!
Having an understanding of how blood sugar levels work, what they trigger in responses all helps to have continued results! By knowing what to do, when to do it, ad what alternatives can be utilized, they have the ability to have long term success!
It takes “time” to learn, time to do what needs to be done, and it takes having some real accountability within, and without, to be long term successful! But it is totally possible!
I have for over 43 years developed programs for peoples “long term health, and performance” and it does happen IF ….IF….. A PERSON “TRULY” WANTS TO LOSE THE WEIGHT!
