Exercise results, how quick to see them…..???
It is not the exercise that produces the result! Go ahead, now read that again, and again and again.
Exercise is the “trigger” or the stimulus to cause the body to need to react. The reaction is to enable the body’s ability to endure or withstand or acclimate to an increased level of “stress!” That hopeful positive reaction is the increase in new muscle and that new muscle then produces the need for the body to use more calories and burn more fat, etc.
So how quick are you going to see results? About as quick as you apply more facts that will work with “what the body requires” to produce those desired results. Yes the old so called cart has been in front of the horse too long. People are going out and exercising first and most times without making the critical dietary changes to produce the desired results first.
Exercise is a stress or a stimulus to get the body to adapt to an increased level of “performance.” Too many trainers and individuals are working out and expecting constant results without giving the body the “materials” (nutrients) required. Not only are they not giving the body the required materials they must also give the body adequate amounts and allow enough time for the body to process those materials. Then of course there are the factors of quality, quantity, frequency, and of course the right combining for best absorption and assimilation.
The truth is known; it is a whole science and is not as easy to do as thought. I have spent over forty years in research of these factors and their applications for best results. As my website name states “results are proof.” I can only say there is a huge difference between health and fitness. There is an even bigger gap between medicine and health. That is why there are so many programs and training styles and so little consistent long term results being realized. It is because of the missing facts in almost all programs.
So when someone says they want fast results, I ask them do you want those results long term and consistent with a healthful ending? It is about intent, about health, about the real deal! Most programs are very lacking in the true values that should be considered.
