AWESOME….many have stated that this has HELPED them to better understand!
It is my observation that most don’t understand the whole man and how it works, but do desire to.
Even if it is creation or evolution it all has to start with life or the life force, spark, ignition or the Spirit!
The body begins to become “functional” and the mind starts at this point, shall we say to “record” what it “perceives” as its history (memories, account, happenings).
Evolution or progression of this bodies “life” can only continue to the degree as to how much is learned and practiced for what is actually “required”…..not “desired”. What I am saying here is that the mind can say,”Awe, I don’t want to have that or to eat this, I desire that instead.”
(think about “what” is speaking to the mind and to what “intent” to make these decisions…..????)
Note: Animals do not do these things under their normal circumstances.
This may work or sustain for the moment, but after too many of these decisions the body has not had “adequate amounts of quality or quantity of requirements.” Now this causes less ability for the body to “sustain or maintain itself at the best level.” So it is “lowered in its ability to “adequately” rebuild to the optimum level of performance. This preference (emotional, feeling ) type of thought, thinking, decision making could and will slow, stop and or change the evolution.
Now, when the body has a state of imbalance, and or inadequate response which is unrest at the cellular level, “un/rest” is translated and manifested as “dis/ease.”
This is why my book “The Great Fitness Fraud” is “so specific” and detailed in how and why to do things, and the order or sequence etc. I wanted anyone who would read it to be benefited at least in their “thinking.” I realized having had such success for over 38 years at that point with those “who would listen and follow” that everyone could have improvements in health or physical performance. The least my book could do is allow people to hear the logic and “buy in” to “what the body requires” at differing levels. My next book will continue this journey of understanding how everything is interrelated, and how it is connected at least from my limited experience. Breaking down existing myths and misinformation first is often critical to truly establishing new thinking.
