Seniors – meaning; of prior birth: superior

Seniors for this incidence of application age 55+

There is nothing “that should not be considered” for those who are in a condition of excellent or sound health!  

Aging – the process of change: noun – a particular stage in someone’s life

Aging (becoming a senior) should be seen as a great gift! Life is or should be seen as “best learned from seniors!”

Seniors in many indigenous cultures are often “fed before others, with the most nutrient-rich foods,” which should scream out to us, “that seniors requirements are of critical consideration!”

The realities of “preventive measures” for growth, health, and performance should have been taught with serious consideration, from youth into maturity!

Seniors reach their maturity in a level of health, which is in direct proportion, to what their self-maintenance was! FACT!

A WAKE-UP CALL, THE POSSIBILITIES ARE HERE……

Reality is:

Seniors, “do not” have to be “old, not past their prime, and, definitely not worn out!”

“Physiologically” everyone has the “potential” to be at their “prime” if, IF, they are willing and motivated!

NOTE: Physical performance at all ages is limited most by the availability of required nutrients for optimum revitalization, or regeneration of existing tissues! The remaining factors are circulation, and stimulation (exercise to determine the level of performance)!

Why:
Our physical bodies can be “radically and quickly” transformed by utilizing the understanding that we are changed down to “every cell being replaced every sixteen months!” The “potential to be seized” is here in this fact!

Hope – Possibilities:
